My experiences with Cape Cod Truck have always been top notch. They do a fantastic job of keeping you informed as to what is happening with your vehicle and make recommendations as to what to keep an eye on or replace if they deem it necessary.Last year, they would not let me pay the bill until they had completed one small portion of the job as I had to take the vehicle due to having to work and needed it to complete my jobs.I am very picky about the people who I choose to service and work on my vehicles and would not hesitate to recommend them and never really plan on using anyone else. I would give them six stars if I could.

Called up All Cape Truck, got a hold of Valerie. She was awesome. Professional, courteous, and prompt service. She gave me peace of mind and charged me a fair price. Would use them again, thanks guys, you did a great job.

They know trucks. I bring my F-150 here for work because unlike other car repair shops, these guys focus on trucks large and small. Quality of service is always to notch.The only complaint is that communication is not great. You have to call them to get updates and cost estimates. They don't usually call to keep you in the loop, which can be frustrating.If you can get past having to do the follow up yourself, you'll be very happy with the quality of work.

Avoid these guys at all cost. I was on my way from the Cape to Vermont and unfortunately ended up with a small nail in the center of my tire. Rather than simply installing a plug, the service provider said he would only install my spare. I will not be driving a few hundred miles on a spare... The provider was extremely rude and completely unprofessional. First he said he wouldn t install the plug because I was on the side of a road. When I said I was safely in a driveway, the provider said he wouldn t be able to install the plug because all his tools were in the shop. A shop full of tools isn t needed to assist a driver with a nail-sized hole directly in the center of a tire.Service: Tires

Very friendly, understood my situation being my work truck is also my mini van for my 2 boys. Very accommodating, (I called at 7 am to get an apt. Had me out before noon.)
