Ryan took very good care of me and showed the highest quality of customer care. I highly recommend coming here and asking for his services. They make you feel involved, respected, and not like your getting ripped off 11/10 excellent experience

Went to another place before this they told me they can t help me. Came to Monro at a perfect timing they got to work right away and the price was way less than the quote I had got from the first place. Will be going back for future services. Thank you guys very much appreciated

My review disappeared, so I'll be reposting it. I got 4 new tires here. The next day my back right tire went flat. I took it back to tire warehouse. They told me they hadn't tightened the valve and it should be fixed. The next day my tire blew up on the 495 during a snowstorm. I changed my tire and claimed factory defect. The tire pressure light is still on. I got ripped off by Monro tire up the street a few years ago and found out they have the same parent company. I would not recommend any business associated with these people.

The guys did a great job aligning my 85 Alfa Romeo Spider. Not only did they get it done quickly, they also made a few observations and suggestions for other issues they noticed and I ll be going back soon to have them fix a few exhaust issues. Nice, friendly team.

I had a flat tire and this service center was closest to me house this morning so I took my car in. I m used to very brash service at service/auto shops but let me tell you, I got very pleasantly surprised. The young man at the front desk very customer service oriented very calm, kind demeanor, not condescending and very patient. I did not expect that. It was very refreshing, and It stands out. It wasn t only to myself but to another customer who walked in a short while after. Service was super quick. You have some good people working ant the Chelmsford street location and that makes a difference.

For my oil changes I always go to this space unless I am out of state then I go to another place in that area, they always do a good job relaxing atmosphere...So today the place was crazy busy, with all types of repairs, this was the first time I have seen this here but then again the weather was awesome. Check them out they do just about everything...

I brought my car in for an oil change and was very pleased with the excellent customer service I received during my visit. Kim and Jose were extremely courteous and professional. They answered all of my questions and concerns. Kim was amazing getting me in in a pinch while Jose, who is top notch, provided an entire overview of my vehicle and explained everything I needed to keep my 2006 Honda running safely and smoothly. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back in the future.Thanks for the super service and job well done!

I found Monros because of their good reviews and I can attest that their service is great! I had a flat tire and they were very pleasant to work with. As a younger woman, it was very nice to have Kim at the front desk help guide me in the right direction, she was kind and informative. I will be sure to go back if I need any more work.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Jerry Rivera is very detail oriented and caught my mistake early on before providing the service I needed. Their price is great compared to other shop.10/10 would recommend

I just want to start off with the front desk woman. Her name is Kim, she s amazing. Monros is definitely the place to go to. Jose is the guy to go to if you have any car problems or even if you have a question. They take very good care of you and gets the job done quick. Definitely a place to recommend!

I went to get an oil change 30 minutes before closing and they were happy to do it! The manager of this location is extremely nice and accommodating! I truly feel like they are a group of trustworthy people and it s a great feeling to know you aren t being scammed or lied to so someone can make a buck off of you. I will definitely be going to Monroe for any work to be done on my car from now on.

The guys at the store this Saturday were just so great. Not only was there no wait, they let me come in earlier than my appointment. When they saw they needed my filter for the oil change, 1 of the guys went right out and got it. They also rotated my tires for free! Ive never had this kind of service anywhere, even just for an oil change. 10 out 10 highly recommend. Them being open weekends also sealed the deal, ill be back! Thanks!

Unfortunately I ran over something and got a puncture in my tire. I took a chance and gave this place a call. Jose answered the phone and told me he would get me right in. I showed up shortly there after and just as Jose said he immediately had me in a bay within five minutes. From now the expert technician Angel took over. He was quickly able to identify the problem and suggested that he could patch it at a very reasonable rate. Angel did the work quickly and professionally and Jose was a class act. I highly recommend this place

I have never met such an amazing person... Kim, the lady at the front desk, without a doubt deserves every blessing that God has given her. This woman not only helped fix my tire, she also made me realize that not everyone is"cruel" or mean . I went there because I had a flat tire while driving on the highway, I was able to get 2 new tires tires in such a short amount of time. There is so much more to it but l'm here to say thank you again to Kim! I will truly never forget you or what you did for me-Anita Asante

My Tesla got a flat tire and I took it so many shops but they were unable to fix it. I went to Monro and he has the supplies to easily fix my tire. Such a great experience. Super friendly. Will be back for sure!

Great owner, really takes pride in his work. Some of the other employees are not as communicative and straightforward, nor as personable, but they do good work. Took my car here for oil changes and basic work while I went to college in the area for 4 years. Never had an issues. Their parking lot is small and has a poor layout (and nothing is very clean), but they do good work for the price. I like being able to book appointments online.

Brought my car in to have the brakes and exhaust replaced. They originally quoted me 1400 but that was way out of my price range. After letting them know that unfortunately I couldn t afford that right now Shawn called me back and said they would do all of it for half the original quoted price. He said he saw the I had two car seats in the back and just wanted the kids to be safe. I was blown away by their generosity!! Definitely recommend this place and will be using them again in the future!

I went to Monroe yesterday for an oil change with tire rotation and also needed the ac filter changed, Shaun was very helpful and nick was very informative the service was finished quick, and I paid a reasonable price. I will Definitely coming back. Thank you :)

Saturday 11/17/18 I had no appointment and needed to have my tires changed to winter tires, the snow came early this year for me, I was planning on having this done in December. I was turned away from Auto Fair Tire, "even though their motto is "No appointment is necessary come on down, but if you like to set an appointment that is available" I called them 3 times, got put on hold twice, and they could not even answer the question of how much was the price to change my regular tires to my snow tires on the phone. They suggested making an appointment during the week day. How do you do that if they constantly put you on hold I tried to to go to NTB in Nashua NH, however, due to the amount of people already waiting (it was packed with patrons) trying to have work performed.On Sunday 11/18/18 I woke up at 8 am and tried again to have my snow tires put on my car. I went to Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers at 77 Chelmsford St., Lowell, Ma 01851, they said they had appointments and early riser along with myself, but if I was willing to wait or leave the car they would get to it today. I dropped it off at 9:10 and they called me to pick it up at 10:30. They were very nice, accommodating and quick with switching out my regular tires with winter tires. They balanced the wheels. I was very happy with the service I received there. I would recommend this place to others. I was so grateful to them.

Honestly hands down to them. Fast. Easy. Friendly. And professional service. I ve gone in a hand full of times already. I called and asked for an alignment and that wasn t even the problem I needed a whole new tire comes to find out. They finished before I can even step foot in the front too pay. Done within seconds. Come back again needed new breaks they got the job done so fast it was crazy. The guys at the front are the nicest, when I was talking to them felt like I known them for years. will return with any further issues with my car. GO TO MONROS!!!

My experience with Nick at Monroe s was exceptional. I don t know anything about cars and had a giant nail in my tire. I called this location after trying many places who were booked and or closing early because it was a weekend. I called this location and spoke with Nick who was enthusiastic and willing to help. After getting air put into it by AAA, Nick was able to help me plug the effected area and was kind and patient with my lack of awareness.

Beware! Took my SUV in for a muffler issue. They never grounded the vehicle before welding on a flex pipe and fried the entire computer unit. Even when you google it it says you must disconnect the battery to avoid frying computer. I had to have Triple A tow it out of there and take it to the dealership. Two weeks with out a car. They caused well over $2500 in damage which they refuse to take responsibility for. Worst experience ever! Please go elsewhere ! !!!We did call customer service, pretty much useless. They never took the time to investigate what happened. The ASE certified team at Ford has spent weeks uncovering the damage you caused. We are Still waiting for a return call from the manager.They totaled my perfectly fine car. I went for a muffler and my car got totaled. Amazing place! Please stay away!

We ve taken our cars here for years. This morning I went in with my husband s car, and they were short handed. They didn t think they d be able to take me in for an oil change. The manager was super nice, and so accommodating, shifting things around a bit to get the car taken of as quickly as possible, considering I traveled to get there, and couldn t make it back the next day. In and out in under an hour.So appreciated!

Great group of skilled mechanics here. Very honest and straight forward, helped me solve the problem of my vehicle without adding any extra work for nothing. Definitely would recommend this precise location to anyone who wants honest, hard working, diligent proffessionals.

I had a great experience at monro, everyone was friendly. The manager Shawn was very helpful and he went above and beyond to help me get the parts I needed. For two days the mechanics did a great job taking care of what I needed fix. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys for all you did to make my experience great.
