Was told to come down at 3 o'clock for alignment. The owner told me that the person will be right back. I was waiting and no one had the courtesy to tell me to come back the next day. They all saw mw waiting and they closed the door and didn't even had the heart to tell me. Will not recommend this shop, they don't have a heart and don't care for anyone else. The only reason I had to add a star if for posting otherwise I would have gave them -5.

Had my muffler "fixed" completely from front to end and was charged $500 dollars cash. Come to find out a year and a half down the road that my whole exhaust system is leaking emissions from every weld. Terrible job done and had to take it elsewhere for repairs and to clean up the mess they made.

Nick, and the staff are great! Traveling to the Big E, our truck lost it's muffler. Nick was recomend to us by local people as the best place to go and a place we could trust to do the job correctly and get treated well. We'll, they were right, Nick and his staff turned the repair around in just a few hours and we now have a quiet truck Don at a reasonable price!! Thank you Nick and staff for your quick and quality workmanship.

Dont advise going here. Hands down the worst spot around ! I went in to get a down pipe gasket changed with 2 new bolts he wanted to charge me a 125 dollars even though i just watched and heard him charge a guy 125 for brakes mind you i only had a gasket done. In the end i payed 100 dollars for it and waited 2 and half hours. Dont go wasting time and money

DO NOT GO HERE for custom exhaust work!!! I specifically asked for stainless steel MULTIPLE times and less than a year later and the entire exhaust system is rusted!!!

The dont now what they doing what a professional work charge my soon $100 for a bad job cut muffler tub completely closed to muffler a terebal job wat idiots they are I will tell my son or any one els not take there car there

I dropped my car for a starter issue - they replaced it, but realized it was the computer not the actual starter motor, and stated they were unable to complete the work because it s electrical, etc. which was fine and I understood- they were nice enough not to charge me for any labor and I was told to take it to a dealership, again I liked the transparency. However, when I went to get my car my fairly expensive sunglasses were gone. I won t accuse anyone of stealing, maybe the left jt unlocked and passersby went through it, it s my fault for leaving them in my car, but i do expect more out of a business.Since they couldn t complete the work, I can t review them for their service - but I do caution anyone thinking of doing business with them to ensure you remove all valuables before taking it there. Lesson learned.

Was there to replace a catalytic converter and asked that they return the old one for scrap. When they returned it, it was depleted of its contents . Along with the sunglasses theft reported in another review, I can t say it s a place worth trusting.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

I called a few weeks ago to see if they could fit me in for an oil change and possibly alignment, and was told to come in and they would fit me in the schedule. I showed up and although they were busy they got me in almost immediately. Pricing was extremely fair, as they did both the alignment and oil for a couple dollars more than the price I normally pay for just an oil change alone at a chain place. Today I pulled in after work as my check engine light had come on. Although it looked like they were finishing up for the day, they still went out to my car and were able to diagnose it as a problem with the gas cap. I ve had problems with the gas cap before so I asked if they d be able to order me a new one, but the owner took a look at the existing cap and cleaned it off for me which fixed the problem. He didn t charge me anything for this visit which I thought was so nice, especially because I m a younger female who s used to getting the go-around for prices at mechanics. I highly recommend this place and will be back for any maintenance.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Oil change

My 05 Infiniti g35 came out worse than it went it. They ruined my brand new Y pipe I bought. Didn t offer to pay for it. Got the car on the lift and said he couldn t do anything with it, when on the phone he told me 3-4 times he will make it happen and get my exhaust working right.Would not recommend this place to anyone. The Hispanic employees were great, very helpful. The boss was very misleading and lied to me. Wasted my valuable time and hard earned money.Service: Exhaust

So I never write reviews but this man worked hard to fix my brakes and rotors and the price was very fair and I was stuck for a ride he bought me to work and when I was not there when I said I would be He called and offer to get me. I was nervous I had no appointment and got right in and out, It looks like he is closed but you should give this place a chance.I live 1 hour away and I saw reviews and I give the best review as well. He does not speak a lot but sometimes people deserve a chance, to try this business.

Called ahead to get a quote on a tire change and the price was changed once I sent my wife over to make the repairs, then an alignment was pushed to be done that was also unnecessary after reviewing the report. If you like this place, sure make it your choice, but I won t be returning due to dishonesty and will chose a mechanic who values honesty and integrityServices: Tires, Wheel alignment

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! YES THEY ARE CHEAP BUT WILL MESS YOUR CAR UP. Had them do the Cadillac converter on my GMC. Two weeks after my check engine light came on I went to go have it checked and it was for the Cadillac converter code had a mechanic look at it and they told me that American muffler installed the wrong Cadillac converter. Now I know I'm not a mechanic but if you do this every day how do you not know which Cadillac converter to install on a car then I spoke to the owner because he's the one that installed it didn't even want to fix it only wanted to refund my money so when you bring a car somewhere make sure you check them out if this bad reviews on them don't go to them.Service: Exhaust

Very fast service...nice and friendly staffs. They double check their works make sure everything is perfect before pull your car out the shop which most other shops won t do as my experience. They even fixed my other problems with no charge which i would give them a thumbs up. Would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Saturday late morning, when most shops are closed, I called for an appointment and they said come today. So I did, and they fixed it. Free estimate. They offer guarantees. Fair prices. Very respectful people. I have another issue, definitely go back. Thank you Manny.

These guys were amazing! I bought a car that the owner had surprised me with a bad exhaust system. American Muffler helped me out, gave me an amazing price, and got the job down in a few hours. Couldn't be happier, if you need work done, go here!

The mechanics here are really good at their jobs. They fix what needs to be fixed and don't try to add on extra.Very fair prices and worth the value!

Never ever ever waste your time or money ry here. Tbey did a 900 job on my car and it was worse then when I brought it in. They DO NOT KNOW ABOUT cars. The owner barely speaks English and could not even understand what I was trying to say. They had my car for 4 DAYS for one job. A joke. An actual joke!!

So this place is great for exhaust as far as replacing brake lines and bleeding systems horrible the 2 guys working there clueless they couldn t get a pedal called me told me I needed master cylinder and brake booster I don t think so guy I took it to a friend had a pedal in 10 minutes this is bad business especially for someone who is disabled I m a retired mechanic maybe the mechanic there should get a job being a model or a telephone operator or sell phones at metro cause he to worried about looking pretty and textingServices: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change
