Good customer service/ parts department.They shipped out a part to me for half the price my local dealer was asking. I called them up and within a few minutes they explained which part I needed as there were a few variations listed for my make & model.

Hayley Fairman in service was awesome. She was very good in helping me get my problem solved with my vehicle. She was straight up and honest. I loved how she kept me informed while my vehicle was being repaired. The service was fast.

So far the repair seems to have gone well, driving away. So that's what the star is for.There was less than a gallon of gas in the tank when I drove out. Panicked that there wouldn't be gas nearby but there was one two blocks away.Intake was friendly and professional. Rep gave me a decent ballpark on some of the repairs under discussion. But I was not given a quote on 2 certain services, not called to be told what my likely repair bill was going to be if they did everything and not asked for approval for that estimate, and was surprised with a bill $500 more than I expected to pay.Service had gone home for the day and the cashier's only response was "Unfortunately there's nothing I can do."Over a barrel. Paid the bill. Not going back. Not recommending. But they are a dealership so I am sure they'll be fine.

It's a no for me.They will overcharge, double charge, and continue to charge without solving the issue. Go to Facebook and type in their name. They have been doing it for years.

Half the price of Balise. Everyone was nice and professional. Shuttle was ready and waiting. Service completed ahead of time. Provided quote for upcoming needs. Not pushy at all. Would recommend.

Bought my car from there sales person was nice . I like that they text for appointments and you can text with questions. Always clean ,nice waiting room. Check in is a little strange . Also slow at the parts department if you have a question

As for maintenanceThey get the job done in a timely manner. As to sales. I never cared for sales peoples hard sell and negotiations, but they are not too bad, better then some. They sell a good product. Not the garbage Chevy and the rest are putting out.

I think they'll pass. A friend's jeep broke down, took them quite some time to find out what the issue was, but they eventually did. Also gave her a loaner pending when the car was fixed.

Purchased my Honda 120 miles East of here, as the Lia Toyota group were pushy, shifty, dishonest and didn't honor our extra warranty (which is the reason we drove the 240 miles round-trip to purchase our Toyota). After several visits for covered service on my Honda, they had us wait All Day to tell us they Could Not Fix my remote starter (installed by Honda) and it would cost $400 to reinstall my glove box, that has no lock, was virtually empty except my registration, which I Needed for my inspection, but couldn't open. Online it's a well known defect, and should be "covered" under my bumper to bumper 15 year 150,000 mile warranty, since my car is virtually still in as new condition with 38,000 miles on it and 4 years old. The sales people seem reasonable, though we have never purchased a vehicle from them. As our past interactions were less than favorable, I doubt we ever will purchase anything from Lia ever.

We are thrilled with the service that our older Jeep received from this service department. One of our warning lights was on and two other Jeep dealership service departments weren't able to determine the cause. This service department quickly and correctly diagnosed and repaired the problem.

We just purchased a preowned toyota rav4. Francesca, our sales person was super friendly and prompt. She even offered us rice crispy treats that she bought from tandem bagel next door lol! The negotiations were positive and fun with no bickering. We met the sales manager Chris Peltier and he was very genuine and a pleasure to do business with. Everyone involved seemed eager to earn our business. Once we agreed on the price we were introduced to the finance manager Koren O'Sullivan who advised us on the importance of protecting our investment and offered us different programs that he could roll into our payments at a reasonable price.It was raining when we picked it up but Francesca brought the car into their delivery bay, dried off the car so we could inspect it and then demonstrated all the rav's awesome features. We had to go back the next day to get the inspection sticker since it was also night but we didn't wait long because the service department was running like a well oiled machine! In my humble opinion I feel they truly hit a grand slam with this Toyota Family

Did you know banks & credit agencies can use your vehicles to verify your identification? Here's why it matters: In March of 2019, a woman in Northampton, MA used my name and email address to purchase a 2017 Highlander. Lia Toyota opened an account with SiriusXM and CarFax using my contact info. I now had access to another person's vehicle information and service schedule, and they had free use of my identity. Despite a police report , numerous calls and a promise by the owner to remove my data from their system...more than a year later, my data is STILL attached to this vehicle. I am contacted regularly by companies associated with Lia Auto Group. I am not a customer. Yet, now I have to fight an ongoing battle to protect my identity because Lia Auto Group has no internal controls to prevent fraud in the first place.

My mother-in-law came in to have the recall done on her airbag and they told her she needed a new $2,500 catalytic converter she didn't know any better she had them put it on they definitely take advantage of the elderly they told her it could cause a breakdown fentanyl elderly person wants to break down so they'll pay anything, they make me sick to my stomach
