Michael Lamoureaux at FTI Coach was very difficult to work with. He is inflexible and quite rude to his clients. My colleague shared with me that Michael asked her to tell me to stop emailing him. I am trying to make a difficult situation right and he is yelling at me in his email BY USING ALL CAPS TO TELL ME THE REFUND NEEDS TO BE SENT IMMEDIATELY. The District 99 Orchestra itinerary was well within legal bus driving hours, but your company threatened to cancel my 2 bus contract entirely within 2 weeks of the tour travelling. MCI is a professional travel company, and I a worked hard to include FTI Coaches on all the bus movements for my group. He was not kind and I did not appreciate the way he treated our MCI staff, having to get my manager involved because we were in danger of losing a tour within days of travel.

We used FTI for our wedding shuttles and couldn t have asked for a better transportation experience. The buses were clean and the bus drivers were on time and friendly. Communication leading up to our event was super easy and they worked with us to figure out how many trips and the timing that was needed based on our head count. The pricing was better than any competitor we could find. Highly recommend!

The entire team at FTI has been incredible to work with. I can't say enough great things. They are punctual, safe, and thoughtful. Our busses have always been clean and in good working order and the drivers are always a delight and always seem happy to be joining us on our travels. I've worked with other companies and FTI consistently sets the bar. I can't see myself working with another charter service as long as FTI is an option!

We had a great experience with FTI Coach. The bus was clean and comfortable. Our driver, Mark, was excellent. He drove us to our various destinations in Boston with no issues. Very easy going and flexible with our schedule. Communication was great. I recommend FTI Coach...and Mark!

The bus and the company are top notch. The bus driver Charlie was absolutely miserable. We talked with him when he first arrived to explain the children he would be transporting and that there would be 4 adult monitors on the bus with them. He could barely smile and when I asked him if everything was ok, his response was, "It's just another day on the job". His disposition was cranky from the minute he showed up. I was disappointed he was the driver for our return trip at the end of the week. We have had other drivers from FTI Coach lines that were very pleasant & personable. If it wasn't for the driver I would given 5 stars

Update:We spoke with the owner again and had a great conversation. For whatever reason, the letter we were supposed to receive was sent however never arrived at our address, no-one's fault. He informed us that FTI opted not to cash our check in response to the complaint, which we didn't notice in the shuffle of wedding events/payments.***************************************Embarrassing display of customer serviceI waited a long time to post this review. We were married in June 2022 and had a pretty bad experience night of and with the follow-up conversations with FTI management following our wedding.The good: The planning process was very straightforward and the busses were clean, they fit about 45-55 people, coach bus-style.The bad: We had a long list of complaints of the driver for our wedding, Meri-Kate.We had requested that she try to park close to the venue because my 94 year old grandmother had a broken back. She instead parked on the opposite side of the lot.We had requested that there be 2 trips back (early and late) for guests looking to end their night early, however she didn't make the early trip because there "wasn't enough time" despite the extra time we buffered into our schedule in case anything ran late. She also tried to leave with only a few people on the bus as the wedding was ending. All of the guests would have missed their bus ride if a guest didn't physically stand in front of the bus to prevent her from leaving. She was aware of our guest count - she confirmed that number ahead of time.On the way home from the wedding our guests were singing Taylor Swift and Smashmouth (two very reasonable, family friendly songs). She pulled the bus over and stopped for a few minutes before finally she announced over the intercom that we weren't allowed to "yell", but singing was fine... Everyone was sitting, we weren't rowdy or anything, just understandably louder being a larger group after attending a wedding.The group figured they could continue singing... She then threatened to pull the bus over on the side of the highway and kick us off if we didn't stop being loud. It was awfully concerning that she was willing to drop 50 people on the side of the highway so we got the point and sat quietly for the remainder of the ride to the hotel.We stayed behind to speak to her after being dropped off and she was not receptive to any feedback and was very rude and unprofessional. Ultimately she did her job and got us from point A to B but the experience was incredibly poor.I spoke to the owner following the event but he didn't want to talk to me because a guest already called to complain. I figured he would want to speak to the people paying them, but here's me just assuming.The owner told me I should expect to receive a personal letter from him in the mail. This letter never arrived. I didn't bother calling back. We filed our complaint, if FTI didn't want to put any effort into customer service I wasn't going to pry that out of them.The company was fine to work with. It was probably an isolated incident, but I implore you to confirm ahead of time that the driver knows they're working a wedding and are comfortable with that atmosphere.

We do our best to keep the kids on ski nights well behaved and responsible & clean because we know driving buses full of middle schoolers is not easy! Our drivers are always kind & respectful, always try to make sure the dvd players work to keep the kids entertained. Our buses are always clean and comfortable. FTI is responsive and easy to deal with, reasonable and great staff! Thanks to everyone at FTI!

I use FTI coach's for all my traveling events. They arrive ahead of time, leaving us plenty of time to load the luggage and get to our destination. Their driving is always "smooth sailing" to wherever our destination takes us!

We've been using FTI for our ski club for three weeks now. Our school has a very difficult bus pick up and our driver has consistently shown up at exactly the time we need him and always been at Wachusett to pick us up at the exact time too. The buses are super comfy and clean.Keith is always extremely responsive and it was easy to reschedule our ski week during a storm. I can't recommend FTI enough and we'll definitely be using them for ski club from now on.

I wanted to post to let you know about our experience with FTI Charters and specifically Mark Pearson. The charter was on time and right from the start Mark was extremely polite and friendly. Knowing he was taking a bunch of 9-11 year old hockey players on the bus could put anyone in a bad mood but he was extremely patient with them (and the parents!) and made our experience very enjoyable. He made sure he was on time to pick us up and pleasantly waited for our slow group to arrive. There was a lot of traffic on the way home and he put up with the boys being over tired and antsy.I would highly recommend your charter service and was thrilled with the customer service and especially Mark.

Used FTI Charters for my wedding, their staff was extremely responsive, organized, and helpful. The buses were on time, clean, and professional for our wedding guests. Would highly recommend.
