I enjoyed a ride home from Logan recently with Newton Limo Car Service - comfortable ride, elegant car, professional driver. But the biggest reason for a 5-star rating from me is their customer service and communication. I received confirmation messages days before the ride, and then texts from my driver himself who was obviously watching my flight's progress and knew right when I would arrive. It made meeting up with him in the limo lot quick and easy.I have used other car services in the past with mixed results, but none of them communicated with me this well. Traveling by air brings with it a lot of uncertainties; it's great to know my ride home is not one of them. I will be happy to use Newton Limo Car Service again.

We had a stellar experience with Noel and Newton Limo Car on our recent trip to Boston. Noel was courteous, professional, warm and thoughtful every moment of our experience. An additional plus: the music he played was outstanding and made the trip even more enjoyable! I recently booked Newton Limo Car Service for my family and I can tell you we were not dissappointed. I recieved an immediate text from my sister-in-law stating that they were "in the car with a very nice man named Noel". Turns out Noel is the company owner and was kind enough to take the airport run himself.They were all delivered safe and sound to our home and my only regret is not booking Newton for the return trip to the airport.We live and learn. I will be using this service again for my own trips to the airport.Thank you so much

The team is detail oriented and extremely helpful when traveling with children. They have multiple types of car seats and track your flight details to ensure they are on time. They are a locally owned business and I cannot recommend them enough

Noel is one of the most determined people I know and he puts all his effort into his work. Since he arrived in the United States, he has overcome all the obstacles that have stood in his way to start his own business. I'm sure he has never let anyone down with his punctuality, manner, professionalism, and appearance; he's an example of entrepreneurship for everyone. He already has a lot of experience with limousines and transportation of people and it shows in his service. If you want to enjoy a pleasant experience and travel punctually and comfortably in every way, Noel is definitely your best choice in Boston.
