Mike at Echop Bridge Auto Repair is wonderful! Took my Prius in after someone crunched the front bumper at a grocery store parking lot and Mike was able to give me a SPOT ON estimate for what the repair would be out of pocket. He took my car in on a Monday morning and we had it back by Friday morning! Mike did an awesome job and my car has never looked better. He communicated everything to us so well I knew exactly what was going on and there were no hidden fees or worries. As long as I live in Massachusetts I'll be taking my car to Mike at Echo Bridge.

I got a used car evaluated before buying. I absolutely love the person here. He was very polite humble and prices the service very reasonable compared to other places.

I had a front fender bender while parking in a small lot and came by to Echo Bridge Auto Repair to get an estimate. Despite the heat and having other cars on the lot, John and Mike took my car in on the spot and- using the broken part- were able to fix it while I waited. I was so pleased not to have to come back or leave it there for days. They have always been most pleasant, professional and have done wonderful repair work in our cars over the years. Best rates around too.

John repaired the damages on my car caused by a recent accident. He took the time to explain what are needed to be repaired. I asked him to do a couple of small repairs which are not related with the accident. He did it free of charge. Thanks, John -Amy C
