Bought snow tires new from tire rack and planned on having town fair tire install them originally. They called me the day before my appointment and said they are not doing it because I didnt buy them there. So I said screw them and called Tire Warehouse who then got me in the next day and got everything installed perfectly in 1 hour flat! I will never go to Town Fair again they lost my business and Tire Warehouse gained it! Thank you!- John Barrows

I had the best luck being towed to Tire Warehouse in Ludlow, MA. when I had a flat tire on the Mass Pike on Wednesday. The nicest person towed me there, and the nicest several gentlemen took such good care of my car, you wouldn t even believe it. Yes, they did a great job patching the tire, but it was how reassuring they were as well. It is always so amazing to meet such wonderful human beings out in the world when something like this happens. And, they would not charge me for patching the tire! And they made sure I got back on the road safely. Thank you to all three of you dear, honest, kind people, and I hope anyone who needs a tire in that neck of the woods, will go to Ludlow Tire Warehouse! And PS. Thanks again too to the MA. State Police and Interstate Towing.

The clerk was rude and not helpful at all. He offered road hazard and when we said no he said it cost the same. He also charged our credit card for the $40 coupon and refused to refund it because the manager was not available. If it was not an emergency, I would not have gone there. Also, we had to bring the car somewhere else because there was vibration in the steering wheel. There were no weights in the tires and they did not even try to balance them. Poor workmanship and overall company.

Tire Warehouse is an easy 5 stars! Their staff and management are super helpful and resourceful. They truly care about their customers and go above and beyond with making sure that you get the help and assistance that you need. I don't even live in the state anymore and management still helped me out when I called them with questions about a tire that I purchased a year ago from them. This is where I will go to with any future tire purchases or inquires. Thanks again Tire Warehouse!

This place is awesome, I have 22" wheels and for 4 days I tried to find a good shop to install tires on them no one wanted to touch them out of fear of damaging the wheels. The guys at tire warehouse Ludlow knew exactly what to do and how to handle custom wheels, A+ job ZERO damage. Believe me I complain about everything, today I had no complaints. Excellent service, I'll be back again, thanks guys,, good looking out!

I can t say enough. Went there the past two days and even though I just dropped in without notice, the guy took care of my tire right away, got it done quickly and was so nice and knowledgeable. Definitely sticking with them from now on.

I can't thank Adam and the workers of Tire Warehouse. I was traveling, over 800 miles from home, and my tire kept losing air. They looked at the tire and found the valve stem had an issue. They replaced it and got me back on my way in 30 min.I can't thank them enough for the courtesy, quick response and being so easy to do business with.It was nice to do deal with them. They didn't take advantage of me as a women or for being so far from home. They were honest and fair.Highly recommend anyone local who needs tires, needs to get a tire fixed to go see them.

Saved me time and money. I came in on a Saturday without an appointment and was in and out quickly.The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to any friend.I had excessive wear on the inside of my front tires after a suspension repair at another shop. Tony got my car on the alignment rack right away. They have a computer that shows the exact alignment so there is no guessing whether everything is exact.You should come get the free alignment check if you have any concerns about your alignment. Other shops charge upwards of $60 just for the check.

Needed two tires after getting a flat and realizing another needed to be replaced upon inspection. The customer service was top tier, very friendly, professional and accommodating. When I arrived they took me right in and I had the quickest tire installation I have experienced, in and out in less than an hour. Their excellent management and efficiency was very apparent. I highly recommend!

This lovely man by the name of John helped me today, he was very patient with me. I don t have much knowledge when it comes to cars but he told me all I needed to know. Got brand new all seasons on my car, he was very nice and had great communication skills. My grandparents also come here for tires and I know if my grandparents approve, it must be a really great place.

Just had a tire replaced here. It s July 4th. Everyone is either closed or fully booked. We lucked out. Called and the manager answered. We explained a little of our situation. We re 8 hours and hundreds of miles from home and just popped a tire. He asked where we were and how soon we could be there. We were cutting it close to their closing, but he said he d make sure we were taken care of . Once we arrived we were greeted with smiles and the fastest tire change I ve ever seen. Amazing show of kindness to us, total strangers.

Adam was great to work with. He was very concerned with getting the best tires he could for the price we told him we could afford. He reminded us of the free tire rotation and took extra care explaining things to my daughter. We will always keep it local and encourage the rest of my family to go to him in the future. He is a family man and I feel like he treated us like part of his family.

These guys are awesome I called everybody and they took me immediately. I had 3 technicians working on my vehicle immediately and a master mechanic. Adam is the best I m only going there from now on .

I have had a horrible experience at Tire Warehouse, a few months ago I had an appointment to put on two new tires, my husband was there with the car fir over 4 hours, he drove off the lot 3 times with the car after the tires were out on and had to keep coming back because the tires were making a noise, they kept saying everything was fine. Finally my husband looked at the tires and realized they out the wrong size on. The man working blamed it in another staff member. My tires have still been making a noise so I made an appointment for this weekend, I ended up calling to cancel, I was just told that no appointment was ever made for me. Another bad experience with them. I will never go back.

Stopped by Fri. May 5th to get 4 tires. Didn't have in stock. Had to order. Fine. Scheduled to come in Monday morning 8:30. Sat there for 45 minutes before they told me they didn't have the tires. Unacceptable. Seemed very disorganized. Will not recommend.

The whole team is great, especially Adam and Ashley. Customer service is outstanding. I went in with my young daughter during the middle of the day with no appointment and I was in and out in 30-40 mins.

I went to Tire Warehouse to have a tire that I purchased elsewhere mounted and balanced on my BMW. The staff at the Ludlow, MA location (especially the store manager, Chris and the technician with the curly hair) are extremely professional, kindhearted and a joy to do business with. The staff at this location take great pride in their work, and their generosity and integrity are second to none. I highly recommend Tire Warehouse for all your installation needs. I will definitely be coming back for my next installation!

***LETS FACE IT-NOT MANY OF US WANT TO BUY NEW TIRES, BUT...***I'm not a review/survey guy--typically. However, the service, value and time management at the Ludlow Tire Warehouse location was a superb experience so I feel obliged.First off I called ahead for service because I work until 5 pm 14 miles away and they close at 6 but also because we had snow coming in. This saved me time.That said, I ultimately went in to have a 2 year old tire plugged, slow leak. Because I was impressed with that simple service, which was done complimentary for being existing customer, it led me to ask for a quote on 2 new tires. Glad I did.I liked the quote, set an appointment for 2 new tires and that appointment was fast--15-20 min tops. Ultimately I ended up setting a second appointment for the other two matching tires, all because of the way this location is run and how my transaction was handled. The real value was in the whole package: time, service, and price! I was so impressed that I did not "price shop" the tires I picked out.Thanks guys for saving me time, grief on an unwanted purchase, and even a little money.Great management and great team!!!Sincerely,Joe P.

We had amazing service from Chris and his team. They were fair, courteous, quick, and very personable. Chris made sure to make us aware of each charge and explained everything fully. We really appreciated the service we received at Tire Warehouse. We will definitely be returning for our tire needs in the future.
