My Tire Guys were awesome. I got a nice new set of summer wheels through them. They came to my house, mounted and balanced the tires that I had already bought separately, and installed the new wheels on my car. They were friendly and helpful throughout the process, and were very welcoming to me as I asked questions about the process and learned about the cool machines they had with them in their truck. I highly recommend their services!

Super super impressed with my experience just now with My Tire Guys. They were able to diagnose what was causing the leak in my tire and were able to fix it up in their truck. Josh and Manny were incredibly friendly and are super knowledgable. They made sure to explain to me what was going on and how they would fix and test the tire. One of the best experiences I've had getting my car worked on and maybe one of the best customer experiences I've had period. Also having your tires taken care of for you in your driveway is way better than slapping on the donut and going to a shop and having to wait for it. Not looking anywhere else for anything tire related for my cars now. Great job My Tire Guys glad we found you!

My Tire Guys are simply the best. Excellent customer service from the first phone call to the person who came to actually replace my tire. They worked efficiently and neatly in my own garage and their service charge was so reasonable. They are amazing!!!

I had My Tire Guys come to my house and install my new Continental tires on my new TE37SL wheels. I wanted to make sure the wheels would come out flawless because they are brand new, very expensive and discontinued. The team was extremely friendly, fun to chat with, and took exceptional care of my wheels. They came out perfect!

These guys are terrific. Woke up to a flat tire this am (turned out to be a screw in the tire). Called My Tire Guys and Jacob answered. He was immediately helpful and said he would see if he could move some things around to have someone come to my house to repair the tire. He called me back within 10 mins and said a technician would be at the house within 45 mins later. Within the quoted window, the technician, another guy named Jacob, showed up and repaired the tire within about a half hour of arrival. Super professional, reset the tire pressure monitoring system, topped up the air in the other tires just great service all around. These guys saved my day today and were super convenient to use. Given the speed and quality of service, the pricing was very fair. Very highly recommended.

One of the most convenient and time-saving ideas for changing tires without having to drive to a shop and waste time waiting there. I contacted them through email and they were extremely responsive and accommodating. The service itself took about 30 minutes (seasonal swap from summer wheels to winter wheels). Extremely happy with their service and for sure will use again.

This was the easiest, fastest, friendliest but most importantly precise and professional experience I have had with tires. They came to my house and got it down in an hour! I wanted fantastic tires for my SUV. I had asked around and checked with more than five local locations all whom would have charged me $200 + and My Tire Guys blew them out of the park. Always and forever getting new tires with this company. Costumer service goes a long way, but nothing beats customer satisfaction and that's what I am, extremely satisfied with MTG!

I first reached out to My Tire Guys because I needed winter tires. I was able to get on the phone with them and thanks to their expertise I found great tires and rims and got a great price! They came out to my home to install my tires and had storage available for my summer tires. I had gotten insurance on my tires through them too because massachusetts roads suck and when one of my tires popped (due to one of the many massive potholes that the city likes to ignore) they walked me through getting my claim started, ordered my tire and showed up to replace it the next day! They made the whole process simple and stress free. Highly recommend these guys!

Hired My Tire Guys to swap my elderly mother s tires to her snow tires. They were fantastic. I had planned on being there but couldn t make it. They made her feel super comfortable and the service was quick and professional and a great value in my opinion. Will be using them for whole family in the future.

Valve service on a 2019 Chevy Spark LS. I was able to get a next-day appointment, and the communication from the beginning to the end of the process was clear and transparent. My techs, Manny and Josh, were friendly, polite, and extremely professional - the service was done in 10-15 minutes, they treated my car with care, and they made sure to top up my other tires in the meantime too. If anyone from management is reading this, give these guys a raise :)One thing I need to mention - my wife gave them the initial call (spoke with Jimmy, though he said the owner was the one who requested the info) as I was working. She was with me when we noticed the leak and gave them the exact same information I ended up having to provide over the phone since they insisted I be the one to call them back. Yes, she knows the difference between a valve and a valve stem cap. This kind of cartoonish, stereotypical auto-shop sexism made me not want to give the company my business. My wife talked me down in the end (as, apparently, "every shop is like that") and the service itself was great, but for Pete's sake, people - women know cars too.

This is the greatest service!!! It is insanely convenient, the staff is incredibly pleasant and easy to work with, and they just do a fantastic job!! Special bonus: as someone who lives in Boston without an abundance of space to store tires, the ability to store them with My Tire Guys is an awesome help. Highly recommend!!!

I was somewhat skeptical of this model. If it was good, surely it would be wildly expensive, or if it was affordable, surely it would be a disaster. But nope, it's that magical unicorn of good service and affordable pricing. I checked with a few different in-person shops and these guys, and My Tire Guys was either the same or less than all the others. They came on time, got the job done well, with good attention to detail and follow up, etc. And for a bonus, I didn't have to find time to take off of work and go sit in an uncomfortable waiting room drinking bad coffee while reruns of Law and Order play on a 15 year old tv.

I had an issue with four TPMS sensors (purchased from Tire Rack) not working after my mechanic installed 4 new tires and TPMS sensors. After my mechanic was unable to resolve the issue despite 2 additional visits, I contacted My Tire Guys. They promptly responded. They were able to diagnose I had a single faulty TPMS sensor. Tire Rack sent me a replacement sensor. My Tire Guys came out again to remove the faulty sensor and install the new sensor however the TPMS light remained on. I notified My Tire Guys the issue had not been resolved. The next morning, Jake, came out himself and finally fixed the issue. I was charged two service calls, totaling $260 ($110, $150) but I was promised by Tire Rack that they would reimburse me. Lesson learned: order from My Tire Guys directly and avoid the hassle!

These guys were GREAT! I just left my car on the street and they took care of everything including reprogramming my car to sit it up for the new tires. Super professional, fast, clean, considerate.Highly recommend these folks!

Excellent service as always. Very punctual, actually was ready before I was. Seamless transfer to winter tires and properly inflated. The wheels going on had been polished and looked great! Love the winter storage as I have no room to store in my place. Highly recommend with no reservations!!!

Our service was excellent! Our technician was right on time. He was patient and helpful. Plus they come to you! No reason to even take the day off as they will travel to wherever you work. We couldn t be happier with our service and will use it again.

Don't believe the hype, they are not what they advertise.Asked them to change four tires using my tire coverage...they insisted I pay up front ( 1st red flag) ok... left instructions to install one new TPMS device only to find out that if I don't use "their devices" it won't work correctly (#2 flag).They charged for something that they didn't do, and then have the nerve to want to upcharge exorbitantly for something they should have done in the first place....I waited over a weeks for something that should have only taken 3 days ... Trusting their "reviews" ... .I would never recommend unless you are desperate.

Why can't all businesses be like this? From Jake who answered the phone and educated me about options to Matt who did the install at my house of new winter tires and rims for my Tesla Model Y, I immediately knew I was in good hands. I recommend My Tire Guys without hesitation, quite possibly one of the best local companies I've ever done business with. Oh and they have good experience with Tesla's brought the right jack pucks and suggested a great wheel tire combo.

I was lucky enough to find My Tire Guys via some online car forums. Had never tried them before but needed two new tires on a Porsche Macan. They matched the lowest price I could see for the tires online and beat all others for mounting and balancing.Setting up the appointment was easy. The truck came at exactly the time promised and the two guys changed the two front tires in my driveway and took just a little over 20min to complete.Car runs great. No scratches or damage to the factory black wheels.Way easier than going and waiting at a tire place for the same service. Will definitely use again!

Jake, Jimmy , and Team run a great service. I couldn't even find a garage that would install my tires until I found My Tire Guys I was able to save just about $600 on new tires for the wife's car by buying the tires and having them installed at my office! This couldn't ask for much more.Thanks for making it possible

The My Tire Guys team was super easy and friendly to work with. Jake patiently helped me figure out the exact model of my tires, and the team was prompt and very quick at changing my tires at my house in around 30 minutes. Extremely easy to work with, friendly and professional. Flat tires are never fun but these guys certainly make it better - thank you!

I have used MyTireGuys several times. It is easy to schedule an appointment, they show up on time, efficiently complete the work, and prices are competitive with the tire stores. Julio was excellent - friendly and professional.

My Tire Guys is the best tire service around! I had them swap over my tires and TPMS to some new wheels. The whole team was knowledgeable and friendly. They made sure I had everything I needed for a smooth install. Everything was done to the highest quality and I didn't have to go through the headache of lugging everything out to a shop.

I had a screw stuck in my tire and called AAA to help. After waiting over 2 hours for them to arrive, I was told he could only put more air in my (leaky) tire and he could not patch it. (I have no spare so I knew it wouldn t be replaced during this visit). I immediately called My Tire Guys and made an appointment for the next day. They came out prepared to replace the tire completely and then told me that a patch repair would do just fine. They saved me over $80, and said they stand by their work. I believe them! The tire is just fine, and I know who I will be calling and telling everyone about. Their prices are insanely affordable compared to local tire spots. Thank you!!!

I recently acquired a new set of wheels and was looking for a very specific set of tires. After looking around at reviews, I came upon My Tire Guys. I was intrigued by both how good their reviews were as well as the convenience of them coming to my house to do the work. I contacted Jake, who rapidly gave me a quote (which was very reasonable) for the exact tires I wanted and worked with me to schedule around the delivery of my new wheels. On the day of installation, Matt came on time and worked efficiently. On top of that he was extremely friendly, and we spent some time chatting about shared auto interests. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the work, the customer service and the price, and plan to use them again in the future. [Side note, I asked for the wheels to be done off the car; obviously they will install on the car if you desire].

The quality of products is terribly important! For me, so is the quality of customer service. Jake from My Tire Guys has emailed with me since the fall, as I looked to add the perfect wheels to my new BMW X4 M40i. Wheels were back ordered...When I finally found that my choice of wheels were in stock he was just great in ordering them and accommodating my schedule to have technicians come to my place of employment to install them. It turned out the distributor made an error and the wheels did not fit. Even now, if I use the wheel configurator it says they match my car, but they do not. The technicians shared that the valve stem was against the brake caliper.They did not feel comfortable with that fit, though the wheels looked great. I am so appreciative of the care and sincerity with which they approached working with me and on my car! They were just great from the time we met.I spoke with Jake, chose new wheels, had them installed via the touchless Corghi machine, and I am truly happy! Customer attention, care, and service are not only a priority but are intrinsic here, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. It sometimes seems it is hard to find honest, caring, proud business owners who put the customer experience above all else. I found a business that does just that, and my wheels are awesome! Call them.
