Highly recommend to everyone who want good customer service, honesty and good quality work on your vehicle. O Brien s serviced my 2016 Nissan Altima for two new front tires and new strut/alignment. Not only was it completed in a timely manner, they will not do unnecessary work just to make a few extra dollars which shows why this remains the go to place for auto repairs and why I will be returning in the future for any maintenance or repairs needed on my car. Just picked up my Jeep Commander from O Brien s and I couldn t be happier. Saturday morning I noticed I had a bad coolant leak. Called AAA to have it towed to O Brien s and right off the bat knew I was in good hands when the tow driver said I know exactly where they are I go there all the time. Great people over there. Monday morning they got working on it and found the broken hose and replaced it without breaking the bank. They even let me know about some other issues they noticed and I wouldn t think twice about bringing my Jeep back to have them fix whatever is needed. Ron was one of the techs working on my Jeep and when I picked it up he didn t leave any details out as to what he did to the Jeep and what he suggest I do in the future to maintain my vehicle. And to top it all off when I got in the whole dash was clean and shinny! Great service, great prices, great people! Thanks again guys!Service: Auto maintenance

This morning I dropped off my vehicle and Bobby took great care of it! Everyone was super nice and they even dropped me off at work. Car was ready by 2pm and the service (4 new tires, alignment and oil change) was beyond my expectation. Thank you so much! I will definitely return there again. My family and I have been going here since the 90s. They are always honest and affordable. We have bought a few cars from here and they are hand picked from the owner who makes sure they are ready for you to take home and never an issue with them. I now live in taunton and take the time to travel to their Holbrook location for any maintenance my car may need because I trust them and their prices are great

Billy O'Bien truly cares about customer care ... and his (2) front guys Bobby and Jack are second to none -- true professionals all the way! These guys fix it right the 1st time and stand behind their work. If you're reading this and have never experience their service -- know -- first hand there is a car care company that handles every need you might have and does it exceptionally well ... every single time!
