TCC was amazing. They got me in much quicker than expected, and towed the car from 50+ miles away. They communicated with me about the status all the way through. The repairs look great, like new (which the car was!). I'd like to add extra appreciation for Manny & Donna. Thank you so much!

TommyCar Collision did a great job fixing my bumper. They gave a fair estimate, much more affordable than other places I went, and completed the work quickly. I'll only be taking my car to Tommy's from now on!

I'm new to Northampton and wasn't sure where to take my car when my fender was damaged. So, I did my homework and visited 4 auto repair shops in the area, two of which did not have anyone available to do an estimate. Tommy's came through with an estimate that was less than half of the two other estimates I did receive. Their office was by far the most professional and Brice, production manager, was completely clear and direct. They fixed the fender in one day and did a great job. But what I most appreciate is the feeling that I was not being given the run-around. Thank you, Brice and Pam!

Maybe a good repair shop in comparison to the local area but not as good as the reviews suggest. My car never felt the same after being repaired here and got the usual run around afterwards.

I unfortunately had a minor car accident recently and brought my vehicle there to be repaired. Staff very pleasant and explained what was to be done; insurance matters, etc. They did a fantastic job putting on a new bumper, headlight, and other parts that were damaged in the crash. Very happy I chose Tommy Car Collision to repair my car, as I had a long list of shops!

I cannot recommend TommyCar enough. Donna was excellent in helping me set up an appointment for a full detail - called me when my car was ready and I have NEVER had such a thorough job done before. My car looked better than when I bought it - no exaggeration! I will certainly be back and so appreciate the team at TommyCar. (The gentleman who worked on my car apologized that the seat may still be wet from the extra time they spent getting some older stains up, when I got to my car their were courtesy covers and it was barely damp.) Just above and beyond service and genuine care about what they were doing for you. I would definitely trust them for any body repair if this is the standard they hold themselves to just for cleaning! I m so thrilled to have found them.

Awesome. They did a complete detailing job after our truck was covered on both sides with tar spray from a road construction site. We couldn t remove it with OTC tar remover products. It was bad. We thought it was hopeless. They said they could deal with it. Boy, did they ever. Truck looks brand new. I can t say enough about how well we were treated by everyone there (especially Manny) and the quality of their work. Highly recommended. They even take and return phone calls and kept us informed! My car got backed into at work. Yes a parked car got hit. I had the car less than a month and someone hit it. The place I got the car from was amazing in sales so I originally tried to bring it there(I won t mention names In this review) but the service people were awful. I asked my insurance company for a recommendation and they said Tommycar collision. I never heard of them. I spoke with Jessie originally. She set me up to bring my car in and get it worked on. My original day to bring it in got canceled because something on my end came up. They had NO PROBLEM rearranging the appointment. The handled everything. They contacted my insurance for me about stuff and they interacted with enterprise for a longer rental because more damage was found. I m so happy. My car looks better now than before! Jessie and Donna rock! (There s a gentleman up front as well I just didn t interact with him for more than 5 minutes. Justin maybe? Probably far off. But he was wonderful as well!) if you need body work highly recommend Tommycar!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I highly recommend this collision center and I m so grateful that I chose TommyCar. Brice and Donna provided me with routine updates on the repair status of my vehicle. One of the parts was on back order for over a month and my rental coverage ended before the repairs were completed. Although the collision center was not responsible for the delay of the back ordered part, Brice went above and beyond to help pay for my rental vehicle. Our VW looks as good as the day we bought it thanks to the TCC! Bought it at Northampton VW new, and being able to get a fender bender fixed by a certified VW collision center was so reassuring! Manny and Brice made sure no aftermarket parts or used parts were going into our car. They handled our insurance for us, and took care of all the paperwork too! It was awesome to know our car was being cared for by people who know what they are doing and make even big accidents look like they never even happened!Service: Painting

A couple months back, I had my hood painted from TommyCar and it was the best decision. I had shopped around for awhile and everyone wanted to charge me over $1,000 to have the work done. My car is older and was not worth that much investment. I heard about Brice through a friend and he was super professional, helpful, and honest. I use to work in the industry and I can tell you that people like Brice are rare. He talked me through what he was charging me for and explained how long the work would take. He was upfront, respectable and ended up saving me hundreds of dollars. As stated, its been a couple months since the paint job and my hood has never looked better. Best place around. I recommend them to everyone and will be back for more work!

Sadly I hit a deer, causing damage to front bumper and dented passenger door. My friend was highly pleased with her car repair from Tommy's Car Collision - so I chose them. Brice & Manny was very professional and gave me the time of day to explain exactly what was going to be done and when it will be completed.I was in a minor accident and they repaired my hood and painted it also replace my entire light assembly. The guys did a very good job. They were able to get me in right away and when I got back from vacation my car was ready. Awesome!!!! I would recommend Tommy Car for all your car needs. Jim and Bryce were professional from start to finish! My car needed to be painted on the trunk, roof and hood due to peeling paint. I went in to get an estimate and was able to have my car painted within the two days. They did a fantastic job on the paint. I also had the detailing done and my car looks brand new and it's 8 years old!Service: Painting

On time, very professional, insurance underbid the job and put wrong parts on estimate. They went after them for more money and the right parts. Car came out amazing. Very clean at pickup. Will definitely use them again. Timmy Car did a fantastic job. They came in at a very competitive price and the quality of work was excellent. I had snow crush the hood of my car; they procured the replacement hood quickly and kept me well informed during the process. Also cleaned the inside of my car upon completion .

In the past month TommyCar Collision Center has repaired both of my family's admittedly old (but in otherwise great shape) cars. One, a VW Eos, was hit while parked and needed to have the panels and lights across the damaged side and front restored and painted. A week later, I noticed the rubber frames that support the other car's (Nissan Murano) two-part sunroof had rotted out - requiring the glass be replaced as well. In each case, their team was helpful, easy to work with, repaired/replaced everything beautifully. They even tried to help me navigate through the labrynth of auto insurance claims. Brought my car in after a garbage barrel fell over and put 3 nice dents into it. I had to get in touch with my insurance and they started the work next day. My car came out looking brand new. Tommy Car Collision is in the people business and they happen to fix cars. I had a very difficult circumstance during the repair and fixing of my husband s truck and they held my hand the whole time. Especially Donna and Bryce.
