I have had Amy Roberts as my insurance agent for almost 10 years. She is unbelievably responsive and efficient. She goes to the next level in customer service. If I have an administration task that hasn't been done she will call to follow up and make sure it is done, or if not she even will get it done herself! I have NEVER experienced such customer service, guidance and trust in an insurance agent. I depend on her service! Thank you Amy!

Terrible company! They took over from my previous insurance rep. When I received my updated policy it was for 50 % more money for no reason! I have called and spoke to the same representative in the office. The first time she said she would check why my premium had skyrocketed. The second time she admitted she forgot me and would call me back in 20 minutes. Guess what- no call! I am cancelling my policy with them in writing and sending it certified. They are awful and I caution anyone getting insurance to stay away and shop around.Buyer beware!

These people are horrible when it comes to costumer service. They over charged me and never refunded me.

I can't get through to customer service because I don't know the person to ask for. Other than that, rabbits insurance is very good.
