We recently moved to Mass from Texas. Right before the move, our car was hit and significant damage. Our insurance company recommended Roberts Auto Body and we are so glad they did! Everyone was so friendly and explained the process to us. The process was easy, quick and our car looks brand new. The integrity of this place is amazing! They definitely take pride in their work! We highly recommend Robert s Auto Body! Hopefully, we won t need them again, but if we do, we will be back!

Wow! Blown away with their work. They are extremely professional and were able to get the work done in a timely manner. I ve had my share of horrible experiences with auto body shops but Robert s has a lifelong customer now! Thank you!

I choose Roberts after reading the large number of positive reviews from other customers, and am very pleased to say they are true. They were able to fit me in very timely, (about a 3 week wait as of April 2023) and even returned my car sooner than expected. The actual repairs came out beautiful and its virtually impossible to find any trace of damage on my car. Everybody I talked to with was very helpful and professional, they worked with my insurance and were able to help me set up a rental car for the time my car was being repaired. I would recommend Roberts to anybody in the area needing body work.Service: Body & Trim

I went to Robert s after being in an accident and can t recommend them enough! I was in the accident at the end of April and not able to bring it to them until sometime in May due to insurance delays. They took a look at the damage and explained they were booking out to the end of June but they would see what they could move around. They ended up getting my car in early June and I was able to pick it up today only about a week later! I can t believe how fast it was done and I m so relieved to have my car back to normal. They spoke with my insurance and helped me through the whole process, explaining step by step. They were so kind and always kept me updated! If anyone needs any work done on their vehicle, this is the place to go! My car looks brand new and I could not be happier!! Thank you so much again to everyone at Robert s for not only the repairs but the amazing customer service!

First time needing this kind of work on my car and I m glad my insurance led me to Robert s. Clear communication thru text or phone call the whole time. Got my car back and you can t even tell I was in an accident. They cleaned and polished the outside of my car so well that I don t think it s ever looked quite that good and bright. Collided with a deer and my car wasn t looking too good after - they got my car repaired within a week and were super nice! They even cleaned the exterior of my car as a bonus! They have a texting system that updates you on the status and estimated repair date, which I loved because I didn t have to call once for an update, and they gave me a call once it was all done. Definitely returning in the future for any repairs!

Just wanted to take a few minutes to share my experience with this amazing company. I was recommended by a close friend of mine that had done business with them and was not disappointed. The place was very clean and the customer service along with the work done to my vehicle was exceptional. They keep me informed on the work status also. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that needs any work done.Once again thanks for all your help.

Robert's Auto Body is the best place you can go to get your car fixed!! As a young woman, I am often times intimidated by going to these places alone, but the staff here was so nice and helpful that I felt very comfortable. My car was involved in an accident and the staff at Robert's handled everything from the payment with my insurance company to the car rental for me! They were extremely quick in getting my car in and getting it out. When I saw the finished work I was absolutely blown away. My car looks brand new and I could not be happier! 10/10 would recommend!! :)Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The timing was perfect !!! They even cleaned my car !!! I went for a paint job but my check engine light is now off !! I know they did extra things My car even brakes better WHO CARES !! I love them!!! They are so professional and the receptionist is a beautiful angel!!! Their location is peaceful!!! I can keep going !!! If I could give 1million stars I would !!! They did such an amazing job. They were polite, friendly, and very easy to deal with. Every thing was so hassle free. They completed the job quickly, and the car looks even better than it did before. Can't say enough great things about them and the job they did

I went here for the 1st time ever recently.. they did a phenomenal job on repairs to my car.. they were also fast.. took them about 8 or 9 days start to finish which saved me money on my rental.. i hope i dont have to fix the body of my car again but if i do i would definitely go back here.. thanks again guys

My parents recently bought me a 2017 Nissan Sentra from Robert's Auto Body and it was the easiest, smoothest experience we have ever had buying a car. Brian is the best. He was friendly, funny and personable. Very honest business and not trying to screw anyone over. I got a great deal on my car and I have had no issues with it what so ever. I would recommend Robert's to anyone. They made the process of buying a car so easy! Thank you guys so much!

I guess they only go above and beyond for the lighter folk. They dont stand behind there work. Even told me he was going to charge the insurance more and then pocket the moneyUpdate to owners response-when i say you did not go above and beyond for me it is based of the reviews prior. You DID NOT DO ANYTHING EXTRA for me. Someone said the car drove better and you all cleaned it inside and out so I stand firm on my comment. Nothing in my post is racist, this is my experience!!!!

Robert's Auto did an amazing job with my baby. Dropped her off on a Monday. The lobby was very clean and comfortable feeling. No long wait times. The front desk woman was friendly and kind. I was told my vehicle would be done no later than Friday and she was ready on Thursday, a whole day earlier than scheduled! Which I was extremely happy about, because when you love your car, even 4 or 5 days is forever!I will be recommending them to all my friends and family from now on.

Roberts was absolutely fantastic to work with! They fixed my car very quickly and even got me in earlier than expected. They have a great system in place to text progress updates along the way, and they also called to let me know when things were all set. They were always kind and courteous, and even though it was a smaller job, I never felt felt like I didn t matter. You can t even tell there was ever any damage to my car, and it looks just as beautiful as the day I brought her home from the dealership. They even cleaned up my tires so she s sparkling fresh! I highly recommend Roberts for anyone s auto repair needs! I wish I could more stars!

They got my truck in immediately, and completed the job in half the time it was expected. Phone conversations were courteous and polite, the reception area is spotless, and my truck was washed and waxed, tire black applied and wheels cleaned before I picked it up. My insurance company recommended Robert's after being in an accident and I'm so happy they did. I had an excellent experience! I can't praise them enough!Having an accident is a terrible experience and the staff at Robert's made me feel at ease. They were extremely professional and provided high quality service. My vehicle had front and rear end damage and I was afraid of what it would look like after repairs were done. My car looks brand new, and I couldn't be happier.I recommend anyone who needs auto body repairs to use Robert's, as they are the best!!! Had a small fender bender with our 2013 Mazda 3. Staff is friendly and personable. Talked out the options prior to doing the work so I could make an informed decision as how to proceed. Robert's replaced the front fender, light assembly, and bumper cover. Honestly can't tell it was in an accident, the work is that good. In fact, it looks even better than it did before. Best Auto body place I have ever had experience with in my entire driving career . I was blown away with the quality of service and the quick and timely fashion in which it took to look at my car , order parts, and complete the work in less then 3 days ! AMAZING! The shop was very knowledgeable , professional, and friendly . I was so pleased with the work that was done on my car , it was like picking it up from the dealership the first day I got it . Also , thank you for the wash and wax on the car , it looked beautiful ! Highly recommend!!

I went to Roberts on the recommendation of my chiropractor. They were professional but personable. They gave me suggestions on how to save money yet make me satisfied as well. Best of all they got my minor work done way sooner than expected. The quality was as good or better than Ive had done with several other cars over many years. I felt like they had my best interest at heart. I had a sense of trustworthiness with all of them including the owner, Brian and the lady on the front end.... Brought my vehicle into Roberts after a crash. Not only did they do a beautiful job, they took the time to go over all the insurance/ cost details that can be daunting. They are professional, yet personable. I drove out of there feeling confident that my vehicle was in great hands. I would definitely recommend Roberts to anybody in need of their service.

The guys at Robert s are all great. They are super helpful and accommodating through the whole process of getting the car in, insurance and rentals. They also had my car looking brand new and also was super willing to fix other issues then what I had originally sent it there for. There also super funny and kind which was the icing on the cake! My husband brought his car to Robert s for a repair after a accident. They did a fantastic job in a very timely manner. The service personal were wonderful and answered any questions we had. When my husband picked the car up he commented that it looked like it came off the showroom floor. This place is a lifesaver! I tried going to the dealership they took forever called around to other places and they were taking forever these guys took my car the day I called, just needed to tow it in and had it done in two weeks. I do Uber and Lyft full time so having my car is crucial and the got it done in two weeks time which was HUGE! I would suggest if you guys are in the area to go to them! They are awesome people they care they keep you updated and they get the job done as soon as possible! I am nothing but extremely grateful!Service: Body & Trim
