Completely wasted a month and a half of my time. Could never call or email me to say that my appointment had to be postponed, which happened multiple times and at the end of it all nothing got done and they just left my key in my unlocked car up front so any junkie in Noho could've easily stolen it. I'm glad you were shut down.

Insurance told me to bring my car here, so I did. Kings did not want to work on the car, told me to leave it with them and call for insurance to go look at it. When trying to contact kings about my car, they kept saying they did not have it and that we did not bring it into the shop, even though I spent an hour there WITH MY CAR. Once the insurance sent out a flatbed to receive my car to take to another garage, they turned the flatbed away and told them they did not have the car. Once I mentioned getting the police involved because they have lost/stolen my car, they phoned back 5 minutes later and miraculously found it. Poor, poor service.

My Subaru Crosstrek was in an accident across the street from the auto body shop. It needed extensive body work and repairs. Pam, the office manager was friendly, kind and thoughtful. She recommended a rental shop and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. It took quite a bit of time due to parts orders, insurance, etc. but it was worth the wait. I would highly recommend this shop. The repairs are perfect and my car was detailed when I went to pick it up.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

After my car was involved in a hit and run, it needed a repair quickly as the hit took away the ability to open the hood. Craig and his team got me on the schedule quickly and had a car ready for me to use while the work was occurring. My car was turned around and back to me within a few days and looked even better than when I pulled her off the lot the first day I had her. Not only was the work beautiful, the outside and inside of the car were cleaned thoroughly. Impressed, pleased and thrilled. Definitely keeping them in my contacts in case I should ever need work again! 10/10 Thanks all!!Service: Body & Trim

Wow, what an absolutely perfect experience. This is the best auto body shop that I have ever interacted with. It may be the best business I have ever used. They work with your insurance, they can handle towing and rental cars, the repair time is fast, and overall they do amazing work. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and consummate professionals. They even cleaned up the interior of my car (I took it in for a bumper repair) and included an air freshener. I wish all businesses operated like this one!

Did a phenomenal job with major body work repair on car. It was spotless inside and out by the time we got it. They may have a longer turnaround than most due to popularity but It is well worth the wait to have the job done by people who are truly perfectionists. The car looks better than when I bought it. Highly recommend

King Auto Body is the best; I wouldn't take my care anywhere else. Steve is the consummate professional who works his magic on any damage. He is honest and fair and takes great pride in his work. All of this and a great sense of humor too!Pam at the front desk is friendly and courteous and takes care of all the details so you don't have to.My car was hit in a parking lot and the offender left the scene. Though an expensive and unpleasant experience, the great people at King made all the difference..They even vacuumed and cleaned my car inside and out and did such a good job the car looked borderline detailed!I don't exactly look forward to seeing them again, but when I do, I know they will do a fantastic job on my car.

These people are the best! They made everything so easy to deal with and understand. I had to wait a bit for an appointment but, hey, they are the best, so they are busy!! They are also the only body shop in the area that is recommended by my insurance company (Metropolitan). When I picked up my vehicle after repairs, it looked just like it did when i drove it off the dealer's lot - inside and out! I am extremely pleased with everything about the place.

I've always gone across the street. Until my insurance company said "that quote seems kind of high. do you mind trying another auto body?"I am so glad we did. Craig and Pam are so easy going, laid back, and honest. One of the most important things in this subject is that the job is done right, and the cost is shortly behind.They nailed both! Job looks great, and we paid nearly 1,000 less than another quote.

I recently got body work done on my car here. It was my first time going through this process and Pam and Steve made it really easy. Furthermore, along with their team who I did not meet, they did a great job on my car. I am really happy I chose this auto body for my work and I would highly reccomend!

I thought that by doing business with those who were satisfied with doing business with me, we would be reciprocating a good relationship I was turned away sight unseen. Major car accident, the staff is really great.They did a great job.Have gone to Kings for 40 years. BOB WINNIE was the best a real class act.Craig is very good at cost analysis.Will go back until I don't drive. 83 now.Best place in town.

Seems like a really well built and organized shop, although the work environment seems slightly gender biased. I applied there, I got a full tour of the shop and got taught all of the information I would need to know upon hiring. The employees were polite, but acted like I did not know much about cars, almost underestimating my abilities. I waited 2-3 weeks for a sign, and ultimately they hired a classmate of mine, a male, who is the same age as me as well as having the same level of Collision repair knowledge as me (because we go to a vocational school and we both take the same trade). The lady at the front desk has been very blunt and vague the multiple times I've called, and has hung up on me before I had a chance to continue speaking. I was very excited for the opportunity to work here and now I am happy that I didn't.

I really thought my car was scrap after a hit and run on the Turnpike. These folks handled everything for me. They kept me in the loop on everything that was going on, and in a reasonable amount of time they surprised me with a call to come get my car. When I saw my car I was elated! The work was excellent. I highly recommend King Autobody to anyone.

I don't write reviews often but this place did a great job. Maybe all body shops are like this (I doubt it). Someone hit my car, their insurance (plymouth rock) low-balled me by about %60 in the appraisal but King Auto worked with them to get the full amount, replaced the quarter panel, got them to pay for my rental car, and gave it back to me beautifully done, in a reasonable amount of time. They even took care of some nasty rust on their own that they found when they took the panel off. I got my car back waxed and with the interior clean. I didn't have to do anything or pay anything extra. Not sure what else one could ask for.

The staff was very friendly and the service provided was top notch. They were also a preferred vendor for my insurance company. I didn't know before hand, but they could have done the appraisal work for my insurance company as well. I highly recommend their service.

King is hands-down the best body repair place I've been to in the area. They're very upfront about cost realities, they're quick when actually doing the repairs, and they even go out of their way to help you deal with insurance companies. I'm always very wary of places trying to screw you over, but if it's something that should cost only $40, they'll only charge you $40. And if the insurance company lowballs you by a few thousand dollars, they'll tell you straight up and help you get the estimate where it should be.

This place is fantastic. They did a great job on the car, worked closely with insurance, gave me a loaner whole my car was being repaired, and did a total wash and vacuum of my car. Very friendly employees. Would definitely recommend them.

Replaced my bumper in 2 days, gave me a free loaner car to use, cleaned my car inside and out, were extremely professional and nice, and best of all they charged about half what another shop had quoted me! Highly recommend.

I'm not happy I needed their service but I am SO happy I chose them to do the work. My truck was ready a day earlier than they anticiapted, the work was perfection, and they cleaned (yes, cleaned!!) it!!! Who DOES that???Professional, friendly people who make you glad you walked in the door.

Steve at King Auto Body had my damaged bumper replaced in under two days. Amazing and fast work. I'd recommend them for any body work in a heart-beat!

Best place I ve ever been to for auto body repair... pricing is better than further down the street as well.Staff is really friendly.... even washed my car and vacuumed inside for me!!!!! I would definitely recommend King Autobody

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! The customer service is outstanding and the attention to detail is incredible. You won t be disappointed.
