I brought my new 2024 Kia K5 GT to Pro Auto Detailing to have a ceramic coating applied to protect my investment. Will is a consummate professional and clearly communicated the available options and pricing. Additionally, he was willing to hold my car for two weeks while I was out of the country on vacation at no additional charge. He also arranged to have my car tinted which my mechanic had to double check to confirm it was legal for MA inspection (it read 37%) and said was the best tint job he has ever seen. When I returned, Will was able to meet me on a Sunday although he had to interrupt his personal plans and even offered to hold the car longer since I was leaving for another trip the following week. He also hand washed the car before I picked it up and applied protectant to the wheels. The Modesta BC-X coating on the car is stunning and I couldn't be happier. The work didn't come cheap but I feel it was a great value for the level of quality and service offered. Do not hesitate to give Will your business if you need detailing for your car and want the absolute best!!

Just had my annual detailing done by Will and, as usual, the car looks brand new. A little history - I first tried Pro Auto more than 5 years ago for a 1973 Mercedes 280SE that was very dull and faded. Will was very thorough in going over the options and set realistic expectations for the outcome. Will undersold his abilities as the car come out much better than expected. Since then I have used Will exclusively for all my cars. He is exceptionally well versed in the products and processes and patiently explains the options without trying to oversell. His results are always excellent and he is very accommodating on scheduling. I had him detail a car I was selling and am firmly convinced it sold faster and for more than it otherwise would have. I am so pleased and confident with Will s services and practices that I simply make my appointment and let Will decide what the car needs annually. The cars always look fantastic and he never pads the services or the bill. Today, it s hard to find honest, dependable, competent service providers like Will who care about their customers rather than just the money. I have a bucket list of cars I still need to finish and they will all be going to Will.

I am new to New England and was in search of a place to take my girlfriend's small SUV to get waxed and buffed. Over the weekend I came across Pro Auto just as you are now and decided that was going to be the place I checked out.While at work on Monday my GF has a scratch down the whole length of her car varying from light to heavy.Tuesday I went to Pro Auto without an appointment and knocked on the door. Will came out and together we looked over the vehicle. Will was pretty confident that he could get the scratch out and we settle on what all would be done to the exterior of the vehicle. I would drop the car off on Monday of the next week and pick it up either that night or the next day based on how long it took to get the scratch out. Pro Auto sent me emails reminding me of the appointment and tip & tricks for a successful detail.Monday I dropped the car off around 9am and a little after lunch Will texted me to let me know the car would be ready on Tuesday. Tuesday morning Will texted me and said that I could pick it up at 2:00, which I replied that I would be there at 5:00. Will responded with, "No problem see you then."Girlfriend and I picked it up and the scratch as GONE and the car looked better then brand new!! We both were very pleased with the outcome and my GF even started asking Will about other services he could do to keep her car shining longer.Overall great experience with a great company!! I highly recommend Pro Auto Detailing and I will be doing business with Will again.

My sweet , gullible , 19 year old son decided to get me a $300 dollar gift card to get my car detailed to this place for Mother s Day. Pretty generous right! I remember thinking it was an excessive amount to have a car detailed, but nonetheless I was grateful. I proceeded to schedule an appointment after reading up on their detailing packages. First off they don t just offer inside detailing , which is insane since most people specifically get this service to have the inside cleaned. First red flag, but whatever, it is what it is. So, I own a minivan,pricing packages for the size of this vehicle start at $450, again excessive. So I drop off my car and a few hours after , I get an estimate stating that due to the condition of the vehicle , it would cost me an additional $312. This business expected a total of $612 to clean my car! Outrageous, there is no way I was going to pay this amount to have a car cleaned. So I called and asked what I can have done for the amount of gift card, since they already have $300 of my poor sons money. Mind you, when I asked about just having inside cleaned, Mr. Castro stated it had to be a package deal, but for $325 I can just get the outside of vehicle cleaned. The outside! Lol, I can go through the car wash and get the outside cleaned for a lot less. No thanks . Ridiculous!!! Price gauging at its best. I guess since the business is in North Andover, he feels he can charge these prices. Just horrible. Consumers beware.In response to dismissing my sons intentions, in my post I called him sweet and stated I was grateful. The fact still remains that he was gullible. Admittedly he picked your business based on location, not on research. A costly mistake and valuable lesson. The manner in which I raised him, leaves me without a doubt that my sons intentions were good and honorable. Unlike Mr Castro, who decided he was going to quote an astronomical price , knowing that no one in their right mind would pay that amount, just to get out of putting in some hard work. It s a minivan that drives four grandkids around constantly, sorry that chips and some goldfish in the carpets were to much for you to handle. Unfortunately I can t comment on the quality of work of this establishment, but for those prices I would hope no one should expect anything less than spectacular. I just feel bad that in order for my son not to lose his money, he still has to do business with Mr. Castro and his establishment.

Will and his team at Pro Auto Detailing were awesome! My car came out sparkling & the inside is as good as new! Will takes his job very seriously and it shows. His team is COVID cautious making this a comfortable place for everyone! He has contactless drop off and pick up not just an option but a standard for all of his clients. I will be returning to Will again and share with friends and family!Service: Auto detailing

Will did a super job on my family's Hyundai Santa Fe Sport and was communicative along the way. He put in extra effort to get out stains from my boys car-seat spills that I did not expect could be removed, but were like-new after his work. He even gave me some pointers to keep my wheels from looking rusty. There are no words for the detail Will did on my car. You can tell he is very thorough and particular with his work. When I saw my car I was amazed! It looked better than a brand new car. The paint looked sleek all over, tires had that wet look and the wheels were spotless. The interior looked ridiculously clean as if the upholstery and carpet were replaced with brand new ones, the dash was dust free and the car smelled amazing! I would definitely detail my car again at Pro Auto Detailing, not only did Will do an immaculate job with my car but his customer service is on point! Thanks Will!

Will took great care of my car!! He only was asked to work on the scratches that the tow truck driver caused when driving through a tree, and that was what the quote was for. But Will worked on the car extra time with no additional charge to make sure the whole exterior looked great, which wasn't easy because the car is 7 years old! But it now looks like new and I love it!! Will has wonderful work ethic and I highly recommend him. We will be returning to him for interior work very soon becuase of his high quality work.

My car was covered in bird droppings and tree sap from sitting in my driveway under a large tree. All of this was on the car for several months. Will worked tirelessly to get all of it off, as well as a full interior cleaning (with lots of dog hair!) and it is sparkly clean. Will was very communicative throughout the process and answered all of my questions quickly.Services: Steam cleaning, Full body wash, Clay bar treatment, Seat shampooing, Auto detailing, Wheel washing, Auto interior vacuuming

Will did an excellent job of cleaning a VERY dirty car! The light colored leather seats were transformed to their original color. The interior was spotless and the exterior looked like new when he was done. I am very happy with the super job and wish I had done this sooner. It is so nice to drive a spotless car :0)

I made and appointment and purchased a Signature Full Detail for a 2011 Toyota Camery. I dropped off the car at 9:30 in the morning as instructed and left the keys. As per the phone call to schedule, I was instructed that this process would take hours and I would pick my vehicle up at the end of the day. My car was not completed the day it was scheduled for and I was told it would be ready at 11am the following day via text. The next day I received another text informing me that my car would would actually be ready around 2pm and that it would be dropped off at my home. 3pm comes around and I asked for an update on the vehicle and am then told that it would be dropped off at 6pm via text. My car was delivered at 6:50pm. All texts made to me were professional but the timing made life very difficult. Upon looking at the car the outside was smooth and clean. The interior looks very nice but a small compartment in the dash was not cleaned (compartment partially hidden) and the carpeting was clean. Overall a good investment but maybe for not for the listed price of 395.00.

The owner Will is a very honest person and the world would be a much better place if everybody was honest as Will. I messed up applying ceramic coating to my car and wanted to get a quote and time on fixing my mistake. Using text trying to understand the situation Will suggested me method of fixing the issue and it worked. This guy is a rock star!!!

DO NOT bring your vehicle to Pro Auto Detailing in N. Andover, Ma for detailing. THE WORST car detailing I have ever had (and the most expensive). Not to mention they tried to tag on an additional $55 to the bill (noting some notice in their email that stated any extra items left in the car would incur an extra "handling" charge). I have paid $125 in the past and gotten a much better job done. They quoted $220 and said that is the max it would be, when I showed up the bill was $275. I was infuriated with the quality of work and price gouging. They said they would clean the engine compartment as well. Looks like they may have used a few paper towels and some windex to brush over it. Warning! Buyer Beware!

I would highly recommend Pro Auto Detailing, they did a phenomenal job in my Honda Pilot.They were awesome explaining all of the options that they offer.Very friendly place.Definitely coming back.

If you want to get your car looking like new again this is the place will did a great job removing all swirl marks on my bmw he took good care and knows what's his doing car looks like new again thanks will for such of good work

Had a similar experience to Amit and LLoyd. When trying to schedule an appointment he gave attitude and tried to sneak in hidden charges. Bottom line, unless you are a fan of taking attitude from a extremely greedy guy, I recommend stay away.
