Liars and terrible work performed. Bought tires from Tire Rack and used these jokers as recommended installers . Seem nice enough until they scratch and gouge the hell out of your wheels while putting 4 new tires on. I kindly bring Eddie outside (away from customers to avoid bringing them bad publicity) to discuss the damage before even getting in my car and it s immediate denial from him and his manager. Nah that was there we didn t do that . They managed to scratch and gouge all 4 wheels while installing 4 brand new tires. Isn t that the easiest job for any competent shop??? Terribly unprofessional. Please do not take your car to these con artists if you care at all about your vehicle. Hopefully my experience and this review can save yours from this type of abuse and neglect.

The guys over there were stellar in all the ways! They got me and buddy in last minute and fixed my parking brake and exhaust on my F-350.The manager (can t remember his name) was attentive, funny, polite, and went above and beyond to get us going for our long trip across the country! 10000 stars for the team over there.

Eddie helped me out when I came in to get a set of new tires. Eddie was great; however, the facility isn t properly equipped to handle more than one tire installation at a time. What was supposed to be a 45 minute service turned into a two hour wait. Either they need more equipment to provide appropriate service or they need to give customers separate tire installation appointments, since the facility can t handle the demand.

Went in for oil chance, top up the brake fluid, preventative maintenance, etc. They somehow managed to break the brake line doing this extremely minor work and since there was no way to drive the car off the lot after this mistake we were forced to pay for brand new parts (which they didn't have in the shop, so we had to wait there for delivery). Absolutely ridiculous. Save yourself being scammed and ripped off and take your business elsewhere.

I was leaving my sister s house to drive 2 1/2 hours home around 3pm the day adter Christmas. A few miles out I got a flat and had the spare on. That afternoon until 7pm I called multiple places for a new tire. All were booked. The next morning I called Monro and they told me they have a huge tire selection and would put a new tire on that day so I could get home. I got there for 12 and was on my way by 1. They were very friendly and no pressure to fix other things they found. They gave me the info for my mechanic in my hometown. Thanks!

Oil change was fine, but they topped off my windshield wiper fluid, which was working perfectly fine, with a product not suitable for winter. It s been frozen for two weeks. It s cold out, but not THAT call. Super annoying.

I walked in for service for one car and asked for an oil change in my other vehicle on the spot. They accommodated me even though they were close to closing. The manager was honest about the warranty on my other vehicle right from the start. The place definitely deserves 5 stars.

I arrived and they not only said that the coupons are not actually coupons, just a suggested discount but "they'd figure something out since it's Christmas Eve". When I said that my car takes 0w-20 synthetic blend, they tried telling me it only takes full synthetic (not true- but I'm sure they wanted me to pay more). The manual says you may use full synthetic but 0w-20 comes in synthetic blend. Then they said that the cost would be $80 which I did not pay last time I got the mid range oil. I said I wanted the blend and they said they don't carry it! I walked out. I will no longer recommend Monro. They used to have quality customer service, but between my experience and a friend's experience where they were charged $900 for brake service, I won't be heading back there.

This place sucks. The workers are nice, sure, but I got charged $200 for an oil change and a cabin air filter. They also drained my coolant without asking me and didn't replace it. Never going here again

Great service and great people! I pulled in around 330 on a Saturday and asked for a tire plug since my sensor was still on after putting air on my tire a couple times. They got on it right away and the problem was a broken valve stem on the tire. They replaced it quick and told me it was on the house! How awesome is this place?!?! Thank you Northampton Monro. Thank you for being a business with a good heart and looking out for others. Greatly appreciate it. My next pay it forward will be on your behalf. Also, most places close early on Saturday and are closed on Sundays. Not here, they are open late every day! They were my 4th shop I took my car too this afternoon and the only one who helped me right away. Thank you.

AVOID going here if you can! They charged me over 130 dollars for a full synthetic oil change (all while patronizingly referring to me as "honey"), and tried to sell me a new battery. After checking with my regular mechanic, my battery is absolutely fine! Skip the scam and get your work done elsewhere.

Flex pipe, o2 sensors , gasket replacedI was literally shown everything that needed to be done to pass inspectionAdditional repair need shown to me & told to order part on eBay to save me $, they would install. They came in under estimate as found some of the parts could still be usedVery thorough in going through the car, great communication with me at every step. George rocks, really looking out for me as best he could. Highly recommend

So nice! And helped me test my battery after AutoZone lied to me and scammed me! I came to them with a new battery that AutoZone convinced me I needed to buy because they said my battery was bad, and they retested my current battery, invited me into the shop to show me the battery tester, and ensured me that my battery life was in fact fine and encouraged me to go get a refund from AutoZone. And they didn't charge me for any service at all! Just genuinely nice people helping out a girl that doesn't know much about cars. Safe to say I will return to them for any other car problems I have.

DO NOT take your vehicle here for service. I am experienced in repairing vehicles, but needed an exhaust leak fixed in a hurry to pass inspection and don't have a welder. The work they did was sub par at best, the welding looks like it was done by a 10 year old. They called me and told me it was all set to pick up, then when I got there and had already payed the outrageous fee of $900, they began to inform me I still had a SMALL leak and needed a new manifold. I start the car and it was no small leak. It was louder than before I brought it to them and now I can smell exhaust inside the car really bad, which was not the case beforehand. I can't believe they are still in business. Literally crooks who get away with it on a daily basis

Don't expect to pay close to what you are quoted for an oil change. They'll do the job, but the pricing honesty is even worse than you'd expect from a car shop (which is saying something). Looking forward to a reply from the business saying they are "sorry for the poor experience" lmao. Unsurprising that they have availability when the other shops don't.

Had a great experience here today with Steve and Angel. They were able to take care of my car in less than an hour and charged a very fair price. I'll be switching to them for my auto needs. Would recommend!

Best service around, by far. Spoke with Angel over the phone and scheduled appointment for next day, and he and his team were able to help make my car street ready (and safe!) in a very short period of time. Very knowledgeable staff, and they are all SO very kind and provide outstanding service. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be going back to them for future service. These are the guys you can TRUST. Thank you to the whole crew at this Monro

Replaced rotors and break pads and did a terrible job. Needed to go back to a different shop less than a month later and have the work re-done. probably overcharged as well but that's less frustrating than not doing the work properly. Avoid if you can for anything other than a inspection or oil change

Great service. Previous mechanics had trouble getting my oil plug off because it had been stripped so badly. I thought I would have to get a new oil pan to get an oil change. George was super helpful and was able to get the oil plug off, saving me hundreds of dollars. Service was great and it really felt like they were trying to save you money.

This place used to be my go-to shop but since Mike and the old staff left, the place has changed completely. Went in recently for an oil change and they tried to get me to spend $1000 on brakes and rotors I knew I didn t need. Tried telling me it was urgent and wouldn t explain or show me anything, which the old staff had always done for me. Really disappointed that the new staff has that scam the young girl who knows nothing mentality, I won t be going back.

Made an appointment for an oil change the day prior. Day of reservation upon walking in I was told the prices had changed that same morning and my oil change would be twice as expensive as what I was quoted less than 24 hours prior. Explained the whole reason I came in was due to the rate I was quoted. I understand that prices change but the reservation was made less than a day prior and if any rate change was imminent, it should have been communicated to me over the phone to show transparency and good customer service. I don t expect hilton service from a bodyshop but the least you can do is have a modicum of business sense and honor what was quoted or communicate the change beforehand to clients. Ownership & management must do better with service especially if the pricepoint is at a premium in comparison to the competition.

I was able to schedule a day-of oil change appointment and they took my car in immediately. It was ready in 20 minutes, as accurately predicted by the man who checked me in. There was no hassle and they didn't attempt to sell me services or expensive add-ons I didn't need, as other mechanics have done before. It was a convenient and smooth process with fair prices. I will come back for future auto service needs.

I've been bringing my car to Monto Auto Service for years for my routine oil changes.The staff is knowledgeable, informative, and genuinely go above and beyond. I have never felt like they were trying to trick me into buying more services than are necessary. I highly recommend!

Was recommended this spot for an oil change which was 100$. They said my breaks were bad and showed me, obviously me being there it would be a good time to get them done also mind you I m 20 and a hard worker. I ended up paying 550$ for some Rotors and pads which I could ve gotten for 300$ (I used to work at a car parts warehouse ) Which I thought was 300$ also, they said they d do it for free also, but I ended up paying 80$ for labor , I ended up leaving with a 728$ bill which I m upset about, because they knew i was young and took advantage, they never mentioned the price when checking out and waited until I signed then handed me the papers with the total. I was nothing but kind and respectful as always, they also spelled my last name wrong, which I spelled out twice, it s Yankson not Waynkson. Please if you ever have young customers don t do what you did to me. I find the last name problem extremely disrespectful.

Saw us on short notice on a Sunday afternoon to take care of a slow leak in our tire. Didn t even end up charging us for the work. So shines a good deed in a weary world.

A great place to have your vehicle serviced. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, who thoroughly explain what is wrong with your vehicle. Service time is fast and cost is reasonable. Cannot recommend enough

I am new to the area and definitely needed to find a good garage for car maintenance. I had an ongoing problem with my rear brakes system and they fixed everything and were very nice about it. It was an expensive job, but it was definitely a very reasonable price for the job that had to be done. They could have tried to scam me because I was younger and new to the area, but they did not and they are very trustworthy. I am happy to have found a good garage in the area and will definitely be going back!
