Andy and his team are among the best professionals. I work at the airport and live in Lynn. I went to several places to repair the car exhaust. It was very loud, but after searching, I was able to find this best place and the best professionals in car repair here in this place and at an unbelievable price. Thank you, Andy and all the employees. In this store, the dealings are very wonderful and the words are very wonderful. I advise anyone whose car is idle to come to Andy and his professional workers.

Took my car to Lou s in Lynn because of a recommendation. Couldn t be happier that I did. Andy went above and beyond. No unneeded work done and what was done was absolutely reasonably priced. I 100% recommend.

I have been a Lous customer since my days when I was in the import scene. We mostly dealt with the Revere location at the time. Today I needed some repair work on the exhaust of my daily driver. Right away I was greeted and asked what the issue was. Lucky for me it was not that busy and my car was brought in and looked at. The best thing about the place is that I was presented with options with zero pressure. I decided on what was best for me and proceeded with the repair. One thing I took note to is how clean the shop is inside and out (look at the photos). I was observing the guys working on the cars assigned to them and they where all taking note and making sure their work is lined up perfectly before welding the part in. I'm glad I came here as I also took note from other customer reviews. Best of all is that it's in my city not far from anywhere around here.Service: Exhaust

These guys are the best around! They did my flow masters at least 6 years ago. Today, my exhaust sounded funny. I looked under my truck and saw my exhaust hanging. I called at 4 pm to ask about any availability for tomorrow (Saturday). He said to drop it off first thing in the morning. After we hung up, 10 minutes later I got a call back from Lou's. They asked me to bring my truck right in. Remind you, this was 4 pm. I brought it down and they welded my exhaust back on, free of charge! I was outta there by 5. I am so appreciative of these guys. Anyone who needs they're exhaust done NEEDS to go here. They are super nice and caring about your needs. Everything is explained to you in plain English and time prices are unlike anyone else. I was able to make an appointment convenient for me and my hectic schedule. I walked in and was immediately greeted. They took my car right in and had it repaired before I finished my coffee. Awesome work on the rear muffler it had a whole on side so less power for me to drive. The price was right and didnt take long just about 30 mins. Thank you i will be coming back for my other car soon.Went back 01/08/2024 for the 07 ford expedition, needed a appointment and the guy Andy very generous telling every detail of the problem and i had no clue of there were multiple leaks on the end of my exhaust manifold and the pipes haha so he replaced my Driver side exhaust manifold and the hardware that attached to the side engine both sides which was needed and he gave more welds so theres no more leaks anywhere plus he also gave me a better price than other places so i was happy with his work so the price is good under nine hundred so i paid no problem and my truck runs so smooth now. Thank you so much i be back soon for my next car.

Recently, I needed work done on my exhaust, which the dealer was going to replace for $1,500+; however, luckily, they recommended Lou's.I called once I got home, and even over the phone they knew the issue and how easily it could be solved - for around $200. They scheduled an appointment ASAP so nothing would get worse, and I arrived no more than 30 mins later.They fixed the car in under an hour, showed me the process and explained what was going on throughout, saved me over a thousand dollars, and the car runs great now. I WILL BE BACK when something inevitably breaks again.

I went buy lou's custom exhaust with out a appointment he had several cars in the bays told me that he would call me when one opened up and he did I was already back at my house and turned around and got back to the shop he repaired my exsaust and once again I am very satisfied with the workmanship

Andy and his team are hands down top professionals. I work at a dealership and my tech couldn't modify my magnaflow front pipe to properly install. Lou's installed an extension pipe to move the cat converter. Sounds amazing now. Best exhaust shop around. Thanks again guys. Don't have to listen to the wife complain about the clank anymore.

Called and spoke to Andy and he took my vehicle in the same day. I previously went to another shop and was told I needed an entire exhaust system. My son recommended Lou s. Had a great experience from start to finish. Called on a Saturday told it was too late in the day to make same day repair. Told to bring in on Monday morning. I brought it in Randy explained the issue, gave an fair estimate and got the work done on time. Randy also went further by assisting with an issue not related to the repair work. I was referred to the shop by a trusted mechanic. Randy and team came as advertised!! I d do repeat business and refer a friend.Service: Exhaust

They did a great job on my exhaust they took the time to make sure to educate me so that way I knew what they were going to do as they were going to do it and to get my input on how I wanted my exhaust to sound as we went very professional very relatable and definitely people who want to make sure their customers are happy

Andy was able to take my mini cooper in on the same day! Price was very fair and it took them around 1.5 hr to replace my whole exhaust. Really great experience!

I went to My local Mechanic with a noise and rumble at 1:45 and He sent Me to Lou's . The Truck went on the lift at 2pm. 45 Minutes later problem solved. My Mechanic said the price was better than He could meet. I am Happy with the work that they did.

An excellent honest repair shop. What a treat to discover a shop that is fast, competent and not overcharging. I was in and out with car fixed in a short period of time.Andy in the front was a pleasure to deal with and Eric who worked on my car was excellent.I highly recommend Lou's Custom Exhaust. This place is well run and excellent quality repairs.

Sadly to say they did not take my vehicle even with the appointment. Instead they took other vehicles and did not inform the client about these changes. Once I arrived to the shop they finally said I could leave the car. They will be able to service it later during the day. Not sure where s the professionalism here but make sure your client knows if changes are being made before hand. I was running behind and I informed. Some people do not have the time of the day to leave their cars because they don t have a secondary car. I would have been nice to see that amazing service they have.

AxleBack install 2013 BMW 335i-Honest, priced right, and excellent work. What else could you ask for!Andy and the tech went above and beyond, after the factory clamp shifted the dual exhaust finishers to the left making it look awkward, they welded a coupler to the mid pipe, looked better than factory!!Thank you guys, appreciate the honest effort and hard work!

I had brought my volkswagen cc in today, with what i thought was a massive exhaust leak... dropped it off at lou's custom exhaust in lynn and he said he would take care of it. He let me know that it was not an exhaust leak but it was my turbocharger and it was faulty. Every other dealership said I would need a new turbocharger which would cost upwards of 3,000$ with parts and labor. He calls me back about 30 minutes later and told me not to pick my car up just yet, he told me he is researching the turbocharger and thinks it may be fixable. He ended up fixing it, and charged me an awesome price my car runs perfectly and he saved me a fortune! Above and beyond service and this will always be my go to place for myself and for others who need work!Service: Exhaust

Great service and friendly staff. I came in to get a new muffler installed for my car, along with some other issues in the exhaust system. The staff explained and even showed me what needed to be done. Everyone was very attentive and professional that there was no room for miscommunication. The price was also very fair. Andy was straight to the point after getting the runaround at Honda anc bay state and everywhere else. Was expecting to need a loan because my car sounded like an airplane. My car was fixed the day I brought it in and was a fraction of the price i expected to pay. Also a plus when you leave valuables and money in your car by accident and the owner made sure all my things were there! Highly recommend!!

First and foremost, would love to say Andy is the best! Great service. Extremely helpful staff and mechanics. Really gives you the actual knowledge needed with what s wrong with your vehicle. Would give 10 stars if I could. The vehicle I just recently purchased had a whole bunch of pipe and other problems. Had Lous custom take a look at it and came back 2 days later and they managed to fix what needed to be done within the same day. Highly recommend! Will be back (if necessary) lolService: Exhaust

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Lou's Custom Exhaust and I cannot express my disappointment enough. Not only did I have to go back to the shop twice, but they still managed to get the exhaust system wrong both times!The incompetence displayed by the staff at Lou's Custom Exhaust is beyond alarming. The lack of attention to detail and disregard for their customers' needs is simply unacceptable. I cannot stress enough how unprofessional this place is and I would strongly advise anyone looking to have custom exhaust work done to look elsewhere.In conclusion, my experience at Lou's Custom Exhaust was very disappointing. Their inability to provide even the most basic level of service, ordering a cat back system and install it, has resulted in me being out of work for two days and 4 uber rides. All I got from them is sorry we can order the right system the 3rd time...unbelievable a custom shop that can't even order the right custom parts.
