I went in for my daughter s tire. It needed an air pressure sensor. I go there about 8 times a year normally. I love this place, all the workers are pleasant and know what they are doing. There is more to a tire shop than just putting tires on a rim and boom they re done. The technician was very courteous and he listened to my job. I wanted rubber valve stems on my sensors because I ve been having issues with the valve stems made of aluminum corroding and breaking. The job was done well and very quickly. Always a good feeling to know that the people at RUCKI s are in it for the customers! I recommend it every chance that I can.Thank you again,Marc Bisson

I had problem with my 2 tires.Got in and out in just 35 minutes since the technicians are really knowledgeable and highly skilled .Would recommend if you have a nail in the tire and want to get it fixed as soon as possible.

Despite me buying tires that were defective they took good care of me and were very respectful. Despite that their ship looks dirty, they are good people and that makes all the difference. I'd recommend going to these guys.

Great friendly place. Great work. Had to get a tire replaced 2 weeks ago and again today (12-14-23). No appointments so get there early because it's a popular place.

I run Regamaster Evo IIs on my RX-7 and was having a hard time finding someone proficient enough locally to swap tires without being worried their machine would scratch them. Many shops turned me away or wanted me to leave the wheels at their shop for multiple days before they could get to them.In comes Rucki's to the rescue. They were able to get me in same day and out in less than two hours. I mentioned to Eric that they are expensive wheels, his response was something along the lines of "we work on Bentley's etc. you dont have to worry." Well boy was he right and I'm impressed because they did an excellent job. Will definitely be going back next time I am in need of new tires.

I had a flat tire and first went to City Tire to get it patched. When we first came in we thought from city tire we would need a whole new tire however, they did not buff it the right way. As soon as we got to Rucki's they quickly and efficiently patched up the tire and got the job done. If you need new or used tires, go to Ruckis!! And go early because there will be a line out the door.

Brought my car in today because I had a flat and no spare, posted on FB asking for recommendations on a place to go; everyone pointed me this way, and I see why! Rucki s had me in and out with a tire to replace the flat and two others that were in rough condition, in no time. Friendly staff, fast service and affordable prices. I m so glad I was told to come here, thank you Steven and the rest of the crew at Rucki s!

Sold me 3 tires as brand new tires they were used tires exactly the same I had already purchased just because it was a lady by herself.. they took advantage and scammed the issue never got fixed with the change of tires anyway almost 400 dollars down the drain. I had another view of them but with this experience they always say they never have my tires but coincidentally they do have it supposedly brand new how convenient for them would not recommend

I recently bought a new car and within a week I caught a nail in the tire. I work down the street from Town Fair Tire. I was told that the hole couldn't be fixed and I needed a new tire. I agreed to purchase the new tire and have it installed. The kid then told me he didn't have the tire and none of their stores did and it would be a few days. I called Rucki s and Alex was amazing. They also didn't have the tire, but he ordered it for me and he got it quickly. I went in and explained the situation and the pulled the car in for the replacement. About 25-30 mins later I was told the job was complete. Even though they special ordered the tire for me they patched the tire I had. They said it was perfectly safe and were happy to save me the money. Goes to show there are still good folks out there. They could have jacked me for the whole price of the tire, but they did a customer a solid and I am grateful for it. Great place. Steve and Alex were a pleasure to work with. They have a customer for life here.

What a great experience! This should be the norm...I was spoken to with respect(as a woman!) , my choices for my car were respected, no pressure was applied to buy anything else or a higher priced product, and I felt welcome in the waiting room. I will come back. Totally reccomend.

I have been going here for years, I would recommend them to anyone looking for tires, from lawn mowers to cars to pickup trucks or even Big Trucks. Very helpful and friendly and experienced, from the owners to the workers. Just got these tires on my work truck.

These guys are the best of the best. They work very hard to get the job done quickly and done right. Today i'm impressed to find that they replaced a missing wheel center cap without me asking, and nobody mentioned it either. It's these small and mighty acts that make a world of difference. Robots can't do that!

Best experience I've ever had with needing a new tire/going to a mechanic. The guy was very nice, came out and looked at all tires for me. They gave me an unbelievable price for the tire and replacement AND had me in and out within 30 minutes. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Will be my first choice from now on.

pulled into the lot with a flat tire after getting off the mass pike, in an hour was able to get a good, affordable, and nice tire replacement!!! These guys have been here for a long time for a reason!!!

Affordable, fast, and all of the staff is incredibly kind. Went in with an emergency and Steve behind the desk was especially patient and kind. They got me in and out last minute. I would send any friends of family here!
