Great service and staff. Very reasonable prices. They fixed our RV tire (inside dully) and quickly got us back on the road.

Okay, I gave this company many chances before going on social media but here are. If I could give zero stars I would. Long time and now a very upset customer. I had a bad tire a on a 2013 GMC AWD Terrain. They told me it was okay just to change two tires after 3 weeks of driving the transfer case let go. I spent over 3,000 for a replacement my mechanic did a roll test in which it failed. I then went to a dealer and they told me that two tires couldn't be replaced on that car and all 4 had to be changed. No is was not Burke because they are close to one another conflict could be a issue. . I want to McGovern in Green I spoke to the head Mechanic there and told me that all 4 tires on this car need to be changed at once. The issue is still not been take care of and Pete s lost a customer. This will also be going to court if the issue is still not be taking care of in 30 days from now January 17 2024.

I will not return. Poor customer service and poor workmanship. I was there for a tire changeover. I went with four hubcaps. I only drove home. The next morning, I only had three hubcaps. I called as soon as I realized. The staff member was dismissive. He said he would review video and call back. I would have at least appreciated a call back. He never bothered to call back. Then three days later, I had a flat tire. They must of never checked my air tire pressure after they did the switch over. I won t recommend or go back.

I brought tires in to swap over and was told unless I buy the tires from them they no longer do that because they dont want to be liable if they damage the tire. Really hire people that know how to do the work right

On one of the worst days to deliver to Northhampton AND get a flat tire (it rained all day), the crew at this location took care of me and my truck. They went over my options for a new tire, and upon informing them that I just need the cheapest option to get me home, they inspected the tire without hesitation to see if it can be salvaged. Other places would've looked at the tire being off the rim as not being able to be salvaged. But they did their due diligence and saw that it was repairable (I had two nails). Instead of costing me almost $200 & up I spent $35. They made my day brighter when I was totally soaked and desperately trying to get home nearly two hours away. I highly recommend going to them for your tire repair needs!

Ehhhh. Town fair tire has my loyalists especially after being hung up on because I was "asking too many questions and they were too busy". There are much nicer ways of getting your point across then having a horribly rude tone and hanging up on your customers especially when I've spent good money there. That did it for me. I understand everyone has bad days but that's unacceptable no matter how busy you are. Those are the times you probably just shouldn't answer your telephone!

We were loyal customers for 10+ years, there is a new manager who has entirely ruined this business. The manner in which he spoke to us, and then observed with others as we waited, was 100% unacceptable, go elsewhere :(

Outstanding service I feel. They took me in at closing time and worked on my tire.You don't find that kind of service often. Friendly staff also.

Used to be a good place. Something's changed - manager? Poor communication, including leaving me on hold for 5 minutes, no cost estimate, no call to let me know the work was done "early" (4 days after I left the car there)... They told me it would take a week to repair 2 flats, leaving me without a car. Then they didn't call me when the work was done "early". I'm gone. Down the road they take walk-ins.

I can't get anyone to pick up my calls and the voice mailbox is not accepting messages even though their message says to "press 1 to leave a message". I have been trying for over a week now. I purchased my tires from them and thought they would be able to mount and balance them before too long, but I can't even speak to anyone to inquire about the timing or availability. Not okay.

I made an appointment to get a new pair of tires. I got a great set at a reasonable price. The crew at Pete's were all friendly and professional. It was a short wait for them to mount, balance them and put them on. I recommend Pete's!

Made an appointment for 8AM, arrived at 7:50. They did not have the tire I wanted despite it being advertised online. They didn't even take my car in until 8:25, where it sat for an additional 10 minutes before starting the work. Slowest tire change I ever witnessed.There seemed to be more people manning phones than installing tires, bickering with management on the phone and talking business rather than serving custoners. Altogether I waited 85, minutes after booking a 1st thing in the morning appointment. Not once was I informed that there would be a delay, and I was pretty much ignored when I stood at the counter to ask about my car's status.Edit: It turned out I did not need new tires. My problem was a wheel bearing. Rather than point out the real issue, they just took my money and replaced a good tire.

I wouldnt go anywhere else. This business is so professional and trustworthy. They have helped me several times and didnt even charge me. Dylan is so kind and helpful. Very informative. On one occasion i needed to get a rim and they recommended an awesome "junkyard". I love these guys. Thank you Pete's Tire Barn!!

I found out about Pete's three years ago from my then boss. There was curb damage on my right rear rim and tire, and a nail in my front left tire. I came to Pete with the tire I had gotten from a junkyard. They wouldn't put it on because though the same brand etc, the speed rating was different. I was upset and thought they were trying to rip me off! But not only did I find out they were protecting me from my ignorance, they repaired the flat and found a tire with the right rating at a price I could afford!As I sat waiting for the repair to be done, I noticed it wasn't just me! The guys at Pete's, in general, treated everyone with respect and honesty!! I've sent others there and they all have had the same experience. I'll recommend them anytime!!!

I can't complain at all. After looking for tires for my truck near by and just getting quotes with fees that didn't make any sense. I realized that I neglected the only place that never fail to me. I am really happy with the service and I recomend PETE to everyone. Just be clear of what you need and you will definitely get the best service in the area. Thank you for the best service, I will keep bringing my vehicles.

We had a leaking fron tire on an RV we rented that needed to be reparied before we could continue on our trip. It was a commercial tire that could only be handled by a group like Pete's and not one of the retail sales groups. They jumped on the issue right away, pulled the tire and checked to find the valve cover sensor was leaking, removed it and put in air in before i coudl get a cup of coffee. And they didnt even charge us!!!! I amazed at the service and support provided by the team. Thanks so much for helping us out.

Have been going to Pete's since living in the Northampton area. Great customer service and have gone out of the way multiple times to help me out, including today. I got a nail in my tire, took it over, and it was all set to drive again in 20 min.

I absolutely love Pete's Tire Barn in Northampton. I've been going to them for six years and have always had the best & kindest service there. The employees are so sweet and funny. Today may not have involved them singing but they were laughing and happy. Seeing smiling faces and hearing laughter, along with great service and pricing, really speaks volumes to how important employee happiness effects job performance and overall customer satisfaction.

Normally this is a great place to do business with, but my experience today was not a happy one.I brought my truck in for winter tires, when I drove in I had two hub cabs, when my truck was returned to me I only had one. When I went back in to tell them they forgot one, they told me I was mistaking, my truck only had one. Needless to say now I m furious, I know how many hub cads that was on my truck when I brought it in. The boss told me that four workers said there was only one, what a group of liars. He said they would check their cameras, I called them back to tell them to check their outside cameras too, because I had two when I brought it in.

I stopped by without an appointment to check if my tire had a leak. I had a nail and they were able to take it out and repair my tire with almost no wait! The service was great and everyone was friendly.

I caught a flat on a road trip here several years ago, they were really busy and all booked up for the day but they still patched it for me and I was back on my way within a couple hours. Very professional group over there in Northampton, and I couldn't recommend them enough.

You can find tires anywhere, but I visit the Northampton Pete's for tires and alignments because I know I can rely on the guys that work there to give me honest and knowledgeable advice. There are no frills or gimmicks or candy-coating to make you wonder if you got ripped off. Just veterans of the tire industry doing what they do best: tires.

5 Stars...ya know why? Because they're just that damn good! And I'll be back to get my winter tires(this year) and another set of all seasons next year....This place is the best. Don't sleep on them.

I was in a tough spot and weather was terrible. The staff was really friendly and helped me right away. Thet met their commitment so I could finish my work for a non-profit organization. Great work!

Friendly service, good prices. They could use a proper waiting room, though. They carry Cooper Tires, so there's a chance that you're buying American.

Brought my flat and off-the-wheel snowblower tires in, thinking they'd need to order something custom to replace them. They quickly reseated, sealed and reinflated them for me for free! Next time I need tires for anything, this is the first place I'll go.

At first, I thought it was a mistake, but they legit didnt charge me for a plug on my new tire. And very quick, respectful service. Thank you, guys!
