Amazing Selection and Service. The folks here, take great care of their customers. The install was done professionally and clean. While I was waiting for my remote start and stereo install I witnessed the folks here take care of walk-ins and previous customers with the utmost courtesy! I highly recommend!

My experience was fantastic. I was able to walk in there not sure what exactly I wanted. And one of the reps were able to help me find the exact rims tires and tints I wanted. The proses was seamless it was able to be done in one day, and the price matched the quote. I am entirely satisfied with the costumer service, and the services done on my car. 100% recommended also try their waterless cleaner! work s amazing just as good as a proper self car wash if not better this is now my go to cleaner! Thank you Ron and all your employees for your excellent service!

Dropped my truck off for tint was there for over 8 hours no Communication went to go pick it up hasn t even been touched. Walked in no one s working on vehicles dude behind the counter wearing sunglasses inside looked at me like I had 10 heads.

Absolutely amazing service from Ron. Not only did he have the patience to help me pick out a tire and rim package but he also answered every and any question I had. From TPMS to fitment to even delivering my old wheels back to me for the winter. This company truly went above and beyond for me and will always get my business now because of it. The service and professionalism here is unlike anywhere else.

My husband purchased a remote starter for me. I emailed the store, and they responded in less than 24 hrs. Excellent service. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. I returned to purchase my husband's birthday gift an appointment to service his car for tinted windows. The store is very neat and clean too.

Have been going here for over 30 years. Just had my stereo done up in my Honda accord remarkable job factory looking type labor thank you Ronnie, Dennis, and Jessie by the front counter. You guys are great and I m definitely a lifetime customer. Thank you for the great work. Great experience. I could give 100 stars if I would!!!!

I just had a recent experience at Carrisma,they installed a bed cover on my GMC and it came out great.They were very knowledgeable,punctual,and handled my dealings with them very friendly and professional.I would recommend them to all of my family and friends no question.

Amazing and knowledgeable staff. I called to have a remote starter installed in my car not knowing exactly what I wanted and just over the phone did staff give me a detailed description of every option. They booked an appointment for me to drop my car off on Monday morning around 8 and they had my car ready and out the door by 11. The staff then showed me how to navigate the drone Mobil app and even setup and register my account. Greatly recommending for all car accessory needs. Thank you again!

I had a set of brand new wheels and a set of tires that I wanted mounted. I shopped around and a lot of shops told me they wouldn't mount them or they quoted me insane prices. After calling around I chose Carrisma to get the work done.These guys are real pros! They were so careful with mounting and balancing and they used a high end machine to fit everything perfectly without damage. They even protected my wheels with cardboard when they loaded them into my car. It came out great! I highly recommend them!

I have an old Jeep Wrangler and I had them replace the original radio with a new Bluetooth radio. Every step of the process was completely seamless. They made it everything simple and straightforward. Everyone I talked to was amazing. Jess was so nice on the phone. She helped me reschedule without making it a hassle and was so friendly when I was paying. The gentleman at the first desk (I didn't catch his name but he said he worked there for 30+ years) was so knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to program the radio for me and make sure my phone connected without any issues. Prices are fair. They know what they are doing. Honestly, it's a bit of a long drive for me but I won't go anywhere else. I will always recommend Carrisma.

Best place around period.when you want your car done right everyone knows carisma is the go to!!!just got my benz tinted and got the illuminating grill emblem!couldnt be more satisfied!!!i have been going here for years for all my work best prices and they get it done fast.absolutely coming back for some subs this month..

Got my windows tinted on my car here. The employees were great in helping me schedule it as I needed to bump around my appointment a bit to get a day where I could have my car dropped off. It came out great. I ll probably return for more cosmetic work in the future. Little things at a time can make your car feel brand new! THANK YOU CAR-RISMA

I called for an appointment! The young lady was so nice,,& helpful. I dropped my car off for my car starter. Got my car back. I am extremely satisfied with the staff, & the service. Wilhighly recommend them.

Been going here for several years now to get my windows tinted and other accessories installed. Since I lease my cars it requires me to visit a little more often. They have good prices, are friendly and do a great job at installing.

Basic. Expensive. It has been a couple months now since I had a radio installed in my Honda. It connects and disconnects randomly. 2 lights on the buttons on the dash don't work. I am a firm believer if you are a professional installer then these things would be done right. You have a very nice inventory of products. But installation needs some work. Sorry but I can't go back.

Really gone down hill in the past few years had to rewire everything they put in my car. Most mine blowing part was finding a 15 Amp fuse on a 12 gage power wire for 3000 watt amps ( lBefore replacing most of the work done fortunately my equipment was purchased elsewhere with warranties because three speakers and Two amps and alot of wiring and fuses it works now)

Paul & Ron at Car-Risma do a great job!! They have a large selection of accessories for many different makes and models of vehicles. I have had multiple vehicles tinted, remote starters installed and misc accessories along the way. I have ordered Vent-shades or Vent-visors, mudguards and running-board/steps from them in the past as well. Always professional and clean environment with a very knowledgeable staff!

Absolutely the worse place I ve ever done business with installed a DVD player in my car for my kids the very next day it broke and stop working called and spoke with a guy named Rodney which was extremely rude to me on the phone called me names and Actually hung up on me twice pretty much told me to bad that he wasn t fixing anything. I m out 800 dollars and no DVD player warning to all stay away from this place should be out of business.

The staff is knowledgeable and super helpful which is a big plus for me. If they don't have something in stock, they will do their best to accommodate my needs and have it ordered. It is somewhat more expensive than other car customization shops but I rather pay more, knowing I am getting what I need, rather than guessing at some other shop.

Had my car tinted here back in 2010.Got the high end Sun Tech tint with lifetime warranty. My rear windows eventually developed small bubbles that ripped, but when I brought my car in (2016) they sent a young kid to check the Windows, who determined that something must have scratched the Windows and they subsequently refused to honor the lifetime warranty...

When in their for a Window tinting had bubbles and scraps. The lady at the front desk said wait 5 days a bubble and sprats will go away I do not think scratches go away bubbles maybe. To be honest it looked like my Son tempted my windows A six-year-old could Probably do better. Most people think you have no knowledge on thing are repairing cars. I have worked In a detail shop for over 2 years. Tinting windows on a car was natural. Customer service think you're stupid quality is alright all in all 3 star.

They did a horrible job on my system, the amps wouldn't turn off when I turn the car off and some of the equipment I told them to put on They put the cheapest ones and charge me the same

Brought my first truck here at age 16, 15 years later i have had car starters for mine and every one of my family members cars installed here (10+ units). Stereo systems, tube steps, tint, i cannot think of a single thing over 15 years that i have walked away thinking anything other than ill be back! Owners are knowledgeable, helpful, if you want to go somewhere the people will take pride in their work and stand by it and treat you right, go here! After all these years i read reviews and couldnt not write one, the people trying to claim issues are just looking for someone to blame because they didnt get something for nothing i can guarenttee because anyone who has ever been in store knows they would do anything possible to ensure you walk away happy. Sad that people feel the need to hurt hard working people's livelihoods when deep down they know that there is more to their story i have absolutely no doubt. Ignore these clowns and their BS stories about not being well cared for, they are your typical everything is someone elses fault and i want everything handed over to me or ill throw a temper tantrum cry babies. As for me i will continue to go here as long as i have a need for their products because i know the result will be nothing less than perfect.
