Had my 2020 Accord Hybrid inspected here since they were in a convenient location for me. They said I needed new front tires & gave me an "R" rejection sticker. Next day I came back & asked if they could replace my tires to pass inspection. Brad was very friendly, volunteered to drive me back & forth to my office. The shop area looked nice & clean. However, the bill for replacing my 2 front tires was $1020.00 That's way too much for 2 tires on my small car. He should have at least called back and said that my car apparently needed an extra 4 wheel alignment for an extra $250 on my bill. I called back the next day to express my disappointment in their pricing & communication. Again very friendly (Hence the 2nd star in my review). He kept asking if I take exit ramps really fast & I must know that I drive in a way that's hard on the car. I'm a pretty typical driver & my car is only 4 years old - so this narrative was very confusing to me. I can't go above 2 stars on my review since in the end I won't return to their shop or recommend them to anyone I know. I have another shop where I trust the mechanic a ton so will wait for his availability.

Got my inspection done here and the staff was extremely friendly. I had an appointment, and they took me right away with no wait. The whole process took less than 10 minutes, whereas most other places took longer. Additionally, I took my car for a routine service and tire balance as well. Staff was professional and attentive to my concerns.

We used Miller for over 10 years, and I don't think there isn't anything they HAVEN'T fixed on one of our cars. I used to recommend them - but I can't anymore. Perhaps they lost their best mechanics, I don't know, but I do know the quality of the work I was seeing kept going downhill. And, you know, taking 3 people's cars to them, for years and years, should build a relationship, right? But a relationship didn't seem to be of any value to them for the past few years. They've done work - and charged well for it - but not fixed the problem. I'll admit, the problems weren't easy ones - but all the same - they should have taken responsibility when the issue was brought to them. And it was, repeatedly. There was once that they reworked the problem at their cost. But several other times they didn't, and other shops did. There were other issues as well. Like the used car we brought in for a pre-buy inspection. That "100-point" inspection missed a multi-thousand dollar repair issue that happened a short few months after purchase. And it was an issue the inspection should not have missed. Or the leaking steering fluid issue that they had in their shop, not once, but twice, and failed to fix. When I finally took the car to a different shop, they found the problem right away - and it should have been obvious to Miller's mechanics. Miller automotive has helped my family for years. Incredibly fast, always honest, friendly, never had a problem after they fixed any of our six cars. Highly recommend!

I've gotten many inspections there no problem with appointment. The only reason why I was going to him was because it was close to my work. He seem like a nice guy at first, but I got my car diagnostic at a lubrication garage he test drove. My car did not find anything wrong. I got my car and my engine was misfiring like I told him in the first place he told me he didn't want my business anymore when I asked why he didn't put sensor in my car. I've heard other issues, with some of my coworkers I wish I checked with them before I went to Miller automotive. Be careful they are family owned. They probably have people here putting fake reviews. I already see someone with the last name Miller on this post so discredit Christine Miller in the reviews .Services: Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Auto maintenance

Was heading to Kimball Farms and my car had issues on the way. Stopped by, dropped off the car and by end of day they'd diagnosed and fixed the issue (blown ignition coil), all for a very fair price. Kept me informed and were flexible in the pickup later the same day.Great, friendly customer service. I don't live in the area but I'd be a repeat customer if I did. Highly recommend.

I've purchased a couple of automobiles from Miller Automotive and have had them service my vehicles for years. Brad and his son Jason are always accommodating and provide excellent advice. I highly recommend them for both purchase and service.

Got a flat today on I495 and nursed my car into the shop, they quickly put my spare on and guided me to a local tire store to get a full size replacement. Very nice and helpful people doing the right thing for out of state folks.

I pulled over in front of the garage at 2:30 in the afternoon on the 26th and had a spare tire. I pulled up in front of the bays of the garage and asked them if they could change my tire because I had a flat tire on my trailer that I was pulling. And they said no we can't help you. No explanation just a flat out no . Five minutes later the owner drives away in his Jeep. There was no explanation just a flat out no. Very rude and inconsiderate!

Solid, friendly, patient mechanic. Kept four Toyota Camry LEs purring at reasonable rates for almost eight years. Labor rates are high, or at the very least competitive with the local Toyota dealership, and I'm often in need of service out of state, so I'm stuck with Toyota's master national customer database. If not, he'd still be my guy. He's solid, reliable, and very tolerant of overprotective New Jersey Moms who haven't had their morning coffee.

I've used Miller Auto many times since 1994.Miller Auto is great at fixing issues that other shops can't figure out. They're prompt in finishing the work and can often give you a loaner for the price of the gas you use. Price is higher than others, but he stands by his work and reliable and honest.

They made room in their schedule to complete an urgent repair while I waited. Brad was very supportive and knowledgable. Duane did a great job and worked through his lunch break to get my job done.

The guy who I'm assuming was the owner was rude as well as refusing to even look at our car because he thought it was under warranty which it was not. His lose because we would have fixed it at his shop and it was the Catalytic converter. Would never use this shop if it was the last one on earth i would rather walk than give this guy a cent to fix my car.

First appointment was great .Second was not . Still have the problem and cannot get an appointment.I try to stop in at different times as the other commenter did, but Brad insist I make an appointment. ( I've tried ) , but , unfortunate for me that he is very busy he says when I can schedule.Brad is a person with mood swings and in running a business and you shouldn't impose that on the public. I pay out $ as everyone does.HE DOESN'T CARE THAT I'M DRIVING WITH THE SAME PROBLEM THAT ( I PAYED HIM TO FIX. )And this could bring other problems.MR. BRAD IS SELFISH & SELF CENTERED .

Friendly staff, they pump your gas here for you a d clean your windshield, check the oil, all the old time service lacking everywhere else. Great mechanic work but very high prices

Miller's performed MA state inspection most efficiently and in timely fashion. Appointment is required, as necessary due to covid situation.
