Quick and professional service. The same day availability. Clean, sensitive, and reliable. We called at 2 PM, Nikolay came at 6, replaced our broken lock in minutes and made our keys work with the new lock. My wife and I are very impressed.

Nikolai was wonderful! He arrived at our apartment in under 20 minutes and got us inside our home very quickly! He was very accommodating and provided excellent service! He went out of his way to help us and I would 100% recommend his service!

Nikolai was amazing,I have locked myself out my apartment on a Friday night doing my laundry, luckily I had my phone with me.He has arrived 15 minutes after I made the call and calmed me down and let me in back to my apartment in no time!Gave me price over the phone and didn't overcharged.Very professional, informative and polite.

We were locked out of our house this morning in our rush to leave. We re certainly glad we called Nikolay. We quickly exchanged info via text and he was able to get to us within 20 min. He had given us the proper expectations on the call and arrived on time. We were back in our house in minutes after he arrived. Nikolay is very professional and quick. Highly recommend him to everyone!

I was locked out of my home when the interior hardware in the front door handle failed in such a way to that made it impossible to open. It was late Saturday night, pouring rain, and dark; nothing else was open. Nicolai met me at my house precisely when he said he would, texting me when he was 2 minuites away. He quickly managed to get the door open, diagnosed the problem in a matter of a few minutes, and installed new hardware on the spot. Because he didn't have a door handle set on him that matched the color of the existing lock, he offered to come back the next morning with a matching color, but I was satisfied with the unit he installed because of the emergency nature of the situation. He also gave me a discount. He was courteous, respectful, prompt, and competent. If you are in a situation like the one I was in, you don't need the added stress of wondering whether the responding technician is honest or knows what they are doing. I strongly recommend calling Finest Locksmith. As an attorney who has represented numeous clients with consumer complaints, I don't hand out glowing reviews lightly. Nikolay saved my ass two years ago, when i locked my apartment with the keys inside as i was rushing to an important meeting. He arrived within 10 min, he was literally was running with a toolbox. Unlocked the door an charged a fair price. All done professionally and fast. Highly recommend!!!

What a satisfactory experience. Nicolai was more than capable, reasonably priced, professional. He even gave me an estimate in advance based on the photo I texted him. Being local, he had me into my locked out house inside of half hour from my call. Thank you.

I've worked with Nikolai on two home re-keys. He's super professional, teaches you how to use everything, replaces hardware, goes to get new hardware if needed. I couldn't recommend him more highly. This company is great to work with! We got locked out of our house in Medway and they had great communication and were upfront about any costs. Once here the locksmith quickly got the door open without any damage. Definitely will call again if we ever need anything - don t hesitate to call them!

Nikolai was fast and pleasant to work with. Very professional and was quick to unlock my door for me. I will keep him in my contacts in case of emergency though I hope I wont need him for emergency door unlocking services again. I will visit his store for other services.

Very disappointed. I returned home after vacation and was locked out of my home at 130am. Called this place that claims 24 hr emergency service was told that I would get a call back shortly. No call ever came even after I called back 3 times over the next 2 hours bad business to advertise something you do not deliver on

I had Nikola come out to replace 5 locks. It was a harder job than we thought, but he nailed it. Took him very little time, too, and he did it while I was working. Fast and convenient. I would recommend him to anyone.

Perfect service. Ric came in fifteen minutes, very skilled, used American parts, very knowledgeable and trustworthy.I was concerned about an unknown person having access to lock but I came to trust Ric and have no concerns.I was an amateur locksmith and appreciated his professionalism. Finest Locksmith is amazing - I will always call them before anyone else. Nikolay Roubin came over at night when we had an emergency lock-out and not only did he do a wonderful job, he was creative, kind and very reasonable. And we had a "while you're here" situation with some other door problems and he happily fixed those for us on the spot. He had everything he needed on hand, and it was quick and perfectly done. 5 stars all the way.

I locked my self out of my bedroom called Nikolay and texted him my address. He showed up within 15 min and unlocked my door. Even put on a new lock. I highly recommend him he is prompt, courteous, and a nice guy.

Said they were going to be at my house in 20 mins to retrieve my keys from my locked car. Arrived in 15. The gentleman was gentle with my Audi the entire time. He was in my car in under 5 mins. Highly recommend.

I locked my car in Dedham. Simply shut it with my keys inside. My close friend said to call Nikolai. I did and the guy showed up in like 10 minutes (luckily, he wasn't far), opened my car and I was on my way! No scratches, nothing broken, just perfect. Thank you!

I have two keys that were unable to be copied at Home Depot and some other hardware stores but Nikolai made copies with no problem and very fast! He also very kindly replaced my key ring because it was bent out of shape.

Hey, the locksmith was a great and professional man. I called him and ask for help, he was punctual; arrived on time and opened my door without damaging it. He told very short time to do that and was always very kind. I strongly recommend this guy. I am a student at Boston College and being here alone in this country is sometimes awful. I got looked out by the locksmith helped me to go back to my apparent without any problem and it was cheap.Thanks man. All thumbs up!!

Locked out of my house on Sat. afternoon. Called N.F.L. and requested help. I sent text with addresses as requested. Locksmith at house 20 min. later, exactly when he said he would arrive. He even confirmed he was on his way.Very courteous & professional. Short time later I m back in my house. Great job!
