I needed to call AAA for assistance on a dark rainy Saturday night, Harold from Enwhistle arrived in a timely manner and determined that my car needed to be towed. He transported me to the garage and arranged for a rental car for me to use while my car was not able to be driven.On the following Monday I met with Charlie, from the first meeting until my picking up my repaired car he couldn t have been more helpful. He turned a very stressful experience into a seamless process. He was very reassuring, personable and professional. It was also a pleasure to work with Lucas.Being unfamiliar with filing an insurance claim, Charlie helped me throughout the process, ending with the car being declared a total loss by the insurance adjuster. Charlie then negotiated for me to retain my car and have to it restored to excellent condition for a greater amount than first offered by the insurance company. The amount of my insurance deductible was incorporated into the final amount.I can t say enough for the service extended to me by Harold, Charlie and Lucas. I plan to deal with this company in the future.

I ve used Entwistle s garage a few times now and each time i got in the same day and done within an hour or two. Louie who works the front desk is great. Everyone who works there is very friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing is very fair and everything you need is offered at this garage from mechanical, body work, maintenance and towing. I will defiantly be using them in the future.

My vehicle broke down the night before, their towing staff provided excellent service, from what a stress situation to making the process as easy as possible, the repair shop check my vehicle the next morning and my issue with my vehicle were fixed within the same day. Very professional and very easy to work with. Amazing shop!

I want to give a shout out of thanks for the service we received from James Jordon. I have only great things to say about James as well as his service. To start with, he kept us informed about his anticipated arrival time. Once here he was courteous, professional, informative and effective. Not only did he get us on the road again, he was pleasant and enjoyable to have here. I find it rare to have a service professional that not only gets the job down but does it in such a friendly way. He's a keeper!

My youngest had broken down due to an axle issue. The owner of Entwistle's happened to walk by right after they called AAA. Not only did he stop and ask what the issue was but he then called his tow truck (AAA also) and had them come right over, much quicker than the time AAA gave and brought it to his garage. The garage we planned to bring it to had an estimate of 3 days for the repair. Entwistle's had it done be 2pm the next day (it was after 5p when they called AAA) Plus it was about the same cost but right away. Definitely going to change to our new favorite garage. Thanks

To you all, if you want to bring your vehicle to a safe, decent, honest fully reliable mixed with a high end professionalism you did the right thing, straight to Entwistle in Leicester. I was amazed with the forgotten and unbelievable friendly attention to detail customer service from Peter, from Lou, they fixed my wife's vehicle in such timely manner, with excellency, and a stelar customer service. The special gift is in the integrity of the words and the fulfillment what was promised and delivered as was planned, I paid for the repairs whole service with highest satisfaction and above all, gratitude, feeling that I did it the right thing, with right people. I can't thank enough for the hard work, attention and professionalism given to us. They know what they are doing there very well. Our car broke down on the highway very far from home and Entwistles was able to get us back on the road before the end of the day. They even gave us a loaner car to get lunch and do some shopping while we waited. Thank you Entwistles for the terrific, friendly service!

My battery died while I was shopping for Thanksgiving. I called for roadside assistance and Jamie showed up within 30 minutes to help. He was able to diagnose the problem, change out the battery, and have me on my way within an hours time. Great service, fair pricing, and made my life a lot easier in a situation that could've been really stressful!

I recently got stuck in the middle of Worcester and had no way to get home, and no key to my car. Rob came with a super quick pickup time, and was very friendly. As well as polite and professional. He did not mind taking me all the way to Lowell and on top of that, he was a real nice guy to boot. Thank you Rob. If it werent for you, i wouldve been stranded and would have had to spend the night in a cold nissan. You truly were a life saver.

Got myself in a bit of a pickle when my engine completely stalled out on the side of the highway a few weeks ago. Lucas and the crew at Entwistle s did a fantastic job taking care of the situation. Lucas himself even sat down to help me file the insurance claim, as I don t have much experience with insurance companies/filing claims. Car has been working wonderfully since I got it back, only thing is the tire pressure light that s still on, but it s been on for so long that I m wondering if it s a brand thing. Kent the truck driver that came and changed my tire was very friendly and professional. The next day when I went to pick up my tire, Charlie and his team were very nice and had me out of there in only a few minutes after mounting my tire back on my car and putting the spare tire back where it belongs. Thank you for your help, it was a great experience. Keep up the good work!

I connected with Entwistle s through AAA when I got stuck with broken motorized brake calipers. Both the tow driver and employees at the shop were so friendly and helpful, and helped coordinate with my out-of-state dad to make sure I understood everything that needed to be repaired. Even though they had to wait for dealer specific parts to come in, my car was still finished quickly, and it was finished on the day they had originally predicted. They helped me identify and take care of some other minor issues with my car, but never made us feel pressured. Would definitely trust and recommend for service!

I had a very thorough, timely repair done on my vehicle. I was also provided with a very affordable rental while car was being serviced. We needed to tow our car from Rutland MA to Rhode Island on a Sunday. They responded quickly through AAA and were at our house within the hour and send pictures of our car delivered. Great service!

Three lug nuts & the threads broke off of my vehicles wheel. Contacted Triple A because I was in need of a tow. Luckily Entwistle's Garage was dispatched to my vehicle to due the tow. Johnny Torres (the tow truck driver) arrived within 30-35 minutes from the time I contacted Triple A. Johnny T was excellent & didn't mind towing my vehicle over 1 hour & 15 minutes away (about 65-70 miles) Was very satisfied with the prompt & professional service. I highly recommend Entwistle's Garage if you ever need a tow.Service: Special vehicle towing

This company is terrible! I waited for over 9 hours to finally get a tow from AAA. Watched them on the tracker say they arrived , when they never did. I called them and they said we arrived and left cause you weren t there. I was my car from 1am to you arrival at 7:45am. Then I was told in an angry pissed tone that he we will turn around and then hangs up. One Hour later still no show. He never turned around. I called AAA and they told me that this terrible company cancelled the call. No I have to wait on a second tow and going on 9 hours to finally get service. This company is a joke and terrible customer service or even respect. AAA don t use this terrible company and disrespectful drivers!

I was very impressed . Had interactions with several employees. They were friendly, professional and very accommodating to my situation that day, going out of their way to assist me. They kept me up to date, made sure i understood what needed to be done, and work was completed on schedule. Louie at the front desk was very helpful and informative. The towing/aaa crew Jamie and others also very acommodating, going out of their way to help me. Took my car here since I failed inspection to get a new bulb in my blinker. Instead of taking the time to actually fix it and replace the dead bulb the jammed the wrong size into my headlights resulting in MORE damages. Absolutely furious and disappointed in this service.

Drove home on a Friday, noticed car was loud, saw a puddle under on Monday morning. Got it to Entwistles mid morning Tuesday, had it diagnoses in a hour, I approved the work and had it back by Friday.

Wow!!! This Entwistle's Garage is the real deal. Twice recently I ve had the pleasure of working with them. Tonight (a Sat night no less), Rick arrived promptly to replace my car battery. Not only did he quickly and efficiently install a heavy duty battery, I learned a few things. Super fast, nice, highly skilled. Cannot recommend enough!Service: Battery

My vehicle ended up at Entwistles due to unusual circumstances. I have to say my experience was excellent, Jamie and Cameron who towed my vehicle were amazing and did a great job taking care of it. The owner Charlie was very helpful and communicated with my the whole time and made sure that everything was done right. My vehicle came back to me the same as it was before the incident! Very grateful to all the staff that worked on it!! Cameron saved the day .I have never met a kinder more caring and intelligent young man who came to my rescue today . he was right on time and really knew what he was doing I ended up purchasing a battery for my car and I just want to say you are lucky to have him He represents your company you can be proud of him I thought he was the best ..you did a great job in finding him he s definitely a keeper .now if you could just clone him it would make a world of old ladies with AAA very happy . please thank him for me .he was fabulous ..give that guy a raise .thanks from very grateful customer DarleneService: Auto maintenance

First time there (just moved to area), made an appointment for oil change and state inspection. I was greeting by Louie at the front desk. He was great. Courteous, efficient, friendly and very professional. The mechanic did what I asked, did it perfectly, car was ready in 30 minutes. Price was reasonable. I have found my new service garage! Owner knows what people want. Louie is awesome. I'm a big fan. try them...you will be impressed.Services: Auto emissions testing, Oil change

Rick came through in the clutch tonight with a tow for my VW. This was my first time using Entwistle and they were timely, Rick communicated while en route with ETA updates and was very upbeat and helpful every step of the way. Great experience overall!
