DO NOT COME HERE! The guys here are lazy. I came here to get an inspection. 15 minutes later they tell me they can t do it because my tints. One of the mechanics comes out and SCRATCHES my tint to prove there s a tint on it (legal tint) after I told him I already pulled my additional tint. They also kept saying my back windows were too dark. I drive an SUV.. The back windows in countless SUV s come with a privacy tint. So they would have failed me off of pure laziness, lack of consideration, or lack of knowledge. Whichever it is: take your vehicle any place else.

Holyoke tire has helped me last minute on quite a few occasions & I get my car inspected here too. The gentleman at the front desk is very nice. Thanks for everything!

Had a slow leak in the rear tire that was getting worse. Had to stop and put air in every 30 minutes. Pulled in here and they had the tire fixed and got me back on the road quickly, all at a great price. Can t say enough good things about my experience. Saved the day.

My battery died this morning and I gave Holyoke Tire a call. They ordered me a new battery and I drove down an hour later and hat it installed in 10 minutes. Super fast and affordable and a very nice guy at the counter.

These Guys Took Good Care Of Me! 100% Recommend This Place! Blew A Tire At 2pm, Had AAA Tow Me In & They Had Me In & OUT Just In Time To Pick Up Babies From Daycare For 4pm! This Is The 3rd Time I Have Brought My Vehicle Here & I'm Super Satisfied With The Service They Have Provided!!! And I Haven't Been Many Other Places To Compare Prices But I'm Not Disappointed In That Area Either!!!!

I ve taken my car here twice in the past month. The first time they patched my tire for a great price, and I was in and out within 30 minutes. The second time my car overheated and I had to get my car towed, so I had them tow here. Usually, car places stress me out because they can be quite condescending towards women. However, the mechanics at this shop are very nice and accommodating, and they didn t make me feel like a complete idiot. They fixed my car for a very fair price and didn t try to squeeze every penny out of me (like a lot of mainstream corporate auto shops would.) Now my car is running beautifully. I will continue to go back for oil changes from now on!

Joe and his staff give us great, speedy service every time we are there. There prices are really good. I have had 3-4 service places I have used over the last 8 years since i moved here and this place is the best.Neal Shipwash

Joe is racist on the phone he tells me 1 hour as soon as I arrived he tells me it s a couple of hours to come back but he accommodates the white customers that comes in instead of letting me know on the phone I have others I drove 40 mins to this location just to be told to come back in a couple of hoursI don t recommend!

Very fast and very polite- as a baby-faced lady I'm always a little "aaaaugh" whenever I have to go to a new mechanic, but they were super clear about what they could and could not find and fix with my tire

Called in for an appointment & while other places didn't even try to fit me in I called here, got in scheduled asap. Great customer service & friendly as well! next oil change I'm coming here, & I live an 1hr away!

Didn't end up using their service due to pricing. FROM A CUSTOMER perspective they missed an opportunity to win my business over not much money. When you are struggling financially sadly every dollar counts.

Do not go here. The manager, Justin, is working with a complete crook of a used car salesmen. Together they patch up cars and illegally sell them with inspection stickers when they did not pass MA inspection. The manager lies about lemon laws, and tries to help his friend get away with the nonsense. They are both untrustworthy in every way, so do not bring your car to here. Of course, the bullet holes in the windows are another good reason to stay away from this shop.
