Overcharged me for a simple Honda starter replacement, and the manager's wife had the nerve to try to convince me it was a great deal! As if I they can't tell we can look up the prices on new car parts. They make up prices out of thin air. Was in a jam, but will now avoid them at all costs.

This is the best place for tires. Every time I ve gotten a flat I bring it right over and in 15 min I have tire on and always less than $50. I send all my friends and coworkers who are shocked at how great the prices and people are! On my there now for new tire!

Buy be aware. Go there only for used tires or to get tires plugged. They owner will overcharge you for any other work that needs to be done to your car. I went to V tires to have them check my tires because I was driving to NY for a funeral. I was advised to change all 4 tires. The tires they tried to sell me were Westlake tires for a over 800$ for 4. I knew that price was excessive for those cheap tires and once I googled it I was appalled by the extreme mark up for tires on the Walmart website. So I told them I did not want those cheap tires and was charged 120$ for Nothing. The owner stated he cleaned my rims. That s just rediculous. I understand paying a fee to check the tires but 120$ was excessive. I went to Melos and got 4 used tires to take my trip for $140 after paying 120 to them crooks at v tires. Do not recommendV tires at all

Before you go here please look at their reviews. You will see a lot of five star that don t seem trustworthy almost like there are fake. This place made a dent in my new wheels that I had never had mounted before. On top of that they mounted the tires that are directional incorrectly. Had the owner Danilo Diroche look at them and he said that he didn t do it but the next time I come to get an alignment and fix the direction of the tires he would give me a good discount. Came back a week later to have them do the alignment and to my surprise he didn t give me a discount. I argued the fact that the lip of the rim was $200 and that they were brand new. He told me last time that he charges $70 for an alignment and then proceeds to charge me $80. Not a man of his words and also a con artist. If your are not friends or family expect to be lied to and cheated.Service: Tires

I got a flat and needed a tire that fit my Audi. I got a new tire and they put it on the rim for a very affordable price. Will come back for other services in the future.

I was out of state when my girlfriend got a flat tire. We had my car towed to this shop for the tire. I have lock nuts in my tire and they snapped the key taking the tire off. No one let me or my girlfriend know. So now I have 3 tires with a lock on that I cannot get off.

These guys will do whatever they can to see a customer happy. I was referred there by my friend Wayne and ever since I've been going their prices are very reasonable very reasonable. for this period in time you can't beat his prices. If you don't have to get a certain thing fixed he will tell you not to get it fixed because he knows that it will not affect the car he is a very honest.God bless Danilo the owner

They are nice but they over charge. I was quoted $190 for changing my front brake pads and i found another shop who did it for $110. Also i paid $120 for 2 used tires never got tires balanced and this other shop has used tires for $40 each. I am not a rich gal and i live week to week. Its not nice to over charge and take advantage of a woman who doesnt know nothing about cars.Services: Tires, Auto maintenance

When the big retailer chain couldn t get my winter tires on due to car being too low , these guys took care of it. Very friendly and courteous service. I definitely recommend them.

They did an oil change super fast . Nice father son latin family team running the business . I brought my son with me and we enjoyed lounging on the comfy couches in waiting area. I popped in on the fly before picking up my son and they moved cars around fast so I could squeeze my car in gave me price on oil change extremely fast even though they had alot of cars and customers. I said ok great I will be back after I pick up my son . Most places they'll make you wait hours just to tell you a price of something so I was impressed and will use this place from here on out for sure. They sell fancy rims too I enjoyed day dreaming I will buy them one day all the beautiful fancy rims on display in window really cool ! You can leave everything in car they are very trustworthy honest business I left all my valuable in car no issue whatso ever you just get the good family vibe here when you see the father helping his son learn honest work nice thing to see ! Nice thing for my son to see too !

Very happy customer. I got MUCH better tires for the same price as a place on the lynnway. installed the same day, fast, NO fees added to the price quoted. A pleasure to give the money to a business locally owned and operated. I was told they do a proper alignment there too which is next on my list. Another customer I was speaking to drove there from Marblehead to get an alignment.

Danilo is the best. I've been coming here a long time and always leave so pleased. He is great with his customers and very honest. No matter what your service needs are he can do it all , no job to tough for them at Los V Tires .The guys he has working there are great as well and do great work with all honesty. This is the second time they sold me the wrong tires. If you don't have the right tires, then say so. But don't install tires that are not the original size and not say anything about it. Don't sell tires and say the size differences don't matter AFTER not selling the right size. It may not matter to you but it matters to the customers who paid for the size you didnt give.Service: Tires

Be careful. Make sure you ask to see the tires before they place them in your car. This people put tire shine on their tires to make them look nice. But the Tread could be really worn out. A very worn out tire is dangerous on the rain or in the snow.They put a very worn out tire in my car. They told me to come back another day for replacement. They didn't get a replacement and wanted me to come back some other day again. I went to another shop Peru tires on summer street , got the tire I needed and brought the bad tire back to V tires. They refunded my money after a rude and unpleasant conversation over the phone because they wanted me to keep waiting more days. Customer service is poor. Like I said if you ever go. Make sure you see the tires with your own eyes and check the TREAD that is deep before you pay. Don't get ripped off!! Don't trust their word.

Needed help with a wheel bearing I had my own parts because I usually do my own work but with the weather being bad I didnt wanna tackle the job so I called around to shops and they all were overpriced and didnt want to use my parts. I buy OEM parts. I come across Los v's he tells me to bring my car and he will take a look. Not only does he charge me a more then fair price he also gets the job dont in quick time. I will use again highly recommended .

Took my car there about 2 months ago and replaced brakes and discs. Well, i went to another mechanich shop now to fix another problem and i was advised that los v never put the discs and brakes i brought to be put in. My discs are rotting and my brakes are in the metal. Buyers beware, do not go here!!!

Bad attitudes, no return policy charged me 122 for a tire that only cost 48 dollars online. Never again.

2 used tires, installed - $90. Took maybe 10 minutes from driving up to driving away a happy customer. Will make them my go-to tire guys. Thank you
