Ann has been wonderful to work with. She goes above and beyond to help in anyway she can. Anytime I've had questions or concerns Ann would take the time to talk to me over the phone instead of going back and forth via email. Great attention to detail.

Ann and the rest of the crew at MTM Brainerd are always responsive and professional. I found a couple of discrepancies on our homeowners policy due to info pulled in from a 3rd party source. Ann was able to dispute the error, saving us nearly $500 on our policy renewal. She also advised us on ways to save on our Auto renewal, saving us nearly $600. I highly recommend this agency for all your insurance needs.

It s great to support a local business. Our previous provider was a national company that has lots of tv commercials that I was paying for. They were great to work with. Saved me some serious $ over my prior provider. I highly recommend giving Ann a call.

Jaymi was extremely helpful, she went up and beyond to make sure i was satisfied. she answered all of my questions no matter the questions i had. She is truly amazing and i am thankful she is with the company. I am very happy with this company they are nice, genuine and always there for you no matter what you need.I would highly recommend )

I have always had a pleasant experience when dealing with Paula Ellis. She is knowledgeable about all insurance products and has been helpful on many occasions. As an example I called her from Yellowstone National Park when I got pulled over and didn't have proof of insurance with me, she talked to the officer and verified that I was insured thussaving me a ticket. Your lucky to have her as agent.

I have worked with MTM for about 5 years now and am very happy with the personal attention they pay to my account. I am by no means a large policy holder, but each time I need to contact MTM they answer all of my questions promptly and thoroughly. When my daughter was involved in a terrible car crash a few years back, they were right on top of the claims process and made things very simple. Laurie, Carey, Joan and Fran are all fantastic representatives of the business and I am very glad to have found them!

My experience has been great for many years, my agent Lisa is on top of everything even to call and remind my low key husband he has a payment due!! She reviews our policies frequently and makes adjustments with us when needed and I count on her attention to our many accounts . Our household has six policies with MTM, I favorably recommend them .

I have been n MTM customer for many years and have always been impressed with the customer service provided by everyone that has assisted me. Mary Beth & Brie were super helpful. Most recently Eric helped me navigate through my situation. I was well informed and he made me feel very at ease as he guided me throughout the entire process. Thank you to the whole team!

New client as of June 1, 2020 This is by far the most helpful insurance company I have ever worked with. They have great customer service, they get right back to you if you need to leave a message. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Bonus, they saved me a lot of money from my other insurance company! So far so good. I would highly recommend them. What do you have to lose but higher rates with your current insurance company!

I love the ladies here, everyone is amazing and always so sweet. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because they don t remarket policies. I had been with them for 10+ years. I would call on increases and was told I am in the best place and we can revisit next renewal.I never realized how much I was over paying until I started working in the industry. I chose to quote my own policies, increase my coverage and I saved myself over $1,000 between my home and auto. I only got them to physically send me quotes after I had told them I m placing coverage elsewhere.

MTMBrainerd was able to solve several difficult insurance problems for me that required research and creativity both for my home owners insurance and insuring a new driver. My agent, Ann, was far and away the most helpful and responsive person I worked with as part of the home buying process.

My latest transaction took place while I was away on a business trip in Colorado. The office was able to handle getting my motorcycle coverage without a problem !! That s how it s always been when dealing with MTM !!! Great company, great employees, and a great value for your money with the companies they offer insurance through. Always a pleasure !!!!

If you are looking for a new in surance provider, I can't say enough good things about MTMBrainerd. I was in an accident last month and the whole process was simple and quick. They were all so helpful and made it so easy. The day after my accident the appraiser came out and 3 days later I had a check to cover the cost of my damage. It's nice to have such peace of mind when you are dealing with an accident.

I have worked closely with Brett Beaurivage and cannot recommend him more highly. Brett is the consummate professional. He's thorough, intelligent, efficient, and most importantly, very thoughtful in the process. Brett takes a holistic snapshot of your entire insurance portfolio and almost always manages to find gaps in coverage and inflated prices. More times than none, Brett is able to secure stronger coverage and less expensive prices in almost any personal and/or commercial policy. He also has a fantastic team behind him at MTMBrainerd.

I have been a very happy client of the MTMBrainerd agency for nearly a year. Our agent, Brett Beaurivage, wrote new policies covering our auto, home, and rental property needs, and saved us $1,200. He rewrote the rental property policy with the same company, and saved us nearly $400. During the process he discovered a clause in our old homeowners policy that could have cost us a significant amount of money if we'd had to file a claim for damage. We recently had to file a claim against the auto policy for damages caused by another driver. MTMBrainerd handled everything with a speed that amazed me. I highly recommend Brett and MTMBrainerd if you are unhappy with your current agency or insurer, or if you would like to save significant money.

It was getting late in the day as I was finalizing the purchase of my new car. Lisa and others stayed late so I could finish the process. Was able to drive the car home that night. Great group of people that have taken care of me for years.
