Kim and Jose (I hope I remembered the names correctly) were excellent! Though my problem did not get fixed (this was only realized much later in the night as my problem had to do at higher speeds over 60mph and we were only in MA for the day due to plans needing to be changed), they took really good care of me and my car. I am from Maine, and was halfway through my trip to Lowell, MA to visit family and experienced shaking in my steering wheel/seats somewhere between 60-70mph. There was a very loud noise during the shaking, similar to that of a loud 18 wheeler passing by (of course, there was none around the vehicle). I called TW, spoke with Kim, described the situation and, even though I was about 45 minutes out, she said to just come on in and they can take a look. I did have to unload my car (we came with two dogs) before heading over, and I arrived, spoke to Kim and mentioned I called earlier, and she remembered the call, promptly got my info, and I sat down to wait. Wait time was about an hour, but that s not a big deal to me. Once I was able to pull my car in, it got looked at and all four tires were rebalanced (which it needed regardless of the original problem). Jose took me back to the computer/machine where they were getting balanced and showed/explained what he was doing. I truly appreciated that, usually I m just TOLD what a mechanic did, never showed or explained. Just before I left, Jose was kind enough to invite me back if the problem wasn t corrected (unfortunately, due to timing, I couldn t get to the proper speeds). Though my car felt better even at the lower speeds after the rebalancing, the shaking and the noise did not get fixed. Regardless of that, I was so pleased with their customer service.

The workers were cool but their prices are INSANE! $224 for ONE SINGLE tire. I m going through tough times financially and the last thing I had planned was buying one single tire for $224 . That is just obscene, outrageous, incompetent I m not sure how you can stay in business like that in Lowell. In top of the high prices the owner apparently discontinued selling customers used tires. Which is perfect for customers who can t afford your over priced tires. Very disappointed.

Very rude and dismissive. They ll give you a hard time. Won t ask if you have a warranty and will easily charge you if you don t state you have one. The older gentleman who used to work there was great to work with. Haven t had a good experience with the newer management.

Here is a list of comlaints:Every wheel has a bit of damage to the paint. These were brand new in the factory boxes. One wheel has damage to the perimeter and the rest have damage between the lug nuts where it seems the torque driver may have been dragged between installing lug bolts.* I believe the installer also broke the TPMS sensor while attempting to install it, because the 2 cardboard boxes it was in had no damage and was factory sealed. I had to use one of the old ones.* I dropped off the wheels one hour before my appt at 8 am. I was the only one there. I returned in time for my 9 am appointment and in between their multiple cigarette breaks I managed to leave after 12pm.* They claim extra charges for replacing my wheels, even though it's less work, since the tires didn't have to be removed from my old wheels.* They also claimed that the TPMS sensors were re-synced but as you can see in the photo, it says "TMPS System inoperable".Thank you for your time and attention in this matter,Timothy BariamisP.S. Pretty terrible customer service (rude, not helpful, insulting) and just not quality work overall. Used them as a recommended tirerack installer and was sold a lifetime service package for the tires but they refused to honor it when I returned for rotation. The tires were never balanced properly in the first place. Use a more reputable shop especially if you have larger, low profile wheels. You re going to paying someone else anyway to fix their work.Edit: after reading Abigail s review, I had a very similar experience with the woman working the counter. Pretty much a huge waste of time. Also, just to add, I wouldn t want my wife and kids having to wait in the filthy waiting area.

I ve always came to Tire Warehouse until yesterday. My tire popped due to hitting a pothole and I came to purchase a new one. Upon arriving there was a female employee working the inside counter who was extremely rude. She asked me what do you want . I told her I wasn t sure of the tire size but I can go look as my car is outside. She rolled her eyes and slammed her chair and stormed out the door. When she came back and was on her cellphone and the computer I asked her if it s something they have in stock she apparently was aggravated and her response to me was can t you wait a minute . I then told her politely that I m going to take my business elsewhere, regardless of pricing or availability I will not be doing any business with someone who treats customers poorly. After reading these reviews seems like others have had this same type of interaction with her. You should consider getting someone a little friendlier who won t treat customers poorly.

The Female manager of the facility is rude and lacks basic knowledge of tires. I ve been a loyal customer of this location and was very disappointed. I went in asking to get a tire fixed since there was a nail in it and was told the tire was not salvageable and I needed a new one. I had no problem buying ONE she refused and told me I had to buy all FOUR. All of my tires had full tread so, I was very disappointed with this overall experience. I left and found a different place to fix my tire. I did not need a new one just a patch up. I have now been driving on my tire for almost 4 months. Tire shops should hire people with at least basic knowledge or educate them in their position because it felt like she was trying to scam me. I recommend you don t go to tire warehouse on Chelmsford st and if you go make sure you don t get scammed.

They were very rude and wouldn't fix a spare tire unless I have them my address! Why do you need my address for a simple transaction? Meineke doesn't, they charge less, and they are about 1 mile away!

I got the tires replaced by them for my Tesla MX. (Tires dropped shipped from Tire Rack.)They are experienced in working w/Tesla vehicles and have the jack pads required for the job. The crew is friendly and very easy to work with. Will bring my next car to them as well.

This was my first flat tire, and I called Jose freaking out, pulled over on the side of the road. When I tell you Jose calmed me down, helped my identify the issue, and told me not to worry that he could get this fixed to bring it right over. When I pulled in this lovely and sweet woman ( I didn't catch her name, but her blue hair was awesome) helped me in the front and walked out to look at my tire with me. It ended up being an easy fix and patch. This whole scenario was really stressful for me as a new driver and this place made me feel so so so safe and taken care of. I couldn't begin to thank both her and Jose enough. You guys deserve good luck for the rest of your lives. Thank you so much, this place was lovely!

Very unprofessional. Advertised that they open at 7:30am but no one was there. We re waiting with another person who had been told to come at 7:30am by employees. When someone did arrive they couldn t open up and said the person in charge didn t open until 8:00am and would be in a meeting for the first fifteen minutes. Left and took my business elsewhere.

Extremely rude staff. Stopped by to change a couple tires around 1-1:30PM. Their was no customers at the time. Thought it would be an easy transaction. The girl manager didn t want to be asked any questions and proceeded to tell us 30 minutes. That everyone had to eat. That she was the manager and what she says goes. Dad just wanted to know a price and if we where next. She had a huge attitude and looked very tired for the time. A big guy with a hat on backwards got out of his beach chair to act more confrontational to my 70 year old dad on his birthday. Felt very bad and left with nothing done. As we where leaving the Mr big guy yelled out directions for us to leave up the hill. I know it s hot out but could you have a little patience for an old man and his family. Oh well

Awful place. Front desk lady is rude and dismissive. Wouldn't do a simple patch on a tire. Said you can't with these newer cars...

I called to have them order a special order tire. I had to do the same thing 5 months ago during which time I put in the order and went in once in stock for my appointment and paid all at once at time of service. There was only one person working there all day. I felt so bad for him being so busy with no help. I guess everyone called out. I tipped him for his trouble. I remember thinking where s the manager to help. Come to think of it there is a lot of turnover there. Anyways, I ve been a faithful customer for 20+ years. This time when I called a woman answered and said I d have to go down there and put a down payment on it because people have been ordering and not going in for their appointment. I said ok, well I ve been a faithful customer and recently had your company order me the tire and went in for my appointment. Can you please look me up in the computer and you ll see. She made no attempt to look into it and insisted on a deposit. I asked her who the manager is there and she said it s her and her name is Kim. Wow!!! As a manager she has great customer service skills. I told her she s lost herself a faithful customer.

Sloppy, ghetto workers. Paid for tire replacement and the works and the job was never done. Got back home checked the stem valve wasn t even tightened I was losing air during my drive. They damaged my trunk, never gave back my wheel lock key and just threw my spare tire like a dirty rag. Followed up with my car dealership the next day because my drive seemed slight rocky and they said it was never properly balanced-RED FLAG right there. Avoid this place unless it s your last resort. Never coming back.

Lowell residents I warn you not to waste your time to this Tire warehouse in Chelmsford st, Lowell. It looks like they wanted to pick a fight with every customer who walked in. The staff & manager are under the influence and will not respect your business. They don t care about customer service and are irritable from the beginning.

The man who had helped me was super sweet but the woman with the messy reddish hair who works inside is so rude. Girl go comb your hair first before you come for me. Just because of her professionalism and unwelcoming nature, I rather just go to Middlesex Tire or even King Tire in Lawrence.
