The owner Kassio Monteiro of RK Auto Sales is honest, genuine and very personable. He really cares about his customers. We bought a used car and he kept me up to date on the status of the car via text or phone calls. He went above and beyond.This was my first time meeting the RK Auto staff but after our positive experience I consider them our auto family.

Kassio was great. He and his team along with Camilla were very down to earth and very honest. He made me aware of what the issues were and would fix them. Prices are reasonable as well. I would recommend anyone to RK Auto Sales.

Such AMAZING service! Kassio made us feel so welcome from the minute we arrived. We needed a vehicle for our son and Kassio and Camilla made the process so pleasant. We ran into some insurance speed bumps and they were more than willing to work with us to get everything squared away. The vehicle is as advertised and perfect for my son. RK Auto is the best in my book! My daughter needed a new vehicle. We had looked and looked when we came upon RK auto in Holbrook. From the very beginning they were professional,honest,kind,thoughtful and down to earth people! Cassio works with you in helping you find the right vehicle for us. Their prices were excellent compared to others! Kamilla did all the insurance work and made it less stressful, all around I will go there first and refer all family and friends from now on they are genuinely descent great people. Most HONEST dealership!! My husband and I went there to look at specific car, however we were told that car was no good, Kassio helped us to find the perfect car, with low milage, and safe for our new baby! He made sure to give us new brakes before we picked up the car. He gave us a more than afair price and we are so grateful!! Anytime we need to buy a new car we will no longer need to shop around, we will ALWAYS go back to RK Auto Sales and ONLY RK Auto Sales! I wasn't able to pick my car up before closing but they made sure I was still able to get it that night!! We have never had such a positive experience shopping for a car, until now! This business is professional, honest, and family friendly! If I could give them 10 stars I would!!!

We bought a 2010 Subaru Forester from Kassio for our daughter s first car. Kassio was very patient with her and helped with all of the paperwork which was a lot because we are from out of state. We were nervous about buying an older vehicle but it had low mileage and was in great condition. Our daughter just drove it to Denver and it was a safe ride, no concerns. We experienced above and beyond customer service and we would definitely buy another car from RK Auto Sales!

I bought a 2016 Hyundai Sonata with Kassio in august 2023. So far so good . He gave me all the assistance with registration and inspection and didn't charge any fee for the service. He was very honest with the car's past and gave me a warranty. I highly recommend Kassio and his team on RK Auto Sales and will probably be back to trade on my next car

I went to buy a car for my daughter on Monday on 7/31/2023 a beautiful Acura. Kassio the owner went Above and Beyond for me. He correspond with me via text and calls. He was a great salesman, as well as a nice genuine person. No Pressure!! He really took Great care of me and made the buying of the vehicle a smooth experience. His Dad who works there as mechanic is also a kind, sweet man. Very Very pleased with this whole experience. I would recommend RK auto sales to anyone looking to buy a vehicle and get treated well. i can t say enough good things about my experience at RK. Kassio got me a deal i never thought was possible and the whole process was literally seamless - i test drove the car on thursday and was able to pick it up saturday. they even went the extra mile and replaced brakes, tires and fluids. Kassio is EXTREMELY honest and helpful and was excellent at explaining every aspect of the purchase to me. i m so thankful i bought a car here and i know i ll be coming back to RK for my next car!

I would definitely recommend doing business with RK Auto Sales to anyone. Kassio is very trustworthy, reliable, and easy to communicate with. He was also willing to go the extra mile and take care of all the small details of the process, even offered to give me a ride home one day when I didn't have a car instead of making me take an Uber home.

I came to this dealership from over an hour away to get the vehicle I wanted. I worked with Kassio throughout the process. He was respectful, knowledgeable, down to earth, and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to get me into the vehicle within two days. I can t say more positive things about this business. If you re in need of a used car at a good price check out RK auto sales, you won t be disappointed.

Buying my first car was very stressful and overwhelming until my mom and I went to Rk Auto Sales. Showed effort and care and we re kind and was easy to ask questions. Highly recommended again showed that they don t just want to sell you a car for $$ but make sure it is the best condition for their customers!
