This place is amazing!!! They took such good care of my car, and I really felt like they cared about it personally, which I ve never experienced before in a mechanic. I m used to being talked down to at the mechanic, and that was not the case at ALL here. The staff were friendly and so helpful. Not to mention they fixed the problem in my vehicle for MUCH less than I expected and even taped up a body problem I d been having for free. I m from out of town and wish I had a mechanic this good at home!

I ve been an ARC customer for almost 40 years & as they shut down, they recommended A&H for future service. So far (an oil change & general maintenance), so good. Like the guys at ARC, Louie s honest, straightforward, knowledgeable, a source of good advice & competent exactly what you want in a mechanic. Next service, front brakes.Service: Oil change

Correctly diagnosed problem with my AC after I gave a brief description of the problem. Replaced the faulty part and it s now working great. My transmission began having error codes and I called A&H and they got me in right away. The transmission ended up needing to be replaced, and after going back and forth with the dealership about a warranty extension (it only had 76k miles!) it became clear we wouldn t get any help from them. I called A&H and they put in my replacement transmission the next week for much less than I would have paid at the dealership. Everything is working great now. Whether it s just an oil change or a major issue I wouldn t want to go anywhere else!Services: Transmission, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

Louis Robinson is an excellent technician for Honda, Accura and similar foreign cars. His work is done on time and accurately. I ve used A&H Auto since Lous moved to this location. I came to have my shaky steering wheel and AC looked at. I have a Honda Element. The man who helped me was so polite, nice, and helpful. And quick. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Five stars!! I recently went here to have my Honda Accord fixed after I had just bought it! The car was shaking and I was very worried about it. Louie, took the time to find all the issues and check everything. Because he did that he found that the car had the wrong transmission fluid in it. I am so grateful! I m not sure if another shop would have figured that out. He is an honest and great mechanic with many years of experience! Great customer Service! I am very happy! Thank you Louie!

I went to Louie after going to another local shop and being told my 2003 Honda Cr-V was essentially totaled and could only sell for scrap. Thank god I decided to go to Louie for a second opinion!Louie has been working on Hondas since 85 and it shows. What I was told was a transmission failure, Louie diagnosed as a substantially less expensive issue with the catalytic converter. And he did this quickly too.He was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I m indebted to him for helping me save my baby!! Thanks so much Louie! Give this guy business!! I sought out A&H because there is nothing so reassuring as a knowledgable and confident car mechanic -- especially when suffering from deep buyer's remorse as I was. I have learned that there is value in people's strengths and that's obvious with Louis' knowledge of my 2001 Honda Civic. I think he has been working on Hondas since 1985! He just knows these cars really well. I'm glad I saved myself a 6 hour trip to my trusty og mechanic -- Louis is just as good and a heck of a lot closer. I'd recommend his shop to anybody with a vehicle. He's a smart and genuine small business owner.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Took my car to Louie for a second (well really third) opinion on an issue I was having in regards to starting my '04 CRV. He was not only able to figure out/diagnose the issue(which the dealership couldnt even do), but was able to fix it for a super reasonable price!! If you have a Honda and its having issues small or large I would 100% take it to Louie! Wicked intelligent, easy to talk to guy, who is honestly out to help you and your car and not just make money off of you!

My partner discovered this place via signage on the way to the Coop -- I decided to give it a try, after having multiple Honda-specific problems that other repair shops didn't seem to know much about.Lou is a super friendly, honest, knowledgeable guy, and never makes you feel unknowledgable or pressured into something you can't afford or don't need. His services are fairly priced, and he works fast. On top of that, he seems very COVID-conscious and has been properly masked every time I've gone in, even when he's alone in the shop. He genuinely seems invested in doing right by people. Some mechanics treat you differently than men, but not here! Louis is the absolute BEST - one of the rare few, an honest, honorable, straight-talking mechanic. I had a headlight out, brought the bulb in, and he changed it (and did a cursory check of everything else) and didn t even charge me. I can t recommend A&H more!!!!!
