The service is too bad, when I go to see the car it s so perfect (Lexus Es 2021). Me and my parents love it so we are signed the form to get the car, next week my car is ready to pickup. So I come to pickup my car and I saw the big scratches in the rear bumper, I immediately come to ask manager because last time when I coming to sign the form didn t have that. The manager is sign the card to fix the car (thats good). When my car is ready to pickup I come there and the rear bumper is perfect but in the front glass of my car got the big hole so I complained about that. They keep the car again to fix for the glass ( I thought they will replace the glass). The third time I go to service to pickup my car again, the hole of the front glass is become the scratch wth? I have to talk to them why the glass still have that, they said they can not replace the glass (but the hole they make it when they do the service?). So I didn t have any apologies from them, they just blame everything for the rock, move the car, I WILL NEVER BUY CAR FROM HERE AGAIN!!

From start to finish, this was one of the easiest and, dare I say, fun car buying experiences! I cannot say enough about Adam. I called this dealership on a whim and from the moment I started chatting with him, I knew this experience was going to be different. He worked tirelessly to get me what I wanted. He was always available, responsive, and helpful.Evison was also extremely helpful and communicative. Each point of this car buying experience was stress free and enjoyable.

Thank you to Connor, Jano and Evison at Herb Chambers Lexus of Hingham for the incredible customer service and attentive care! I truly felt special and it was amazing, driving off the lot with my GORGEOUS new RX 350H. When I arrived, no less than 10 seconds after stepping out of my old car, Connor greeted me by name and with a smile. The process was seamless and painless. Evison and Connor were both very knowledgeable and took the time to go over all pertinent information. There is nothing is more annoying than spending an entire day, dealing with the process of obtaining a new car, but I was in and out within a couple of hours because of this incredible staff. Jano, the first person I spoke with months ago, was able to get the 350H in the trim/color I wanted when all other dealers were trying to get to me to settle for whatever they had in their inventory. I am delighted with my new RX and can t wait to see what she can do in the next few weeks. Thank you, Herb Chambers Lexus of Hingham!

Great crew of people to work with. Highly responsive and fair minded. No shady used car sales tactics at this dealership. They gave me a better deal on my trade-in than another dealership as it was clear that they wanted my business. Great selection of vehicles. I would not hesitate to do business with them again in the future.

My husband and I recently purchased a certified preowned vehicle from Herb Chambers Lexus in Hingham. Our salesman, Mark H., could not have been more helpful. He gave us so much information and answered all our questions. We were originally looking at one vehicle, even took it out for a test drive.Upon our return to the dealership, Mark took the time to show us a few different vehicles he thought might be a good fit for us and spent time going out with us to test drive a second vehicle. At no time did we feel rushed or pressured. When returned a few days later to finalize our purchase and pick up the car, Mark spent quite a bit of time with us showing us all kinds of things about the car that made things that much easier for us. In the future when and if we purchase a new vehicle we will certainly return to Herb Chambers!

Connor was very informative and responsive throughout the whole process. He was able to find the car I wanted at a dealership out of state and actually drove the car to our local dealer. The bank forgot to sign our check and we were unable to bring the car home that day, so he drove the car to us so we didn t have to make the trip again. We had a very good experience and would highly recommend working with Connor.

Great car buying experience. Everyone is very friendly. Upon entering McKenzie met us with a smile and introduced us to Caren who was personable and knowledgeable.. She presented a great deal for us and before you know it we had bought a car. No pressure. We previously had dealt with the service dept and dealt with Kevin who was awesome too. Highly recommend Caren and Kevin. Thank you both.

I bought a lexus NX300H here in March. I have repaired it three times in less than a month since I bought it, and two repairs were here because there was a problem with the motor system, and the fault lighted up many times. The after-sales service is very poor, which is very disappointing, they didn't tell me what is wrong, and they shirk responsibility many times, they can't find the reason, the first repair made me wait for ten days, and the second repair made me wait for 3 week. So I asked to return the car, but they didn't give me a solution, just let me put the car here and wait. Their car buying service and after sales service are two different attitudes at all, they have a bad attitude when you come back to them with a problem with your car, I don't recommend people to go here to buy a car, really I want to give zero stars if I can. I hope everyone will not be unprepared when buying a car because this is a big company.

I am in my 70 s and have purchased a lot of vehicles by now in my lifetime.I can honestly say that my salesman, Adam Adaway, of Herb Chambers Hingham was one of the Best I ve done business with.Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient and fair, Adam is extremely well-suited to deal with the public. He is also a Very Strong ambassador for the Chambers dealership. I would HIGHLY recommend Adam as the man to visit if you want a Lexus. Thanks for everything, Adam!!

I purchased my first Lexus and Sammy showed me the different options and provided details of the one I was interested. I asked a lot questions because I don t have a lot of knowledge about vehicles and Sammy was able to answer all my questions. All- around great experience. I am looking forward to continue to come to Lexus for service and to continue to have a great experience.

Bought my new RX500 from Saeed. Super nice guy, not pushy, respected my wishes with only dealing with him as I do not like the typical car buying experience with all the managers showing up to feed you lines. Of all the cars I ve bought, this one I am happy with. 4 hours from walk in to driving off with my new car was great.
