You can't beat the oil change service here. It is priced right and there prices on other services such as mounting tires is cheaper than anyone around. And as an added bonus, I do my grocery shopping while waiting.

Tried to make an appointment for tires to be replaced as I had a flat but I had to buy the tires first before they would give me the Tuesday slot to get them changed so I now would have to drive there twice when I m on a spare, one to buy the tires and then again Tuesday for the appointment. Every other place I called was one trip as I didn t need to prove I had tires first. I went elsewhere. Nice work Leicester auto center!

Absalutly pathetic I go too get an oil change and they tell me the simply can t because of there staff. How unprofessional! Don t waste your time going here go across the street too Davis auto they will take care of you but this is unreal the unprofessional People that they let work here.

Thank you to the Walmart Auto Center of Leicester, Ma. One of the tires on my work van blew out after I hit a huge pothole,while driving. One of the auto mechanics at this Walmart was able to replace my tire at the last minute, which I greatly appreciated, especially due to me relying on my van so much, in order to take care of my jobs the next day. My van is my money maker, and I can t stress how much I needed a tire so fast. Finally, the mechanic that did my tire replacement was able to offer me an excellent tire, that was $105!!! Thank you guys for helping me out, and if anyone that reads this review is in need of tires, it would be worth your time to schedule an appointment with Leicester Walmart Auto Care Center !

Decided to go here last second for an oil change. At first, I was very hesitant because I ve heard/read many mixed reviews. But, I decided to go anyways because I needed to shop and was desperate for an oil change. Matthew H took my car right away. They were all very respectful and kind. As a courtesy, he also filled my tires. (I wanted to ask to look at them since my tires were low and I just filled them, but I forgot) He noticed there was a leak by the valve in one tire and asked if I wanted him to repair it for $3. I requested that he did, thankfully because he found a nail in the OTHER tire which he also patched for free. He was very genuine and I felt like I could trust them, so I will gladly be going back for my oil changes. Thank you, Matthew! You re the best.

I went to Walmart for my tires for the past few pairs I had gotten. Heads up: they don t do alignments. I ve had pretty good experiences except for the last time I was there. The tires I got by the Douglas brand didn t seem to last too long. Last experience there I was talking to an employee who gave me a lot of attitude and was short with me because I had questions about the tires and services I was getting. No issues for years until that point. The tires didn t hold up and neither did the nice attitude and customer service I was getting, so that is why I stopped going here for services.Service: Tires

Walked in. No appointment. Had a detailed walk around describing available tires. Made my choice, hot right in to service, could not be happier. Oh, BTW, great price.

Waited for over 2 hrs for an oil change then they call me to tell me they can t do it because they don t carry the correct filter. Girl at the front desk had no idea what she was doing. Took two employees to care for one customer. I strongly suggest taking your car elsewhere

I know it's a Walmart and we have all been 100 times. But I wanted to talk about my positive situation. Went in needing 2 tires and was helped as soon as I walked in by a very friendly and funny service member. Just to be 100% sure he went and checked the tire size and made sure I was getting the right size. I had a bit of shopping to do so he told me to get my items and come back and he will ring me out. Went and did my shopping and came back. Guess what he was there within a minute of ringing the bell to check me out. Got it all taken care of in less then 5 minutes. Got loaded up and sent on my way. If Walmart reads this go to your auto center and give the tech with glasses that used to be a mailman a raise and promotion immediately. He is an actual employee who cares. Remember the old Walmart commercials where everyone was smiling. He made that happen, be proud you guys have him.

Originally the team here made a mistake. I then was taken care of fully by managers Ken and Adam. Both were extremely professional and accommodating. I would recommend using this Walmart auto center just depending on when book an appointment .Service: TiresService: Tires

I went twice. Once, around the first of August. I needed to have my rear tire checked for a leak. Nice lady told me there were 7 people ahead of me so it would be hours before my tire could be looked at. I declined. A few days after that I brought my car for an oil change. I did some shopping and went back to wait. It was almost three hours before it was done. I overheard an employee talking on the phone and it sounded like they were having issues with not enough mechanics working. I've used the service here a few times and never had to wait more than an hour. This seemed to be a fluke. My advice, call ahead.

Staff is friendly and prices are very reasonable (great!). That earns the 3 stars.But they're always poorly (low) staffed. Not sure why the place has like a 10-Bay service garage but can only handle like 2 vehicles at a time. You might wait a few hours for an oil change, yet you can see there's numerous open bays and only a couple of vehicles in/awaiting Service.

I was in this store this morning with problems with the car battery and I'm a foreigner I don't speak English correctly, but we were attended by a boy who called his wife, who is also Brazilian, but help us with the purchase of the battery. We have never received such attentive service. I'm not sure the boy's name, but I believe it's Yago. Professional... Prices are great and very reasonable.. Employees are knowledgeable And I feel that they are sometimes overworked and limited to some of the things that they are able to do Due to strict regulations by company. These guys really try to do their best to get you safely on your way.. I have been here several times over the past 9 years And they have always done the best they could to get me the tires I needed For all of my vehicles. My advice would be to get there as early as you can because they are always very very busy... Due to the low prices and excellent workmanship.

I went here for the first time today 11/8/2020 after having bad experiences at the Worcester auto location. I got 4 new tires put on and only waited about an hour, I was 3rd in line, got there at 7:30am they open at 8am. (I recommend parking outside the auto section but then walk to the front of the store, inside to the auto counter and wait in line there!) I would have been first in line if I had known that! Patrick was very helpful and polite! I will definitely go back to this location again!

It took two hours for an oil change when it wasn't busy because they are so disorganized. Then they added charges to the bill that weren't legitimate like additional $ for the filter which is included. Then the clerk didn't have the rights to remove the charges, it took forever to get an assistant manager there and he didn't know how to do it. The whole time we were there a couple were waiting for them replace a battery. They told them it was taking a long time because the car was compact. Spend a couple extra bucks and go to a better lube place!

Prices are great and most of the staff were friendly. Just very short-staffed, staff took lunch at same time and though I was told 3 hours, it took much longer and the person that was supposed to be in management was not at all apologetic.Service: TiresService: Tires

I went to ask about replacing my tires, there were 3 people standing behind the desk, doing nothing. nobody in line.... but said they were busy so I would have to go outside and see the kind of tires that I have and come back in. I thought that was part of their job. I proceeded to go into the store and shop. I find the store itself to be very friendly and helpful, but would never go back to the tire center.

Walmart took $355 for a set of four tires. The day of the appointment they canceled ONE HOUR before. That was on the 20th of May, its now the 10th of June and I haven't gotten my money or tires. A felony in Massachusetts is anything over $250. If I haven't recieved my money soon I will be filing a lawsuit.Service: TiresService: Tires

A great place to go for older vehicles for tires,or anything else for that matter, very reasonable prices, better than any BIG tire shop, you'll save BIG MONEY.

If there was no star option I'd pick that one. I went to Walmart yesterday they told me there was an 8 hour wait so I went back today at 6:30am there was still 4 people in front of me. I waited and waited till 10am finally got the car done and they went to pay and they had put the wrong tires on wouldn't give me the better tire they put on for the same price since it was there fault I didn't see the big deal right? So they took my car back in and another 45 mins my car was done. They scratched my rims all to hell I don't advise anyone to go here they also put 5w20 oil instead of 5w30!! And if you look online there basic tire installation includes life of the tire balance and tire rotation but apparently don't believe what you read on there website cause cost me additional $12 per tire .stupid people bad service I'm very disappointed

Would have had tires mounted and balanced but bought 4 and did cash and carry and here is the reason why how can you sell a warranty on a tire when it specifically states if you don't have document of a front end alignment warranty will be void. You mount balance but can't give the vehicle a alignment I hope I don't have to use my tire warranty cause I can imagine the run around on that. I give you 2 stars for being a incomplete service center.

They never answer their phone. I had a tire plugged less than a month ago and it is leaking. Tried to call them and again they do not answer the phoneYet., when you drive there from another town because they do not answer the phone the majority of them are standing around in the back doing nothing.Nobody is held accountable anymore and shame on corporate for allowing this.Service: Tires

If I could give a half star I would.... Very poor service, my wife went in 5/31/2019 @ 7:00 am when they opened. She asked for two new tires and to have them put on the front because one of them kept leaking air out...they said ok and explained it could take a little while with the wait, so she patiently waited there and when they vehicle was done they called her to the counter and explained to her that she also needed 2 new tires in the front and they couldn't take the ones from the front and put them on the back.... Well the 2 fronts were supposed to be the new ones to begin with.... So they pointed the finger at the other associates and said that there was nothing they could do and she would have to buy 2 additional tires... They did not offer a discount or even apologize for the misunderstanding.... I would not recommend this TLE to anyone and I'm also starting to think that Walmart itself is the problem and no longer cares about the consumer and they haven't since Sam passed away and the kids took over.... Overall rating half of star.....

Was there for 5 hrs for 2 tires. They refused to mount the tires that they sold me for my van. Said they were not lt's, asked why did they sell them to me in the first place. Grrrrr. I was 2nd in line that day. No reason was given why it took so Long.
