Worst place ever, after having my rim and tire for almost a week going back and forward about the status of it, the owner tried some time of intimidation tactic to make himself look good. Bad service, liars, shouldn t Ben in business. And also to reply to what you just wrote. Make sure you can get a translator for that audio. I brought you the wheel on Sunday and after no communication and having to actually go and wait for it then have you take me to your office and scold me, please!!!!! Don t make this any worse. Just provide better customer service for your customers that don t deserve the service you definitely currently giving.

My daughter brought a rim and tire on Sunday 4/14/2024, the rim was bent and had a crack to see if it could be fixed, they told her that it can be fixed to come back the next day and it would be ready. The next day on Monday the 15th she was told that it could not be fixed, then she decided to pick the rim and tire up to bring it somewhere else, and they told her they didn t have it, that they will call her back. She waited for a call on Tuesday they told her that the rim was being fixed, and she was confused because she was told it couldn t be fixed. So she kept calling looking for an update about the service and she was not able to get an answer, so Wednesdays comes and she was told to come pick up the rim and the tire, sure enough I personally went there to pick it up and I was told by several people that the rim was no good and it wasn t there and I left my name and number so I could go back when everything was done. I got the call a few minutes later and I went back to pick the items up, and upon arrival I was told to go inside and see the owner. This man tried to intimidate me by telling me he was in business for a long time, and telling me he was a man of his word and he tried to talk to me like he was some sort of gangster or a mafia guy. I explained to him I was there to pickup my daughters stuff and in was leaving. He pointed out the rim was fixed and it was on the the front of the business, he kind of wanted to pick a fight or bully me by going to the front where one of the guys was putting the tire on the rim, and he proceeded to keep the intimidating by bumping me with his shoulder and giving me a dirty look, I wasn t sure what the problem was but I kept my composure, I paid for the job and left the place. The service definitely bad, and the customer service and professionalism was very poor with this person, the workers did a decent job with everything but the owner has a very nasty attitude and very poor personality towards clients.

No matter how urgent your problem is, please don't go here.I was with my sister 3 minutes away from the workshop by car and we got there walking, they were very kind to help us but whenever I asked how much would it cost me? They just told me that they should look first.When we got to where we had to leave the car, they told me that to take two tires off, take them to the workshop, change them (because I had the tires) and return them and mount them would be 200 dollars.I would like someone to correct me if it is the price they normally charge for that, although I think not because the man in the end lowered it to 80 dollars (which I still think is very expensive for an address 3 minutes away from his workshop and for Just change them, I repeat; I had the spare parts for the tires.The lack of moral ethics and values of people makes me very sad, because if it had been my mother who was there, probably if she was told that she costs 200 dollars, she would have paid 200 dollars without knowing.Do not abuse people, in my case, I will never go back there.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! My car tire has a sidewall bubble and I went there in the purpose to change it. After waiting for about 20min, they put the tire back to my car, told me they fixed it instead of changing it and charge me $60. They didn t discuss with me about fixing it at all, which I did not appreciate. They demanded me to pay cash which I didn t have any cash with me at the time, so I ended up paying with credit card with a fee.I came home, checked the tire, and saw all they did was flip the tire facing inside to make it invisible from the outside! (As in the picture) They claimed it is safe to drive . I drove on highway a lot and this could cost me and other people s lives.PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS SCAMMER!

The owner is very passionate. We got a flat tire at night and they were the only one open. But by the time tow truck arrives they will be def closed. The owner offered to let her brother waited for us late (for only $30 repair quoted). They used old fashioned rubber plug to fix the car, and only charged $20. They asked for $20 tip but I was def worth it (for waiting late in such a chilling weather!) Otherwise we would have to wait till the morning to get the car fixed! For those people who think they charge unreasonable, this is an example of they charging reasonable, they charged less than they quote. I wouldn t surprise even if they actually charged higher because no one can judge how much effort needed to fix a car just on a call, and they were nice enough to offer a quote (The owner said many times that quote does not mean the actual charge which will depends on the car condition when they actually see it, I guess they are scared of people blame them for charging differently )Anyways! Great service! Thank you! (Sorry for being late for a month haha, I promised to give great review honestly but I just forgot to do so in a timely manner)

Rafelitos Tires is hands down the best tire shop in Lynn! The customer service is top notch and the staff is always willing to go above and beyond. This shop is amazing. The family was so helpful and friendly. We went in with a couple flats at 530 pm desperate for help and Lisa came though and did everything she could to get us back on the road fast as she could. The whole shop was professional, friendly and quick! They worked with us and gave us an excellent deal on a set of 4 used tires and all matching. I will absolutely be coming back for all my car needs. I highly recommended this family owned business. Thank you so much to Lisa and the family for everything!!

Excellent service. Lisa was SUPER NICE and they are really efficient. All the other tire repair places closed and it was really urgent. They really saved us. Great price great service everything went well here. They are 24/7 open so 100% recommend.

This place is a scam. I m ashamed to say these people are Dominicans. Never seen a used tire shop w so many faulty tires. Not worth the money. I d recommend Los V tires which is not too far from this location. Only reason I came here was because it was the only shop open on a weekend, had an emergency and I couldn t wait until Monday. For the sake of you wallet avoid this place. Come here and you ll regret it. They will not give you price until their job is done, they ll prob hold your car hostage if you don t pay what they want.

I usually never write about bad businesses I just never go back but this is a PSA TO EVERYONE! Long story short went to get a tire replaced and got charged $100 for a bald tire. By the time I got home the tire was nearly flat I called the next morning to see what they could do to find out my number was blocked. It s sad if you have to make money that way by ripping people off but wow that s crazy! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE ALSO OWNER IS A NUT CASE!

They are the most amazing people I have met in a very long time. Strangers to me, I showed up with not a penny on me, a license and a car with an absolutely destroyed back tire. They were so kind, patient, even took me to the bank and not to do what most people would, a woman, clearly in distress and take advantage they helped me and hooked me up. I left with not one but 2 new tires and some.od my faith restored in humanity, good people do exist and sometimes they come into your path at the exact right time, as did this whole entire business! Thank you!

Brought in my car that needed a couple replacement tires. Rafelito & Lisa helped to get everything right and stood by their work to ensure me the tires would work out or to bring it back and they would make it right. Great people make you feel like part of the Family.

Do not come here , they scam people they play nice that they re going to give you a good price then they try ripping you off at the end do yourself a favor and go somewhere else , they repaired a sidewall on my tire I don t know much about tires and I went to a couple places found out they re not supposed to patch side walls now I got a bubble where they repaired it and now they won t help me I m left with a bad tire

Can t trust them. Got charged 250 dollars and they had the audacity to ask me for a tip for 1 tire change. I got an OLD tire and it s still leaking. I am driving around with a leaky tire, the same one they replaced. Turns out this tire also has two punctures right next to each other. Absolute scammers.

I was charged $120 for a used tire and it lasted only 2 weeks. Left me stranded in the road. AAA said they basically did a trash job at fixing a garbage tire. Please never let them give you a used tire or ask to inspect the tire before placing it on your car. He also requested me to tip his employees $20. I did not do so!

Do NOT come to this place. They don t check their tires before selling them and refuse to give out refunds. I bought four used tires and 3 of them had punctures on the side. The owners threw a fit and took the tires away from me without giving me my money back. They called the cops on me when it was completely their fault and tried to change the story. These people are crazy. Don t come here it is one BIG SCAM!!

I had a split in my tire but I couldn't find a 22inch tire anywhere but when I came to rafelitos tire instead of one he gave me two tires so I can ride safe on the roads he is the go to guy for all size tires.
