Knowledgeable and honest. Called to see if he could fix a tire with a slow leak. Richie told me to come in immediately and was able to do it right then. Also changed my oil, rotated my tires, and replaced my rear breaks same afternoon which I desperately needed. He arranged for a ride to take me back to work and pick me up again once it was ready, which was super appreciated and made my life that much easier. Definitely will be coming back and will be referring friends here.

The BEST mechanic experience i have had. He took his time to explain everything to me so i could understand, and he went as far as too video my engine and SHOW me what the issues were. I was very impressed. He also went and picked up a piece for my car so he could have it done same day. HIGHLY recommend and i will absolutely be back!

I had Richie fix my daughter's Nissan Altima this week. He was very upfront about all of the charges and what was needed,. He even saw that our inspection sticker had expired and took care of that as well. Auto repair is not my forte, so honesty and trustworthiness means a lot. Richie is beyond reproach when it comes to taking care of his customers and being a hard working honest guy!

I went to Ritchie's Auto Care on 1/17/24 to ask about the condition of my vehicle to determine whether it is worth spending more money for repairs. He took the time to put it on the lift, explain in detail the condition, the choices for repairs, and his realistic viewpoint that it was not worth repairing because of its age and frame condition. He recommended a change ot vehicle which I did. I really appreciated his extra time and advice about this car which I have had for 7 years, liked, and did not want to replace until I heard and understood his reasons.

Richie is the best!! Extremely knowledgeable, honest, and cares about his work.Have brought 2 vehicles to him in the last year. Both times he was able to take the trucks in the shop in less than 3 days. Stayed late both times to make sure he would get the trucks back ASAP.Would recommend to anyone his service is incomparable to other shops!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension replacement, Wheel alignment

I took my car to Richie's for the first time two weeks ago. I called at the last minute because my car had a deafening noise. He told me to bring it right in. He immediately said it was the exhaust and would look at it and see what it needed. He was very honest, told me I only needed a few things and charged me just for the labor. I will bring my car back to him.

Richie's Auto Care is simply the best! I have taken my car there many times and have always had a great experience. Richie takes the time to explain things, and actually shows you the parts that were damaged/repaired/replaced. I had an issue with my car yesterday and stopped there at 5pm to talk to him about a good time to bring the car in to be fixed. He had me leave the car right then and there and arranged for a ride home for me. The car was fixed and ready to be picked up at 530 tonite! He truly cares, is honest, and his prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend him!Service: General repairs & maintenance

The best car care. Period. The day before taking a well-deserved vacation, Richie took on an older car with many mysterious electrical problems that we bought for our teenage daughter just four months ago. We had been to two other shops and told we needed lots of expensive work, which I now know was completely unnecessary. Richie inspected every square inch of the car and didn t stop till he could determine exactly what was wrong. Again, saving us lots of expensive attempts to correct what MAY have been the issue. Richie is honest, upfront, super smart, and ethical. He had every opportunity to take advantage of desperate parents, but he didn t. Don t go anywhere else for automotive repair. Ever.

Richie is the absolute best, I've had issues with my car since i've gotten it from the dealer. I took it to Richie and he fixed it up the same day I called. He's very knowledgeable and really cares about his customers. I highly recommend Richie if you need help with your car situation.

I met Richie about 2 years ago when I first got my Jeep Compass and I have not been to another mechanic since. He is super personable and honest. He always goes over exactly how much everything cost on his end and what he is charging me. My jeep has been nothing but trouble, but every issue I present to Richie has been resolved and always within a day or two. Highly recommended.Services: Brakes, Battery

Richieis great! I brought my car to Richie yesterday and he did an excellent job. I knew I needed new breaks but I wasn't sure which ones. He was very honest with me in letting me know I just needed front breaks as well as giving me some tips on other parts of my car. My brakes started making a lot of noise and the person I normally bring my car too said they couldn't fit me in. Richie had me drop it off and was able to fit me in and get them done the same day right before a long holiday weekend. His pricing is very competitive and he was up front, honest, and super nice. I highly recommend Richie.

Brakes/Pads/Rotors/Tires!! I shopped around and went to Richie after a great recommendation from a family member. I was not disappointed with my choice. Richie was kind enough to explain what I needed to get done and when I should do it. He was very fair with his price and saved me some $$$. I highly recommend his services to anyone who wants good service and good pricing.

Rich did both of my cars. My 2006 Ford Escape needed a front differential, at another mechanic they quoted me well over the value of my car. Went to rich and he did it for way less, and the car was finished within a day or two even did a few other things to my car as it was my first car. My 2018 Nissan rouge needed a new rear differential after getting a flat tire, again he quoted me a great price, affordable and he even did some other odds and ends for me again. I was in need of a brake job BADLY. I called a few places around and was told to drop it off later in the week but I couldn t wait that long. I called Richie, who has done work on my car a few years ago and he said bring it right down! I was able to get a brake job done in a few hours and my vehicle was able to pass inspection the following day! Richie was prompt at getting me in and making sure I left happy. He runs an honest business and will make time in his schedule, especially if you re in a time crunch. My car has never ran smoother. Thanks Richie! I ll be back for any future repairs! Richie is a nice guy who did a nice job. I asked to check my brakes in my 2018 Tacoma, we replaced the front & cleaned & adjusting the rear. Richie used good parts, and was upfront with pricing & timetable & did not offer extra work - Richie is my new mechanic.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I needed and oil change and went to Richie in order to get it. Not only did he give me an oil change and replace the transmission fluid, but he also took the time to look at my car and tell my what was wrong with it and provide options to fix it. Great customer service, very friendly and efficient and he been offered to look at a used car I was looking at buying to make sure there was nothing wrong with it. Overall best mechanic I ve been to and i would definitely recommend going to Richies auto care if there are any problems with your car.Services: Transmission, Auto body & trim replacement, Oil change

We have been looking for mechanic that we could rely on and work with for a long time. We brought our daughters car in for service and were very happy with the work. Richie quoted us up front for the work and got the work done when he said he would. He takes pride in his work and it shows. We are looking forward to getting all future work with him. Richie is a true auto professional. When the local tire & auto chain wanted to replace my whole exhaust system because of some pipe rust and degraded spring screws, Richie replaced only what was needed saving me over $2000. Had a great experience at Richie's Auto Care. Richie (the owner) took extra time to show me the issues and explain what needed to be done now and what could wait. Very honest and and did great work a very fair price. Had the car fixed and back to me the same day I dropped it off.

I recently moved and this was my first time going to Richie s Auto Care. Very, very impressed with the professionalism and how Richie took the time to really explain my exhaust issue. I wish I could give this place more stars!!! Due to my neglect my car needed a laundry list of repairs to get back in working order. Richie went through my car top to bottom and thoroughly explained exactly what needed to be done to get the car in tip top shape. He provided several options on the repairs and the cost of each repair. The price was more than fair and to my surprise I had my car back the next day. I highly recommend Richie's Auto Care for any services that your car may need. He is very trustworthy and my car runs great! I will definitely be recommending this place to all of my friends and family!

First time service at Richie's and a total surprise . I went in for a simple oil change and left feeling like I found a new Friend. He didn't try to oversell me or tell me I needed extra work. I thought I might need new wipers he checked and told me no. His honesty got him a new customer. If you re looking for a great mechanic look no further, Ritchie s is the place for you. I brought my car in with a whole host of problems and Ritchie was upfront, honest, and transparent about what was worth fixing and what was a waste of time and money. Confidence in a mechanic is almost priceless. Richie at Richie's Auto Care went above and beyond expectations! He took the time to listen carefully to my problem and then examine my car thoroughly. He repaired it more quickly than anticipated and at a reasonable price. I couldn't be happier that I've found a wonderful mechanic.

Went to Richie to get a belt replaced. He was quick professional and explained what he was doing in great detail. As a new mechanic on the block his first impression was awesome and I will be returning to him for my future car work.Simply put, if you are looking for a mechanic with years of experience and fair prices then look no further you found him.Thanks Richie!
