Had an appointment for Monday between 3-6 for measurements and an estimate i came home early from work to make sure I was home by 2:30 they pulled a no show and i figured i would hear from them on Tuesday nothing definitely will never use this company

They replaced my dangerous and broken old garage.door in a timely manner and handled disposal. They treated me and my property with care and respect, and even rewired a wall switch in the garage at no extra cost. Highly recommend merrimack Valley Glass and mirror!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. They saved me from paying another "company" almost 4x (I'm not exaggerating) as much for a garage door repair. Great local company, great service, great prices.

Called 4 times over a few days and finally got someone to pick up the phone. They came out to measure a broken window, said the glass would take two weeks to come in, and I haven t heard from anyone since. That was 2 months ago. I ve tried texting and calling.. not a peep. I ll give my business to someone else who wants it.
