went to get my car inspected. I had called 20 minutes prior and the guy said he was open until 3, but when I got there at 2, he was leaving. He said he was open until 2 the next day, so I got there at noon and no one was there.Bad business!!

Talked to the owner of SS Gas early monday morning as he was pumping my gas. He noticed my two front tires needed to be replaced. No pressure from him at all. Tuesday midday, ironically I got a bad flat in a rear tire. I went into SS Gas right after as I was very close to there and his technician there reached out to his boss and he sent me to a new sattelite location Hanover Auto Sales and Repair. Well, AT was able to get me 4 new tires and front brakes for a VERY reasonable price and completed in a couple hours as I waited. Needless to say I had no idea I needed brakes, but knew it was coming as they had not been replaced before. I was so happy and relieved as I drove off the lot with new breaks that felt much better and ready for the coming NE winter months. I would highly recommend!!!

I wanted to give any potential shoppers for Jeep vehicles or for anyone who needs service on Jeep vehicles that I found the dealership to be very professional, efficient, and customer-friendly. My family has 2 jeep vehicles and we have gone to Autoworks for 3 years after some very bad experiences at major Jeep dealerships. I know of several people who have bought vehicles at the facility and have heard very good things. Our Jeep Lordeo is getting very long in the tooth and my husband and I are now shopping the Autoworks lot for a newer Jeep vehicle. We recommend this business highly for sales and also service.

Best service around, only old school mechanics left that will tell you what is actually wrong with your car and fix it cheap. But I know most of you like your dealers where they charge 350 for a headlight, keep going there but if you have a brain (and an older car) you can save a lot of money by using these guys for repairs. Been a client for 10 years and I will use them for as long as they are in business! One of three mechanics I trust in Massachusetts.

my daughter introduced me to Hanover CAutoworks over five years ago, since i've purchased a grand cherokee for myself. i've never had a easier experience buing a car that i thoroughly enjoy! just wanted to take the time to thank Jon and his wife !!! great people, great cars buying a car from them was actually a fun time, unlike other dealers where it's sometime an unpleasurable experience.

R&R'd my own tire on the tire machine. As it kept going flat due to a bad seat on the bead. If your lookig for a good used Jeep, this is your STOP!!

Stray dog was found in the parking lot. Couldn't coral her. Employee there jumped into action and helped out. Prevented the dog from running into busy Route #53 traffic
