Jess was my first point of contact at the VIOC in Natick. She was very helpful, didn't pressure me to upgrade services, while still helping me feel like my vehicle was getting the best service possible. She even offered to help me turn off the 'maintenance required' message that was showing on my dash, and did it with the ease of a seasoned professional. I would definitely go back to this VIOC, and would hopefully get to work with Jess again! Thanks.Service: Oil change

I recieved excellent service oil change, new wipers, and a headlight I wouldn't have known about if they had not pointed it out. They were honest and no pressure. Excellent all around.

Yesterday I had my oil changed, and windshield wipers replaced. Jen was excellent! She was professional, friendly, and fast. She even showed me how to reset my oil status on my dashboard.Vavoline Instant Oil change is lucky to have her!

Love that you don't have to sit in a dingy waiting room, all drive thru -- wait in the car as they work. Unlike jiffy lube, they had my synthetic oil. Upsell activity lower key than jiffy lube. People at both places are friendly. Wait time comparable. Price seemed comparable. They showed me how to turn off the maintenance reminder -- yay!Only downside is they don't vacuum your car.Good experience.

I love this Valvoline location!!! I ve been a customer here for a few years and the employees here at the Natick location have been fantastic to me!! They do a really great job, they re friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and they have been doing a great job taking care of our cars!!! It s hard these days to find someone you can trust with your vehicles, but I highly recommend Valvoline in Natick to everyone!!! Thank you so much for taking such good care of my family s cars!!

I have been going here for oil changes over the course of multiple vehicles. The speed of their service is by far what keeps me coming back. I only leave this review because the washer fluid they use. We are in New England and their fluid isn't rated to freezing temps. I only know this because they consistently top-off this fluid and consistently my cars have ice in the reservoir and frozen lines. It takes HOURS to thaw the lines. It's a hazard to drive with no washer fluid in the middle of winter. Start using better fluids please...Service: Oil change

I needed to get my oil change checked and change my headlights.I went to Natick for Valvoline iI usually use them because it s closer to my my work well today I went there the guy who service me rush the hell out of me. He to checked my oil and said well it looks good you don t need to add oil. the light which is the reason why I went there to start. He said to me I couldn t get the light done because they don t used outside light, I replied ok do you have the light for my car? He then reset the oil message then open the gates for me to leave. I asked him what about the lights. He again in a rush said I can quickly check. I had my light replaced there before, they didn t have the light for my car, the technician ask me to get one the auto 1. He then installed it. I m not sure why things were different today? I drove to Valvoline in Framingham, the technician said I don t have the light bulb for you car, I showed him mine. He installed it without any problem. That s my first nasty experience with Valvoline. I like going there it s easy and quick now I have to puns another place to go. had an oil change and tire rotation done. Melo did an excellent job at customer service and didn't attempt the hard sell. he seemed a little new and nervous but did great helping out on my tire rotation when the qualified attendant needed help to complete it. he also answered my question about the torque gun and if there was a possibility of over torquing.Services: Tires, Oil change

Had a great experience at this location today! Got an oil change, light and windshield wiper replacement in like 15 minutes. I want to specifically shout out Joseph who went above and beyond to trouble shoot my non functioning windshield wiper - I so appreciate him taking the time and effort.

My engine seized I lost my truck and these guys did all they could to not ruin my life. They let me keep it there longer than expected so it didnt get impounded. I appreciate you guys

Not that great. On 1/04 I told the tech, who was doing the transaction, the windshield wash fluid was empty . (he didn't fill it.) He was an older man . I believe his name was Bertalan.After the oil change I drove down the street, checked the fluid and it was empty . I went back to that location and had to wait about 5 minutes or so to get into an empty bay so they could fill the fluid.Also Bertalan got engine oil on my credit card. I pointed this out to him . He didn't apologize and walked away .Another tech dripped oil on the plastic radiator support cover. He wiped some of the oil off.Thanks for the disrespect ValvolineService: Oil change

Went in for an oil change and tire rotate and the guy there started giving me a very hard time about my cabin air filter being dirty. I know about the filters, where they are and how to change them and when they're dirty but he kept pushing, even resorting to scare tactics and I didn't really appreciate it. He said he was filling my car up with the same oil as last visit but I didn't realize until after I paid he actually put in the most expensive option. And he said my tires "looked fine" and recommended not rotating them even though I asked for it. I think he just didn't want to do it. I'm not an unreasonable person but I left this service with a bad taste in my mouth and I won't be back to this or any valvoline again.

Went to get a simple oil change. The person evaluating my car stated that I needed a fluid flush. I just got one a month ago so I kindly said no thank you. He continued to go on about how I needed it and how it would ruin my car if I did not get it. I kept saying no thank you as I knew I did not need it because it was just done. He kept on saying that I would save so much money doing it now and even persisted to check me out with the fluid flush on there so I could "see the numbers and discount" at this point I did not appreciate it and had to lie stating I couldn't afford it so he would leave me alone. Then he stormed off and I did not see him again after rejecting the fluid flush for the 5th time.Service: Oil change

Used to be a great place for a quick oil change. I had been going here for years, but not any longer.As many other reviews have said I've got the speech about my car needing synthetic oil today as they told me the blend, which is a bit cheaper, was going away and I can only get full synthetic. I declined and asked for the "conventional" oil. The technician gave me the synthetic anyway and charged me twice the normal price.One star extra as the service was fast.

I had and oil change. It was quick and done .Not even 100 miles in and my truck was leaking oil from oil plug in pan . I went under my truck and wipe it down and tightened it and then I looked at my oil filter which was leaking oil all over the place. So I had to go to local gas station to put it on lift and the crossThread to oil filter. Thank god there was no damageI had to pay for another oil change .No happy with themService: Oil change

Thank you to the Sunday 3/6 crew that helped run diagnostics, check oil, coolant etc on my car as I pulled into the garage in desperation with a " vehicle system malfunction" warning and a two hour drive home. No complaints, was in and out in 15 min. They sold me on an air filter and rear differential fluid but I guess they know better than I do about cars. Use Groupon to save money for sure!

Went in for a simple oil change. When other services were offered they were extremely pushy and did not want to take No for an answer. I explained I do most of my own work and was only getting the oil change out of convenience. My battery has a little corrosion and the person working there trying to tell me that my car may not make it home be a use of it and will stop dead when I m driving I politely said I would take care of it myself and he would not stop insisting.

Went for an oil change. The mechanic nearly steered me into the trench when giving me directions to avoid something I couldn't see.They recommended I replace brake lights they said were out... Except when I checked for myself, all are functioning appropriately. Typical mechanic trying to take advantage of customers.Oil change was as expected, but the need to nickel and dime everything drops the rating.

I went to Valvoline Natick on September 2021 for an oil change on my 2015 Mustang. They quickly suggested to change also my rear differential oil which I accepted. I drove couple miles and noticed a strange noise when turning. I immediately went to my garage who told me that "I must have changed my rear differential oil with the wrong oil recently and it caused the damage". My garage didn't know I was coming back from Valvoline but they identified the problem immediately as they are used to fix cars coming from Valvoline.Valvoline recognized that a different oil and friction agent should be used for that car but they still refuse to take responsibility for the repair (2000$), they have no plan to use a different oil in the future and I still have to go in court.Give yourself and your car a favor, don't go to Valvoline especially if you have a FORD MUSTANG. Go to your dealership, they will know what oil to put. If you go their it may not only cost you money but also put you in dangerous situations.To help you decide, you may also look at all the complaints they have opened at Better Business Bureau.

I too was tricked into spending $100 on a basic oil change. They insisted I needed full synthetic and I was in a hurry so I let them do it. Not only did my car start overheating after I left there, but when I returned to have them check it they told me I was low on engine coolant and windshield washer fluid. They offered no apology. I can go to my dealership and pay $40 for a full synthetic oil change and they will rotate the tires. I will never return to Valvoline since they started fleecing their customers.

Came to change my engine oil and guy told me that i have to wait more days. What i have to wait???? I purchased trough groupon a weeks ago!!! I went to another location and they changed my oil with no problems. I ll never come back to Natick location! They don't know what they are talking about! Vastly overpriced for the service! Because of covid-19 I started to change my own oil and when I recently changed my oil I saw that the last time I took it to Valvoline to get an oil change they did not change the filter that I had bought over a year-and-a-half ago for the previous oil change. Which means that it's been over a year driving with the same filter on my Honda Civic. Which I wouldn't care too much about because it was a high mileage filter but when you're paying between 60 and $100 for a synthetic oil change it's a little ridiculous that they don't change out the filter to. I don't know how to get away with the prices that they charge. Lord knows if they even use fresh oil...

Quick service as always. Didn't feel pressured at all and to buying any extra parts or services. I had a $25 coupon that I was able to put on for my oil change. Very friendly staff!

Great quick stop for quality synthetic oil. Friendly personel, Christian was very helpful. They didn't have the cabin filter in stock but I will visit by ends week to get it.
