Very kind people here! Came out and put air in my tires for me when my light came on unexpectedly during a snow storm, and I had no quarters to put in the machine. People are so rude these days, I was pleasantly surprised at how nice he was and willing to help. Thank you!!

Went in and asked if I could get a safety inspection. The mechanic told me there was one person ahead of me, kind of rudely told me to move my car back and wait -- I let that go as it wasn't a big deal, I was planning to have to wait and I was already planning to move my car .... so I got into my car moved it and waited. When he finally got to me, I said I also needed an oil change. The mechanic IMMEDIATELY was rude and said "you have to leave your car and wait!" So I asked how long and he yelled "I don't know!" So i got into my car and said I would go elsewhere. He then looked at me, gave a rude look, waved and said "Bye!" twice. I rolled down my window to ask what I did to cause him to be so rude, and he said I was being rude. I was definitely not rude, I asked how long I would need to leave it and he got angry. The other man said I should come earlier for an oil change and thats why he was rude. Had no idea that the words "can I also have my oil changed" would cause someone such angst. Save yourself the hassle of being yelled at and go elsewhere. And to this mechanic - I hope you find a way to improve yourself and your mood, no need to be this way to customers ever, let alone at 8am.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Great Service center. I take both cars to the service center and the guys do a great job. Henry is a great mechanic and Jack, the owner, is a stand up guy. Very honest and reasonable. Did great job on my cars and saved me significant amount of money vs what the dealership wanted for the same repairs. Jack will also inform you about any unnecessary repairs that the dealership sometimes pushes for just to add to your bill.

Apparently MA no longer prints inspection forms which Uber requires. When I went back and explained the situation the man did print out my inspection form even though it is no longer policy to do so

I ran out of gas less than a mile away (I know that is my own dumb fault).So I Went to The Needham Service Center and asked for a gas can to borrow. Nope. The attendant instead charged me $23 for a $7 gas can, then charged me for the gas (This part of course did not bother me). That being said, being ripped off by a gas station in my own town put me off, especially during a frustrating moment like this. Needless to say I will not be here any time soon. Nice to know when you are in need the Needham service center is ready to make a quick buck.

I brought my car here for the first time. Even though they didn't find an issue, they gave me suggestions and I could tell they actually cared. I was expecting to be charged a service fee for their time, but they didn't charge me at all! Very honest and nice.

I brought my car in for an oil change, but it turns out they never actually changed the oil. When I brought my car back they were unprofessional and rude. As I drove away, they told me not to come back for another oil change.I will be going elsewhere in the future.

I drove from North Kingstown, RI to this location (64 miles) just to get my vehicle TNC inspection and it was the fastest and most effective service I had in a long time.

The kind folks at Needham Service Center helped me out when my car broke down during a long drive. George, Henry, and everyone else at Needham Service Center treated me like family. I highly recommend their services. Thank you, NSC!

Great service, the guys a the body shop explained was had to be done and the waiting time to replace the thermostat in my x3 that was malfunctioning. $$
