The worst customer service ever. My wife purchased a car through them. They would literally call multiple times during work hours to collect car payment, that would be paid by the end of the day. By the time you would check the phone there would be more than 15 missed calls. The woman would write multiple emails in a matter of 10 minutes, with multiple errors and most definitely illiterate. I advise anybody that is planning to purchase a vehicle to stray very far from going through them. It becomes more of a headache than an enjoyable experience.

Terrible dealership. Purchased a car in March 6th, brought it to get full inspection by BMW and advised Carway of repairs needed on march 9th. Brought car to them twice to repair the issues and BMW attests that they did not do a thing to the car but wipe the undercarriage. They employees don't know who the big boss is Jose or Geraldo...neither Joseor Geraldo know if themselves are the boss as they pass the ball to each other all the time.I haven't gotten a call back from them since May 10th (he other callsbefore that time where pointless, as Geraldo was in Brazil on vacation fora long period of time) which is when I last spoke to the receptionist. They don't and won't answer calls if they have your number (Called from another cellphone and they answered a minute later). Haven't had a car since the purchase and it has impacted my children, my work and my life all around because they do not give you a straight answer. Can't keep supporting your local small businesses when they resort to this type of service.

Jose and Geraldo have helped me tremendously. I have had my car worked on numerous times. The repair prices are always very fair and they always fix my car in a very timely manner. I would not hesitate to bring my car to Carway for repair. Thanks Carway.

This Dealership is an example of dishonest Car Dealer. Avoid them if you can. Straight fraud and they will lie to you so you can buy.Stay Away!!!

They scam an fraud banks they sell broken cars , they crazy glued pieces of the car together just to make it run within a 30 day time period-they avoiding the fact the car was broke shity service
