A little snow, ice, and rain. My wife was 30 miles away driving with my daughter and grand daughter. Ice came off the car and snapped the windshield wipers. I got their call. I googled the Nearest AutoZone and it was in Leominster. They were able to drive the 3.6 miles in the rain with no wipers. One of the people working there looked up the wiper blades for my wife and Carlos put them on for her. Thank you, Carlos and staff at Autozone.

The chick who always has that dirty gray shirt on; has awful customer service skills. First she said Can I help you, rude as hell, & then when my boyfriend proceeded to tell her what we were looking for; she said, oh I wasn t ready for all that yet. So what was the point of saying can I help you . The website told us that there were 25 on the shelf; of the part we needed. When we asked her to grab us one, she stated she knows they don t carry it. She didn t even bother to go look for it. So we ended up having to go to O reillys to get the part.Needless to say, this wasn t the first time she s been so rude to a customer, I ve watched her be rude to someone else from a couple weeks ago; luckily it wasn t me she was helping. She needs to be retrained on her customer service skills, or go do a job where she doesn t have to deal with the general public. Deadass!!!!

Use to be a great store, new staff definitely is lacking. Only 1 or 2 of the current employees seem to care when there is a line of 10+ customers while the manager wanders around the store with 2/3 employees talking, laughing and just disregarding the fact there is a entire line of customers. 3rd time in a row I ve received this same exact customer service and have to watch the 2 young kids in training struggle to figure everything out. Definitely not impressed. Last time using the Leominster autozone.

Been here at least five times since being in Leominster the staff is professional and easy to work with. They always have what I m looking for so I can t complain five out of five stars!

Had to leave town this weekend but had a failing car battery. At nine pm on July 14, two associates (one was a manager didn't catch names) didn't hesitate to install a new battery for me. They were amazing, went above and beyond and really appreciated their amazing customer service...please recognize them! These are the two people you should have in a leadership role

The customerservice,really unprofessional...they really don't ask you for all the information of the car, they just want to sell and take out of the store quickly....till you tell them all the information of the car!!!!! They bearly ask you to do there job right!!!!Almost lost my car for a piece I need it to drive safe for my family...Almost lost car and my family for something small....be safe with this place.Saturday 21,2023 at 3pm

Amazing how upon entering the store you are totally ignored. Then the female sauntered out very slow, acting like I was interrupting her conversation in the back room. Inquired about battery charge & return policy. She was absolutely clueless, had to ask the other employees EVERYTHING. She had no idea what she was supposed to do. Very poor customer service. Maybe she needs to be trained MORE!!! No more autozone for me, lazy person

Tested the battery in the truck. The battery was bad. They replaced it with a new one with no installation charge. This kind of service is rare.

Previously had exceptional customer service buying from here, so I was really disappointed with my experience today. After waking in and going up to the counter in the empty store, I was ignored by Edwin, the employee behind the counter for a couple of minutes. Honestly, it was very unusual, he made no recognition that I was standing right in front of him and had just spoken to him. I thought he might be hard of hearing or that I somehow unintentionally offended him. That was until he had friends walk in, who he promptly and friendlily greeted. He talked to them before asking my name and getting my item.In the past, staff members were always quick to offer installation help and answering any questions. This gentlemen offered neither. I asked if he could help me quickly install the battery, so that I could leave behind my nearly dead battery (another service offered by the company). He said no, and suggested I go down to a different business down the street for help.Look, we all have bad days but this individuals name tag stated he was a manager. For some of us, these replacement parts constitute a huge expense. None the less, he was dismissive and seriously rude.I will not be returning.

The one in leominster only cated to certain people stores store has racism in it too bad I used to buy my parts i here but I'm white I don't fit in it's too funny it's very obvious how they treat you maybe you should teach those employees that I got everybody is equal it's just not a one nationality store cuz then I'll be called racism it's poorly staffed she started with the with the manager of the store I will never go buy pot stir again after being treated that way

The staff at this establishment are knowledgeable, helpful and super friendly. They helped me order brake pads and roters and the helped with returning an online order to help me get my refund processed quickly. My family has used this store always and never had anything but a positive experience. Special shout out to Jose, thank you to you and your team for all your help.

The Spanish manager was super professional and well acknowledged of what I was looking for and the different options. Plus he made sure we understood correctly how to use the product and the right amount of time in between the necessary steps. I highly recommend this place.

This auto zone is just behind where I live, and it just so happens to be the best in the area anyway. They can usually get parts the next day if they don't have them

Why did I just encounter horrible experience speaking with DOUG. I called to see if I can get a price on a back tail light and he was sooooooooooooo rude and miserable and getting all mad because I was telling him that my back tail light is out and need a price I made it clear it wasn't a break light. THIS MAN WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. I suggest AutoZone get ride of this guy fast... WOW.... I would never speak to someone like that he needs some customer services etiquette.

I have always been a fan of AutoZone, but today left a very bad taste in my mouth and I'm not inclined to ever return. I needed a new battery and they've always been a great help. Today, however, I felt brushed off and felt like I was an inconvenience to them. It was busy, but nothing 3 guys couldn't handle. When I asked if they could install for me, the manager all but scoffed and said, "we are way too busy for that right now." I, then, explained to them that I needed a jumpstart last time I shut my car off, expressing my urgency, but was still denied help. I called my uncle and he came right down to the store to help me out. Shame on you all for not delivering on customer service.

I needed help getting my car to pass inspection, I was talking to the two employees about what the car was doing and they were trouble shooting it, and finally came up with a part. I ordered the part and I did install it and the issue we had went away!!! Whaaa�t it was such a nice surprise!!! Very much appreciated for your knowledge and help!! Thank you, great job!!

I went to AutoZone in Worcester Park Ave. The women there were great assisting me. I was quickly able to find out the diagnosis and I was encouraged when I asked if she thought I could fix the problem myself!! Unfortunately, I didn't have my debit card with me and I had to purchase the part in Leominster. Sheesh, what a project that turned out to be!!

Great customer service! Came in near closing for a auto battery for my truck. He went out of his way to find and install the right battery. Did a great job installing the battery on a difficult truck. Forgot his name but he said he was from Vviginia.

Stood around for 8-10 minutes waiting for someone, despite hearing someone doing things in the back room behind the registers. Eventually, after saying"Hello??" several times, the guy came out, saying "sorry, I thought someone else was here". He then helped us out, while the person who was supposed to be on the floor, was walking in from taking a trip to Dunkin Donuts. Not a great experience here.

Did not purchase light bulbs needed, the older gentleman who looked for my bulb refused to put it in for me. (They have put bulbs in for me before, this specific person just didnt want to do it this day.) The next store I visited placed the bulb in in less than one minute, was just a turn of knob.

Those young guys do not know how to give good customer service. I went to change the battery in my car, they did it but not in a good way, they are rude and arrogant, they should treat the customer with politeness since we are going to buy not to beg.

This store rocks. The employees treat customers like gold, even older people like me not necessarily up to date on the newer systems and products. This place must be one of AutoZone's best places

Went in for new windshield wipers. The gentleman who helped me got the correct wipers and even Installed them for me. Great service!
