Gloria and the team at classic took care of our vehicle. They did such an amazing job on the vehicle and their communication was great and they kept us informed and were so easy to work with. Definitely recommend them!

This place goes ABOVE AND BEYOND! Outside of having amazing customer service and skilled auto body technicians, they've also helped me when I needed assistance down the street (by locking myself out of my car-shoutout to Bill)They have fixed my car twice after being in moderate/severe accidents and have done a wonderful job. They're punctual and respectful of time frame too! Wonderful place and wonderful people!

Pleasant people to deal with and very friendly. I have only heard good things about them. I had four tires mounted and balanced and had four new TPMS sensors installed.

Bill has taken care of my entire family for the past 25 years. Always quality work, takes out the headache paperwork and insurance company issues. A fantastic shop for automotive repair and the best auto body guy in the area.

I brought my daughter's car here because the insurance has suggested it and it was close to where we live. I was give an estimate of 3 weeks no calls after the 3 weeks, I call them a day later and was told that should be done tomorrow. I stop by the next day, it wasn't ready til the following week. A few days after picking up the car, she notices that the left side headlight wasn't working, my daughter brought it back and was told to bring it back next week because they need parts. She dropped it off the following week and get a call later that day. They told her the connection was loose and the car is all set. The people was courteous, but workmanship and the professionalism were lacking.

Took my car to this place since my insurance suggested it. Answered the phone one out of every 5 times I tried calling. Was told by them that I needed to do a few administrative things that I actually wasn t supposed to do, basically doing their job for them. I picked up my car thinking all had finally been taken care of after not having it for 2 weeks, brought it home and noticed they had left orange marker on my side mirror pointing to one of the scratches they were supposed to take of but they hadn t ... I brought the car back for them to fix it, it takes me 35 minutes to get there one way... they took my mirror off and called me back later in the day to say the mirror was ready. I wasted over 1.5 hours of my day and my gas money because of their oversight, (which they charged the insurance company for anyway so they were going to get paid regardless!!) and all they could say was sometimes things are missed . There was no apology gas gift card. No nothing. I will not go back here and will not suggest this to anyone else.

Had inside and outside right Tire Rod replaced and the customer service was outstanding and the owner is one of the best person that I've ever dealt with.

I had a four-wheel alignment performed here. They were great to deal with. Very open and very honest. Highly recommend!

My sons car was towed by them, his first accident the driver was unprofessional and rude. His car was there was there for two hours and was charged storage!!! Terrible!!!!
