After spending over 30 minutes at Tire Warehouse in Lowell, because I was unable to put air in my tire due to the valve, they told me they couldn't help me, I needed new tires. They couldn't replace the valve because the tire had dry rot. (which it does not)I then took a chance on Meineke in Lowell, where Josh was very polite and helpful. I spent a total of 10 minutes there and he put air in my tire, FREE of charge and did NOT try to make a sale by having me purchase new tires.I will be going to Meineke for all my future car maintenance needs and any other services they offer.I highly recommend them!

I got my car checked by Larry and he was very helpful and informative! One of the few Car Care Centers that do not intend on scamming you. At least so far! I will surely update my comment if something changes

I went to this establishment and I was served with utmost care. The manager explains to you what they do and then do a thorough job. They go through every step to achieve the best possible results.I left this place satisfied and plan to go back to have more stuff fixed. This is a group of dedicated folks out to fix our vehicles to the bst of their abilities. Thank you very much.John.

Had a leak in the tire, was quickly fixed on arrival and I was also briefed about possible issues with my rear breaks. The price was reasonable and service was great, I think I finally found my mechanic shop.

Good work , great experience ! Everything that I asked for was done , and they made sure to explain the problems in simple terms rather than trying to go into mechanic talk. I dealt with Josh and he did an outstanding job . Would go back for more service on the car.

We were very happy with the service that was provided to us. So much in fact we will be returning on 1/31 to have a few more things service. I just wish I had written down what we needed to have done, then it could have been done all at once.

They were able to quickly diagnose the problem and order the parts needed. They did a through check and let me know about other issues so that they could be addressed. Work was done professionally and in a timely manner.

Kind, helpful, and polite customer service- actually showed me what was going on under the hood instead of just making me take their word for it. Josh behind the desk even worked with me on pricing when the job was a little more than I could afford and helped find a solution we could both be happy with. I'd go back 4 sure

Great service center, Josh the manager is super nice and professional they got my vehicle right in and when they found the problem took me out into the bay and showed me exactly what was needed. We then went back into the office where Josh gave me a written estimate that was very reasonable and I agreed to have the work done. Larry the technician performed the repair in an efficient, professional manner, while I stayed in the clean, comfortable waiting area, these guys obviously know their business. So glad I found this shop it will be my go to from now on. Highly recommended.Service: Exhaust

Not happy found out was being charged for things not needed. Ended up going somewhere else and found it menineke wanted to charge me $3500 for something I didn t even need got the job done for $325 and it wasn t even what they said it was. Also had a issue with my truck not getting gas they told me was the sending unit in the gas tank they did that for $350 then told me there is a unit that s under the spare tire that was no good replaced it and it worked so I spent over $500 to fix the issue but the $350 for the sending unit was not even needed I would not recommend this place to anyone I feel they just replace stuff till they figure out the issues then your stuck paying for things you never needed

Definitely scamming people $1100 for alignment and inner tie rods swap with parts provided. Then they wonder why they have nothing to do

These guys are great! They did everything that was necessary for me to pass my inspection after I was rejected. Josh is very friendly and told me they were gonna do everything they could to help me out and not have to pay to much. Will come here again! The other mechanic that did the inspection took forever to get back to me with prices and I never heard from him. These guys were much quicker.Update December 11, 2020I had something else fixed, but had to go back the next morning for another quick fix to that. Josh was there bright and early to take care of me quickly and get me off to work. Thanks again!Update August 26, 2020Had my oil change about a month ago as they still take care of me. The manager Josh calls me their million dollar customer LoL!Updated November 30, 2021Had my 3,000 mile oil change and for being a regular and loyal customer, they took care of me again. Thank you again!Updated August 20, 2022Josh and his team constantly continue to accommodate me as they have in the past! I had my oil change and a belt replaced and not as much as I'd thought. Thanks as always!Updated August 6, 2023Josh and his team did it again, always taking good care of me and my vehicle! I needed some brake work and other stuff and he quoted me a price that was fair. Later in the day he called me to say there was something that doesn't need to be fixed, so he quoted me a lower price that I was happy with. Worked with Josh at Lowell s location and he was superb. Answered all my questions and worked with me to ensure I could get things covered under my warranty as needed. Everytime I have gone here, Josh and his crew have gone above and beyond. Customer service is great. Josh even makes follow up phone calls to see how my vehicle is running a few weeks after service. Great customer service, 10/10 recommended! They we up front about their pricing, which was lower than any other mechanic I had seen. Very good and helpful. He helped with any electrical showing up on the dashboard. Overall, the employee did everything I asked him to help. The battery of my car need to be replaced and many electrical indicators showed and the employee help correct them.

I had never used this shop before. Went down and spoke to Joe the manager. They took my car in and diagnosed the problem very quickly. I told Joe to go ahead to perform the work. His employees did the work very quickly and efficiently.Anyone that needs to get any work done on their vehicle should stop by since their shop is very good and the employees Joe has working for him are very good.Keep up the great work Joe and the employees that you have. Great Manager. Up front with me. Brought me out to my car to show me the issues and quoted repairs. Didnt force any costs down my throat like other businesses. In and out. Good conversation. I'm unfortunately infamous for flat tires, slow leaks, and anything else not so pleasant w tires. Josh and these guys are always really nice and even when super busy, they usually see me pretty fast and always take care of me. Prices are fair. Maybe not as cheap as a mum n pops, but the convenience of no appt in an emergency and the care and service provided make that not so big. They're honest and will do their best to give the best deal they can. Exceptional customer service. I've seen all walks of life enter this building w their different car issues from the distinuished business man to a broke-down addict swaying like a palm tree and slurring her words and I have mentally noted on more than one occasion how Josh treats everyone w the same level of kindness, respect & patience. It's nice to bare witness to such good charachter and genuine kindness these days. (It's beyond just professionalism) I usually go here in a bit of distress, either driving on flat or almost flat tires and I can always breath again knowing they've got me when I hand over my keys. The tech provided an entire overview of vehicle and also brought me in to show me everything needed.The manager, made sure that I received the best deal. I came here in August of 2022 because my AC wasn't working. They started out with trying to recharge the system, don't really know why because you shouldn't really have to "recharge" a closed system unless there is another issue. I've been driving over 30 years and never have had to do this. Anyway needless to say it didn't just need a recharge and it needed a new compressor although they thought they were doing me a favor when they said that they wouldn't charge me for the 2nd recharge. Before going here I had done a pre approval through the Meineke credit card and I had been approved but when it came time to discuss payment options for the repair they basically had only negative things to say about their own company's card and kept forcing another payment method which was Easy Pay Finance, probably get kickbacks based on how many people they sign up. I felt pressured to go with this method and stupid me went along because I wanted my AC fixed the same day. I won't make that mistake again. I don't advise anyone to use Easy Pay Finance as the interest rate is literally through the roof. Overall they did a good job on the repair itself. The whole process only took a few hours.Service: Air conditioning
