This shop is not organized at all and they make a huge mess. A few weeks ago I went to change the tires and they couldn't even remove the tires because they didn't have the right wrench and even after telling them that they could break the old tire hubs and then fit the standard ones they didn't have replacement hubs and I had to go me to buy them.Furthermore, since I wanted used tires for that time and having called them before arriving to find out if they had any, when I arrived there they didn't have them and I waited almost 4 or 6 (I don't remember now) hours to change two tires because they had also I think the compressor is broken due to the cold but this is not an excuse to make me wait all those hours.In the end, I think, because I was exhausted and angry from the long wait they fitted me with 3 tires and not 2 as requested but for the extra tire it's fine because it was newer.I also don't recommend it because they don't speak pleasantly with customers and are messy and disorganized.The only positive note is that, perhaps, they are average with the price, i.e. 2 tires for 180 dollars.

Make sure you get quotes in other places. They will overcharge for services if you re not too familiar with pricing.

Not the cheapest but not the most expensive either, definitely the most trustful and kind team. They've helped me a number of times with multiple type of tires. Sometimes I get an estimated time and it's a little longer but they never take an unreasonable time I am confident in that. I will keep coming here and recommend others too. They were recommended to me by an auto repair/body shop down Riverside

I went to change brake system. A very bad service was done on my car. After the service my car made a noise, I went to hear a second opinion and at the other auto repair they told me that nothing was screwed correctly, everything was loose.

I have gone to John s a few times and had great experiences for last minute tire issues. Last week I got in a minor car accident and one tire was destroyed. We towed to John s after a phone call. Even though they were closed they were really open (and busy) and they replaced my whole tire in like twenty minutes for 70$ total.

Called em right before they closed (6PM). I needed my 2 front brakes and rotors checked and possibly changed ASAP. THEY HAD IT READY BY 9PM THE SAME NIGHT. The brakes feel great now about a week later. Im going back for just about everything. So should you.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I was able to get a same day appointment 30 minutes after I called for a tire repair (3 other shops couldn t see me for days). I was in and out in 30 minutes and it only cost me $25. It was pretty confusing where I was supposed to pull up to, who to talk to, and what was happening; but, for the speed and price, this place was great!

They immediately serviced my car when I arrived. They removed a screw from the tread of my tire in under 5 minutes for a surprisingly low cost. Awesome service, highly recommend!!

Got a flat tire at 8 pm on Saturday. By 8:45 amon Sunday, it was fixed thanks to John's. They took my busted tire right away when I arrived, located the hole (caused by a nail) and patched it. In and out in ten minutes. Highly recommend!Service: TiresService: Tires

Quick and efficient. They got me in at short notice for a tire install. When I went to pick up my car, my car was parked across the street at the large shopping mall lot.Unfortunately, my car was left in drive with the parking brake (it's an automatic) and the car was left unlocked.

These guys absolutely made my day. I had a bubble in my tire so I stopped by hoping that I could drop my car off and have it back by tonight or tomorrow. I had no idea how I was going to get back home but, to my surprise, they had a used tire there in the shop and popped it right on. I was in and out in half an hour and it was super affordable. I would highly recommend John's auto service to anybody he is the most fair honest Mechanic I have ever met and I know a lot they get the job done right with quality parts and a very fair price as well as very fair price on labor. I only Lexus and a Chrysler 300 they are my children and I trust him with their life and he always make sure they get the attention and proper mechanics they deserve, and still gives a great price on parts and labor anyone that says otherwise does not know what they are talking about he has done services from a basic oil change to a total tune on my engines and everything in between never has he giving me a problem or been unfair. I have been changing tires with them for over 10 years. John is a great owner and very hard worker! They accommodate all my cars including my 51' trailer, they move all their cars out of the way for me to park my trailer there.

That place is horrible i have gone there multiple times for tires repair, every time I go they give me a different price like 1 nail is $10, 2 for 20$ Almost everywhere in the state. Those guys don t care they just rip people off by overcharged them. My brother got charged 40$ for 1 nail in a small Toyota Corolla and a couple of days later i got charged $15 for 1 nail in my Honda Civic. So I wonder how this works??? And why 2 different prices for the same damn thing?? People get charge based on what?? Horrible! horrible! horrible!

The guys did a great job. Mark was very helpful and worked with me to get a reasonable price. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the service. I would recommend this shop to anybody.

Took my car there for service it has been there for over a month. I called and they told me I could come and pick up my car and I get there and it was still not ready I also noticed they have left the drivers window down I asked if they could roll it up and told me no because they have taken the battery out. I would not recommend this place to anyone they are full of lies. Now my car is stuck there not running. HORRIBLE PLACE DO NOT GO!!!!! I have also already given them money towards the job they have still not finished. I will be contacting the better business bureau and following up with them. THIS PLACE IS FULL OF SCAM ARTIST!!!

This is not a good shop that I would bring my car this shop mounted and balanced 4 tires on my fathers car my father was complaining about steering wheel shaking on highway took the car somewhere else to get tires balanced he ruined all 20 Lugnuts and lug nuts studs and all my mothers car you replace the drive belts and he left the tensioner pulley loose
