We used to steer clear of dealerships-- but Baker Cadillac has been the exception. We purchased our most recent vehicle from Anthony who was knowledgeable and gave us ample time to make a decision on our purchase. Shelley coordinates our routine maintenance-- she's polite, courteous and efficient. Everybody from the receptionist, to the front desk associates to the cashier is pleasant to deal with. A video from your mechanic showing the condition of your vehicle and suggested maintenance/repairs sent to your phone, is icing on the cake! We have received consistently good service from Baker over the past several years. Would gladly recommend to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle (a wide selection of used cars, not just Cadillac); and a trustworthy place to have your car serviced.

Just purchased two new vehicles both from gmc ,one a buick enclave from tully of nashua, and you can read my reviews,second from durrand of lemonster a 2024 sierra denali 3500 it was a pleasure dealing with them they were able to get my truck in a timely fashion even with the pending strike,Ralph was helpful and there service has been great so i am leaving a 5 star rating for durrand and a 0 star for tully if durrand had sold buick i would have preferred dealing with them .Thankyou durrand of leominster. These guys are great! Bought a used Land Rover from these guys - Sales was attentive without being a huge pressure. Finance guys were busy, but knew their stuff (and kept my 4 year-old daughter entertained). And service team was brilliant - had a couple of issues with the car when I first got it, but without hesitation, they got a few (not so inconsiderable) things straightened out and plus picked up/delivered the car (70 mile round trip) for me. Would definitely recommend Baker Cadillac given my experience. Thank you!

I've been bringing my non-Cadillac vehicles to this dealer for about 4 years. The hourly service fee is higher than some garages, but it's the value added things that make Bakers my preferred service location for repairs. They give me options on how I might proceed with repairs, parts orders, etc. They send me a videos, with the technician pointing out potential concerns, as well as showing the status of other components. They're thorough and focused on getting the work done right...the first timePlus, they wash and vacuum my vehicle as a bonus service and when necessary, provide me with a ride, pickup or loaner vehicle.I'm very happy to continue bringing my vehicle to them for service. In fact, while I recently bought a Chrysler 300S from them while my other car was being serviced. This latest vehicle is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The salesmen (Tim & Anthony) worked together, along with the rest of the Baker staff to make this a smooth and painless experience...and it was. This was hands-down the BEST buying experience I've ever had. They worked hard to accommodate my work schedule and had my new vehicle ready by the end of the day. They even delivered my other vehicle to my home, which was a great help. Across the board, they have a first class team.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone, for a purchase or service.

Baker Cadillac truly understands the meaning of excellence!!! I recently purchased an ATS from Baker. Honestly, I normally dread buying a new car...the games...the haggling over price....the back and forth. Buying my car from Baker was actually a pleasure and there was absolutely no pressure!!!! They made the whole process effortless. I had the pleasure of working with Anthony in Sales. He was so down-to-earth and genuinely caring. Anthony was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and very patient when going over all the features of my new car! The day I picked up my car, it was perfectly detailed, the tank was full and I was ready to enjoy my beautiful new Cadillac. I was especially impressed when the owner personally came to thank me for my business before I drove away. I would highly recommend Baker Cadillac! Ask for Anthony....you will be happy you did!

I just picked up my red 2019 Cadillac CT6. I chose Baker for one, they had a red CT6 on the lot. Two, I researched the reviews of the dealership on multiple websites. They came highly recommended. Keep in mind, they are 79 miles / 1hour 25 minutes from my house. We made the trip to Baker twice, based on both aforementioned reasons. The first trip was on Sunday. My wife and I took it for a test drive. The remarkable aspect of this test drive was, we were allowed to do it without a salesperson coming along. This made for a nice test drive. My wife and I fell in love with the car. I decided to lease it. I wanted to pick up the car in one additional trip. I was able to fill out the credit application online on Monday. I picked up the car on Tuesday. Mike in finance didn t stress us out and was very personable. Randy Tucker gave me a thorough tutorial of all the bells and whistles. While Randy secured a state inspection sticker and filled the tank, I had a nice conversation with Tim. Both round trips amounted to a total of 320 miles. I don t regret it at all. This has to be one of the most pleasant car dealership experiences ever. I highly recommend this dealership. Don t let distance be a deterrent. They are worth the trip. I would like to thank John, Mike, Randy and Tim for this positive experience. I should mention that Joel Baker (owner) came out to speak with us during both visits. During the the test drive visit, he want to be sure we were waited on. The second visit, he thanked us for doing business with his dealership. I ve never had the owner make themselves available. This shows that the character and integrity of this dealer starts at the top.

I had the best experience buying my 2015 Jeep Cherokee at Baker Cadillac. I had the pleasure of buying my car with Anthony Stamegna, who was both professional and knowledgeable. I love my new Jeep and would recommend anyone to buy there next car at Baker! Anthony and his team didn t rush through anything, he showed me all the bells and whistles of the Jeep and wanted to make sure I knew exactly what I was buying. The salesman named Anthony was more than helpful & went out of his way working with me for my car needs &wants. Michael had greatly assisted me with my insurance & car finances. Visited the sales and service team here for the purchase of a vehicle. I worked with Tim in sales and he was very informative and knowledgeable about the cars and their features. Unfortunately, I didn't purchase the vehicle from this location but I have since been here for service. I worked with Tom in the service department and he was personable and made sure my issues were noted. The service technician was able to resolve all the issues I had under warranty and got my car back to me the next day as they had to order parts, overall a great experience all around.

Buying a certified pre-owned Cadillac ATS from Baker Cadillac was a great experience. They gave me a very fair price on my trade-in and worked with me to help understand my financing options. JP was easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the car and all of various options and trim levels. No games, no gimmicks and no pushy sales people here. Purchasing from Baker was a very honest and straight forward experience.

Bakers makes purchasing a new car very easy. I had been looking at a new CT6 since they came in and Randy offered to let me drive a number of different models over several months. There was never any pressure to buy one and the final process of making a deal went pretty well. We have purchased several Cadillac's from Bakers over the years and keep coming back because of how they treat us and the great service they provide after the sale. We highly recommend them.

I can't say enough good things about the car buying experience at Baker Cadillac. The financing process was also stress free.You need to give them a try and make sure you ask for Anthony! He is not your typical car salesman, instead he is a genuine person who cares about what your needs are. He is knowledgeable, courteous and kind. He found the exact car we were looking for and the price was right. Anthony is a true professional, you will love your car buying experience with Anthony!

We recently visited Baker Cadillac and had the pleasure of working with Anthony. He was informative, professional, and patient. It was obvious that he takes pride in being a "Product Specialist" there and was able to find the perfect car for me. Joel, Mike, and he made the process of my trade-in and purchase quite easy. There was no need for us to go to the bank, RMV, or even get the car inspected! I will be recommending this dealership.

Anthony was an awesome sales consultant! He took his time with me showing me all the features on the test drive and delivery. He is very tech-savvy and knows the XT4 inside and out. He is not your typical high pressure salesman. It was a very enjoyable experience for me. I highly recommend him and Baker Cadillac when purchasing a vehicle.

Second to None. I enjoy buying cars from Baker. I feel informed and knowledgeable after speaking to them. Joel leads a great team of customer service focused staff. ALL of their staff are knowledgeable at what they do. Leaves me always with comfort to know what I am buying or receiving. I just bought a new Cadillac from Baker Cadillac. I tell my friends to buy from them/or lease from them. Buying a car here is fun, not stressful. They serve you to full satisfaction and truly go out of their way to ensure you have what you want and need and with luxury service. It can not be compared with any other Cadillac dealership. They are by far, second to none!!!!

After entering Baker Cadillac my Sales Consultant, Anthony, warmly introduced himself and asked questions so that he could show me vehicles that would best suit my needs. During my test drive, Anthony spoke casually about some of the features of the XT4. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and is able to relay the information without a hint of pressure. It was by Far my very best car leasing experience! Every person that I met within the Baker Dealership was welcoming and authentic but it was Anthony who took the time with me from the moment I entered, to showing the myriad of vehicle features, who made this transaction so completely enjoyable. I will be a repeat customer for life and will highly recommend Baker Cadillac to all those around me. Thank you Anthony & all those I met within the Baker Family Dealership!

I had a very good experience here. I was not looking for a Cadillac, I was actually calling around to all the car dealers near me to find a specific older model Ford. Baker was the only one who took the time to find the model I was looking for. He was helpful and the rest of his staff was as well. I was happy with the car I bought from them.

The staff has always been kind and professional. We have had 10 Cadillacs over the years. With one exception, my car issues have always been fixed the first time. They follow up to be sure I am happy. They keep me informed whether I am waiting for the car at the dealership or at home. The sales staff is equally helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I recently asked about Cadillacs being made overseas in China. As a strong supporter of American workers making American cars, the place my car was being made would have impacted my decision to not purchase a Cadillac again. The salesperson showed me the sticker on the new SUV that distinctly said "Kentucky".

The sales team at Durand cadillac are amazing. I worked with Tim and he was able to provide me with the knowledge I need to know before getting into a used cadillac.I have been to service multiple times and they are always eager to hear concerns and try to help the best they can. Every time I go in there even if it's the smallest problem it is addressed and ontop of everything else now they are handling a paint issue that they seemed a manufacturer fault. Couldn't be more happy with everything they have to offer

I had the best vehicle purchase experience I ve ever had with Anthony at Baker Cadillac.His friendly attitude with NO pressure NO hassle sales along with his knowledge of the Cadillac product made for an experience second to none.Anthony had no trouble answering my questions. In the rare occasion didn t know you got the answer quickly.Working with Anthony s went far beyond anyone else from bringing the car to me, walking me through the documentation and working with my local DMV to complete the purchase process. If that wasn t enough, Anthony stuck around another 20-30 minutes to go through the many features of the car to be sure I understood how they worked. Not once at anytime did I feel rushed.Thanks you Anthony for an amazing experience.I ll be calling on you and Baker Cadillac for ALL my car purchasing needs.Craig

Baker Cadillac is a great place to buy a car, new or used!! I bought a pre-owned vehicle, and from the moment I stepped foot in the doors I felt welcomed and relaxed! I arrived on a Sunday at 3:15 with out an appointment, and was in a Buick at a GREAT price by 4:00. They had the best price in 30 mile radius. Mark, Paul, Sean and even the owner Joel worked hard on a Sunday, a to get the deal done on my Silverado, and the Buick I purchased for my family. Paul went above and beyond to teach my wife how to use all the options at delivery, ( and the car was super clean) especially the rear entertainment for the kids. I would definitely buy from here again. Great people!

After going there for service for years I'm done. I've just been told I need expensive repairs, (even a video provided to me by the service technician which I admit is pretty cool), that my vehicle does not need. in addition, they are recommending every fluid to be changed (at 50k miles) when GM doesn't recommend for at least 100k. Untrustable.Update: this review was done back when the dealership was Baker Cadillac, I see now it s automatically carried over to the new dealership Durand. I ve had a great experience at Durand in Hudson so I don t know that this review belongs here associated to Durand when it was written for Baker.

I had been looking to upgrade my compact car to an SUV for a while. After close to a year worth of searching I came across the 2009 Buick Enclave on Baker's website. I called just close to closing time and they were more than willing to have me come down and test drive. I was sold within minutes. Anthony was great and really made the process (which can be extremely anxiety inducing) smooth and easy. This was on a Tuesday night and by Friday that same week I was in my new car. Every person I spoke with during my business with them was fantastic, so much so I recommended them to a friend who purchased her car from them the next week. They will have my business for some time to come.

Purchased my 2nd caddie from Baker in 2014 and the experience could not have been more pleasant nor less pressured.Bought my first Cadillac from somebody else in 2010, had it serviced at Baker and we've been together ever since. Primary reasons are people and service.Always take me in when needed, providing loaner cars when needed so I don't miss a beat at work.They've taken great care of me like they do all their customers and here's the kicker; out of warranty, they've been very trustworthy. I've gone in with what I believed would be a costly repair only to have them fix what was actually wrong for much less.This doesn't happen often because my car's been pretty awesome in reliability and performance but it's good to know I have Baker when I need them.

I've had my CTS for 6 years now and I usually do my own work on it. I recently brought it to Baker for service that was beyond what I was willing to try and fix. Shelly was absolutely amazing with giving me options of things that need to be addressed but keeping in mind I had a limit of what I wanted to spend. Above all, at no point did she try and push things I didn't need. I won't be bringing my car or my future Cadillacs anywhere but here. The service video was pretty cool too! Thank you Baker!

Service at Baker is never a hassle. We just call and make a schedule that is easy for us. They do the rest. This last time we had a slow leak from a screw in a tire. While they were not able to fix it and they recommended tire replacements we opted not to and to put a plug in the tire instead. We just not ready to spend for 2 or 4 new tires at that time. We have enough tread life for one more winter so we will replace them in August to be ready for next winter. Thank you Baker for being understanding and courteous.

I bought a used car(2015 Cadillac CTS)last year from somewhere else, it was only 12000mi on it so still in the b to b warranty. After getting the vehicle, I noticed that my driver seat cooing fan isn t blowing air through my back, so I took my car in service at BAKER CADILLAC. they were saying Due to the temperature was too cold, they couldn t feel if the fan is working or not. I guess Cadillac trained technician only use their senses to diagnose the problem but not actually skills to solve the problem. I have complained this issue for several times and they were just saying it s normal, both motors in each seat are working fine. So I brought my vehicle in for service again and my b to b warranty was ended in April, they told me my seat is fine and I said it is not, there was no air blowing through my back and I got rashes on my lower back after driving for 3-4hrs. They then told me that I have a choice of replacing the whole driver seat, but it is gonna cost a lot. I was like why didn t you say that when my vehicle was in b to b warranty. Why your technician didn t open up the seat and took a close look or compare both of the seats. There is a significant difference between 2 seats in cooling-wise. Even my 9 years old nephew noticed the problem.If you re looking for a good service, don t come to baker Cadillac.

Our entire experience was great from start to finish. Our salesman Anthony was the most knowledgeable of every dealership we visited. The entire car buying experience was low pressure, hassle free and we felt far above other dealerships. We traveled from out of state for this purchase and will do it again for our next vehicle!
