Needed a VERY hard to find ignition battery for our 2009 Toyota Camry Hybrid, and who wants to pay the dealer price? Mark, the manager, worked very hard for us, making many calls, and found the battery at a better price. Sales associate Tyson also super helpful. Will use them again and heartily recommend!No other parts store, though tried to be helpful & were friendly, even offered to work this hard. Thanks NAPA!

Great Auto parts store they still feel like a real part store not these Carquest,AutoZone, Advanced auto junk stores that keep popping up everywhere

They didn't have what I needed (cigarette outlet to USB converter) but the guy working was nice about it. Shop is pretty small so don't expect a ton of product (at least compared to my local NAPA in CO).

I came to get a simple light bulb for my vehicle. I was accurately given my part but i unknowingly came without cash and only debit cards. I was walking out as it was below the minimum required to use the debit card when The YOUNG MAN also at the counter (not the elder! ) offered to pay for my part!!! I was so thankful as i would surely have been stopped and fined if i continued without it. My faith in HUMANITY was refilled that day!!!! I was so pleased that this young man had a heart, that he clearly was raised right!! My personal thanks go out in a huge way to this young man. (Not the elder, who couldn't care less)

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!I own a local garage and tries to source a medium duty truck part from here. Ordered on a wensday and was told part would be in within 2 days. 3 days goes by and told will be in "tommorow" 4 days goes by keep getting told "tommorow" after i week i tell them i want a refund and im going elsewhere. After 8 days the part arrives and im told if i want a refuned a 20% restocking fee will be charged. I politely requested not to be chatged due to their error causing the canceling of my part order which resulted in a full on argument and making it out to be my problem. Awful customer servive and will be reporting to corporate.

They're a reliable company for the good quality of their products, AND they were open until 7pm, so O could buy what I needed after my day job let out.
