I own a box truck and it was not turning on i called for jump-start they came and help me with more stuff than just jump-starting it...100% recommend

I called them for roadside repairs, but they were backed up at the moment. After I told him I was mechanically inclined, Sean made numerous calls and sent his parts driver out to bring me parts without making a dime, just to get me up and running sooner rather than waiting for him. I will definitely use him in the future. His customer service is the best!Thanks for everything Sean!!!

We ll what can we say. I was so impressed with everything Sean did. We were stranded in Becket MA and Sean travelled back and forth of about 80 miles a day. We made several call to mechanic. We had blown out our very big rear inside. We landed in a campground we weren t taken with.Sean came out everyday for 4 days trying to make things right.. He worked into the night on some nights.He fixed our tire, and our brakes. He. was. a Gentleman at all times. Thru rain or very hot sun.So I would recommend him to everyone. I called for service on a medium duty straight truck that was broken down at a service plaza on a Sunday. The service was prompt and excellent. He kept me informed at the office and was very helpful to the driver who was stuck with a broken down truck. He was able to replace a starter on site after working hard and driving out of his way to pick up the part to get the driver moving faster.I have had to track down service trucks all over the country, and I would have to say this was likely the best experience I have ever had.I would give more stars if they were available!

When you look up the word professional, the definition is(Sean) from Highway Star Truck Service. I had two flats on my trailer, after calling numerous roadsides, Highway stars came to my rescue at 1am in the cold Westfield, MA winter. When you re broke down on a Sunday afternoon and it s Father s Day who do you call ...Sean from Highway Star Truck Service... He definitely went above and beyond Sunday afternoon and also Monday morning. Replace two trailer tires To help us get on our way westward toward Oklahoma much thanks highly recommend.

They are the best, had a great experience with them, the guy came very fast after I call them, had my transmission air leak done quickly and break chamber replaced in 45min with 85$ (per hour) for a road service, try to find a better deal.

Every time I break down in MA or CT he comes and gets me up and runningFor example my throttling position sensor went bad he came out found the problem and get the part and had me rolling againIf your in the area of Hartford or Springfield he will come and fix you up.Thank you Sean you are one of the good ones

We were stuck at the rest area in Ludlow Massachusetts in our motorhome and our roadside assistance called Highway Star Truck service, Sean was there within a half hour and worked on our motorhome to try and get us going he spent a good 2 hours lying under our motorhome in 95 degree heat tracking done the problem he got us going again and although roadside assistance only pays for the hour he would not charge us for more than what roadside paid.He was so friendly and professional if any one breaks down through this area or needs a mechanic than this is the place you need to call, our thanks goes out to Sean
