I traveled 40 miles to purchase a $50,000 vehicle from this dealer because of their promise that when any maintenance was required on the vehicle I would be provided a loner car. I told them specifically this was why I was doing business with them. I was told that even an oil change would be included. I called to schedule my very first oil change, and to check a leak in one of my tires and was told that because the work required would take only 1 hour that I was not entitled to a car. I was deceived by the sales person specifically and the dealership in large. My wife purchased 2 vehicles here and I purchased 1. I will not purchase another. This is exactly why car dealerships have such a bad reputation. Very disappointing and upsetting.
