Car repair is questionable at best. We all know this going into it. However, we still buy cars daily! Matt and Phil and everybody there cares deeply about making sure you re able to drive your vehicle safely and efficiently. I was a Fleet assistant for a police department for a while. All of our vehicles went to Matt and Phil and to the Longmeadow Garage. I have continue to bring my own vehicle there since. Recently, I brought my truck to have an issue dealt with. Matt was amazing! He lost probably as much sleep about my vehicle as I did. I picked it up, we thought it was fixed, however unfortunately, it was not. I brought it back Matt made sure that it was taken care of and repaired appropriately. You may have found a mechanic that you like and appreciate. If you have a mechanic you trust, congratulations! If you do not, you seriously need to consider going and seeing Matt and Phil and all of the staff at the Longmeadow Garage.

Stopped by for rear brakes and couldn t believe the level of service. I can t recommend this place enough. Matt was incredibly pleasant, understanding, and took the time to explain everything. Not to mention the time and money they saved me. Thank you!!

The mechanic told it was going to be serviced in one day. It took over 4 days and they never touched it. I had to go so I was just without a car for a few days unnecessarily. They also mis diagnosed the problem with my car and caused a problematic and wasteful change to my car.Overall, not very impressed with the mechanics and how dishonest they are. I know others had similar experiences.

I have been having problems with my engine warning light for months and repeated repairs that only lasted a day from two separate garages. Then I tried Longmeadow Garage and Matt did a fantastic job patiently working through the possible causes and found the solution for a fraction of what I had spent with other places who didn't solve the problem. Fantastic service, great technical skills, wonderful communication, and fair prices. They are getting the business for all my four vehicles going forward.

I recommended this place by a contractor that we have at our restaurants because he kept seeing how my tire get low air. I have my own mechanic but they don t do tires so to much so I went there and was treated like the VIP that my own work treats me. Definitely will go back when needed!

My State Inspection Go-to! Nothing better than having Anna treat you to a cup of coffee while the garage gets your inspection done efficiently and proficiently. Highly recommend the Longmeadow Garage for pleasant, friendly and fast service with a clean waiting area.

I've brought my car here a few times for check engine light. I work locally but live out of town and I was wary of "Longmeadow prices", but the service department far exceeded my expectations in price and service. The first time the technician took time to speak with me about the problems and solutions and fixed the car quickly. My light has come on since and when I brought it in they ran tests but didn't find a fault, they replaced the gas cap, didn't charge me and said come back if the light goes back on so they can 'catch' the problem.Always friendly and impressed with the service. Highly recommend.

Not much for reviews these days but felt compelled to after my experience here the tech went above and beyond helping to fix an issue and everyone there was incredibly nice. Good customer service is what wins business and they did that.

Great service station. Technicians are extremely knowledgeable. Pricing is fair and transparent. And it has a free air hose!!!
