I was in an accident July 4th, causing front end damage to my passenger side bumper, fender, headlight, and rims. I called multiple places, only to be told they couldn't get me in till middle or end of August. I called Supreme Body Works on July 6th leaving a voicemail, and they followed up with a text first thing the next day. They called, I explained what had happened, that insurance was covering, and asked about their booking time frame, without hesitation Eloy told me they could get me in, and asked when I wanted to drop it off. I dropped it off Monday, and picked it up today (Friday). Since the day I called, the customer service was excellent, and I was updated with everything, from them taking apart my vehicle, sending in the supplemental, to parts being ordered. The finished product is great, the work they did was absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend Eloy and Edwin at Supreme Body Works, for their outstanding customer service and amazing work, as well as their quickness with getting my car in and repaired!

Extremely unprofessional and rude.I dropped my car for an estimate, and two weeks later I called to check on when I can drop it off, one of the owners answered my phone and gave me an appointment after 2 days , with a rough estimate to pick it up a week after.On that day I called on my way there to let thwm know i am on my way, and another owner ,I think his name is Elloy or something answered.... and he told me he doesn't know about it and he is not responsible for what his partner said or promised and was extremely rude and had a very bad attitude.And refused to even answer my questions why is he changing the appointment.Total waste of time. I would never recommend them.

Great customer service. Went in for paint job and some body work and the job done has over exceeded expectations. Very professional and communicative. Services are done in a timely manner with updates given to customer.
