One of the crew spilled oil onto the hot engine. They tried to cover this up by cleaning it off with windshield wiper fluid, but the burning smell was still too awful. I asked them what happened. They said it s okay. They just cleaned the engine with the said fluid and the smell will go away(they did not tell me what really happened). I drove off, but had to turn around and went back to the shop after a few seconds. The odor was really bad and I had a12yrs son with me in the car. My son said the smell was good, but I told him that it s not food smell. It s burning smell and that it will cause us cancers. I told the crews that I knew exactly what happened because I used to be a mechanic. They asked me to pull inside the shop and started to clean the spilled spot again. Once inside the shop, I told them I knew what happened, but what I really needed from them was an apology and that they try their best to fix the problem. Till now, the smell still lingers. Can you refund my money? I have a receipt and a video clip of the crew trying to clean up the mess. Thank you.

I can' say enough about how professional and courteous everyone was AND, I now have heat in my Truck!I trusted what Fritz said that I should consider flushing my cooling system.When I drove out I had heat for the first time in a month!Thanks to Fritz and crew

I pulled in on a freezing Sunday morning - low on oil and in need of an oil change. The attendant waved me into the bay right away, assessed what was needed and got to work straight away. I was on my way in 30 minutes. It couldn't have been more efficient or easy. Nice, helpful staff at the Needham Street, Newton, MA location.

I stopped by here to get my vehicle air conditioning system recharged. I called first to make sure there was available people to work on the vehicle. I pulled into the bay and waited for the worker. He came over to check the vehicle and discovered that it has to be returned to the dealership because the fitting attachment on their machine was not suitable for the attachment underneath the hood of my vehicle.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Went in for an oil change and two days later the protective shield under my car, which I had just replaced six months earlier, was completely mangled because they didn t screw it back in tightly enough. I was told multiple times that the manager would call and he never did. Basically spent $100 to lose $360. Awful. Save yourself the headache and go to a dealer or experienced mechanic.Service: Oil change

All of these guys were very patient, polite, and very hard working. I just moved to the area and will definitely be making them as my go to for all my oil changes. They all deserve a bump up in pay, it was busy and they looked short staffed but these guys were amazing as they handled everything professionally in a timely manner. :)Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The Newton Needham Street Jiffy lube location is horrible. I went in with my wife's car for the first time.The technician made me type in all my wife's information into the business computer. They did the signature oil change but didn't vacum, wash the wind shield, check my tire preasure or fill the windshield fluid reservoir. They then charge me an extra $8.50 for an extra quart of oil for a total of $62.00 for an oil change. Jiffy lube is a rip-off.Service: Oil change

These guys do a great job! I was in and out in 30 minutes. Professional, friendly and courteous. They work very hard to deliver an outstanding customer service experience. My visit was well worth it. I highly recommend this place.

Service was great, but they did not have an air filter for a Chevy Malibu, a fairly common brand, which forces me to go to yet another repair shop. Really inconvenient!

Fantastic service, very quick and knowledgeable staff that explained everything well. I needed an emergency tire fill up and oil change and I couldn't have been there more than 15 minutes.Specifically shout out to Bobby and Taylor. I hate getting my oil changed but they were great. Give these guys a raise!

I think it's about what you expect. Reasonable price for synthetic oil change, in and out in no time. Good job.Friendly service manager. Download a discount coupon and you're good to go!

The company has a very professional and friendly staff. I have been living in the USA for only 2.5 years and I do not speak English well. But here it doesn t bother me and the guys are very patient and understanding. This company is the best!

My car door was damaged during service and when I pointed it out, they just showed me how much room is in the bay and that it's not possible. I notified corporate and asked this local branch review the camera footage during my service. Instead they brought in "a car", opened all doors, and said it's not possible for the door to be hit. Whether they did it or not, they did not do a proper investigation. Never again. Either do it yourself or go to Valvoline, at least you can sit in your car while they work.
