I don't understand how a business can be ran without the presence of a manager or owner to handle complaints.I took my friend s vehicle yesterday to get the bronze detail($150). It was returned with many water stains, inside doors not cleaned, door lining dirty,the shifter area not cleaned completely. Finger prints still visible on the touch screen, seats still dirty, and etc.It just seems like there was a major lack of effort. It looks like a quick wipe down I could ve done myself.After getting home I noticed everything and immediately went back and the guy at the front desk. (Luca) was rude and laughed in my face and told me he didn t care. Even though I was being very polite and patient.Eventually three hours later, the employee decided to call and they were not able to give me a definite time to talk to the manager or reimburse me in any type of form to make matters better.Today I went to speak with the manager but only Luca was around. I was told to wait in my car for the manger. I ended up waiting 2 hours! And the man never showed up. Now they re not answer my calls.This was supposed to be a warm surprise for my friend in the Army. Who came back after serving a year in Iraq.I m not one to bash a business but this highly is unprofessional

Great customer service and conveniently located. I brought in my 10 year old SUV for an interior detail and opted for the Silver package. As a courtesy they hand washed the exterior and shined my tires. My car has never been this clean since it left the lot. Will be referring everyone we know here.

I got a Groupon for this place and they did a great job detailing my car, inside and out. My only two complaints are as follows:- I was not told where to find my key when I picked it up (it was a Sunday, not typically open)- They scratched a plastic panel on both front doors. When I reached out to see if there was anything we could do to fix it, I was told that the scratches were there when I handed the car over to them (they definitely weren't...).

This company is AMAZING!!! Highly recommended!!! From the minute I reached out it was a great experience. Sara responded to my request right away and was very helpful with answering ALL of my questions, I had a lot LOL. They scheduled me within a couple days and came right to my office. Very convenient. Then the gentleman that came out was very nice, polite, on time and thorough. I have 2 little ones, work 60 hours a week and spend a lot of time driving so we eat in the car more than id like to admit. My car was BADDDD.... but it looks brand-new, better than when I bought it, and I'm not exaggerating. I did the Silver Package and he spent hours on my car. The pricing was great and service was excellent. Cant wait to have them do the window tint!Services: Steam cleaning, Full body wash, Seat shampooing, Auto detailing, Wheel washing

My first experience was a pleasure and it will definitely be coming back. I got the platinum detail package and it s the first time I have ever seen my car looks brand new since purchase! The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. Even drove me back home when I forgot my keys. Highly recommended

Fantastic work! They take great pride in the service they provide (silver package) and they are polite, communicative, and prompt. Immaculately clean, went above and beyond by putting on my car seat covers. I even brought my aunt's car back the next week. 1000000% would recommend.

I cannot say enough about Unique!!! They detailed 3 of our vehicles in a day, and I will tell you one thing. My car did not leave the dealership as clean as Unique detailed it!! The equipment they use, I ve never seen in my life. They have impeccable attention to detail, truly professional..... and their pricing, I feel I would have gladly paid double what I paid, for the results that I got. I definitely recommend

Great experience here! Got a full exterior detail done. As soon as I got there Gil was nothing but good vibes with great customer service! Shop is really clean and organized! They have a van that they let you use if you go by yourself and have things to do while your car is being worked on. I can not believe how clean my minivan looks. I have three kids and they can bring the dirt with them inside the my van and let me tell you, Unique Detailing made my mini van look BRAND new! Inside and out. I will recommend their services to everyone that I know. You will not regret hiring. Super professional and on time.

Look no further. Unique Auto Detail is absolutely fabulous! Gil is the best! My car looked brand new again. The pricing and service is stellar. Sara was wonderful. Wanted to have my husband's car done, but he wanted to wait because he's having the engine worked on and the windshield seal replaced. Will be back to have my car done in the Spring, as well as my husband's car. My husband surprised me for my birthday by getting my care detailed. It was so well done I thought he switched my car. Inside was meticulous, I don't think it was that clean when I bought it. We are so happy with the job Unique Auto Detail did that I'll be getting his car done for him for his birthday!! I highly recommend them!!

My experience was exceptional. I cannot say enough about the professionalism, attention to detail and very reasonable price. I was fit in on a Sunday during the holiday season (I foolishly left my window open during a storm and my car was soaked). The job that Gil did was no less than amazing. My boyfriend & I brought our vehicles in to be completely detailed from inside out (Ford Explorer & Jeep Wrangler). We went with the Platinum Package. We were meant by Gil; who greeted us with a friendly smile & assured us that the vehicles would look amazing afterwards. Well he wasn t joking...both vehicles looked as if we just bought them from the car dealership. We were in such awe! We could not stop staring & complimenting how AMAZING/BEAUTIFUL our vehicles came out. There was not a speck of dirt/dust to be found on the insides. And the body of the vehicles felt like BUTTER! We are beyond THRILLED with the service/work. We will definitely be going back to maintain the look/cleanliness of our vehicles. A BIG THANK YOU to Gil & Sara! What an amazing place. I got my beautiful dark blue car done here, with the exterior package, including clay bar and undercarriage wash. I unfortunately park outside underneath trees, so there were plenty of bird splatters on my car. Sara and Gilton did a wonderful job scheduling me and making sure everything was easy. The car came out beautifully--so shiny I can see airplanes overhead in it, and so smooth to the touch. It feels like butter under your fingers. They clearly paid attention to the wheels and undercarriage too (important in these salty new england winters). I'll be back for sure--maybe not every month, but certainly when I need a full detail done. Highly recommend this service to get your cars looking like new.Services: Full body wash, Clay bar treatment, Auto detailing, Wheel washing, Car waxing

Unique was great, Sara made things simple and easy to squeeze me in the schedule, the day before Thanksgiving. My original appointment was at 8 AM at my home, but due to the temperature being too cold in the morning, Sara kept me on standby waiting for the temperature to warm up. Sara called me at 1:30 and at 2 o clock, one of her crewmembers showed up at my home to shampoo the entire inside of my Toyota Tacoma and buff and wax the exterior. My truck came out beautiful, I was very happy that Unique Detailing On The Go, made this happen. Thank you Unique!!!!!Services: Seat shampooing, Auto detailing, Car waxing

Sara and Gill did a great job. Took my new Ram 1500 Limited to have the exterior and interior ceramic coated and also had my windows tinted. They did flawless job and I highly recommend them. I can't say enough about this team. They took a car that had been ravaged by children on the inside and tree sap on the outside and made it glisten all over. They were friendly, professional, SO HARD-WORKING...they went the extra, extra miles on backseat upholstery that I thought could never be saved. My car had never been so clean! Not even when I bought it lol. The guys did an absolutely amazing job. Trust Me, my car was a mess!! 3 kids and one plays sports, the car was dirtyyyyy. The seats had juice and water stains and they got it out. Even a stain that was on the roof of the car from when we bought it they were able to get it out and at the dealership they hadn t been able to. They took their time, no rushing and left it absolutely spotless. Can t wait for our next appointment.

I had a bad experience with this business and after I left them a bad review because they wouldn t get back to me and then they finally did because of the review and asked me to remove it and they ll give me a free detail. It s ridiculous that a bad review is what I had to leave for them to get back to me. They told me they ll call me back and schedule a free detail for me and I told them if the detail is good, not like the previous one I got where they chipped the paint of my car multiple times, I will delete the review. But then they never got back to me when I tried to schedule an appointment for my free detail. Very unprofessional and low quality of work. Waste of my $160.Service: Auto detailing

I thought my wife was going to fall over when she saw her new car - we have 2 kids and I never thought that the back seats could ever have the aura of Pringles/goldfish/pretzels removed, but it s honestly incredible.

I can't say enough good things about Unique and their team. Coming from a person who owned car wash in the past, trust me; Details is EVERYTHING when comes to cleaning and detailing a car. Unique goes above and beyond not only to do an AMAZING job but they also make you feel great about the investment you're making on your asset. Rather they're working on a boat, a jet ski, a motorcycle, an RV, helicopter or anything else that they work on, they're SURE to make you smile when they're done.
